"I see." The President said as he began to read the portfolio that the Bridges gave to him, "I think that this will be something, I will gladly approve of. Just make sure that the guy who makes them has a model for desert-like terrain for the eastern part of the Commonwealth. If that is the case, then i would like to present to you something that i think our governments will also benefit from at the same time. My staff has been working towards the development of a treaty that we negotiate on that will provide free trade, better education opportunities between our nations, immigration, and crime. Here this is something that you might find interesting and will provide some good opportunities to our countries in the area of economics."

"I see that the terms in this treaty that your staff has developed are very agreeable on our side. I would look forward in the further development of our countries' relations both politically, economically, and militarily."

"Then if the treaty is acceptable, then maybe we can work an agreement that will satisfy both of our legislative branches into passing these agreements, possible. For what we discussed for Leagioan arms and weapon manufacturing development, what terms that you want to add?" The President asked.

"Hmm, I think I have an idea Mr. Lifejumper. Since I saw we are applying an exchange student agreement, perhaps we can do the same with the military deployments. I also think that we could do annual military exercises to enhance the skills of our armed forces. I think that would be fair for both our nations and be acceptable to both of our legislative branches."

"I think I will allow it but the exercises will be yearly, meaning once a year. Any more than that the Conservative in Congress will call out 'Reitzmag Puppet' on the floor. The Deployments will be limited on number and location. I think that in terms of deployments, the best location will be Beaumont, which is about 6 miles north of Port Hilson, Arlick; You can have access to deploying a very minimum naval number of vessels in Port Hilson itself; And I mean very minimum, no more than two warships at a time. The reason for that is if you send more then you will be clogging up traffic like as if its a sports event in the harbor."

"I assure you Mr. Lifejumper that Leagio is not a puppet and that I think we could do an alternating hosting each year. For example, you will host the exercises this year and we will host it next year."

"I think that will be acceptable. My apologies, if i seem to be pushing you with the idea but I am only telling you on how I know the Conservatives in Leagio will think. I asume that you have already written an agreement for us to sign and make final discussions over."

Simon was shocked to hear Lifejumper asking for a document he could've prepared that he did not. He felt like a student that failed to submit a project to his teacher.
"Umm, I'm sorry Mr. Lifejumper but I did not prepare such document. I think it would be better if we use the document you prepared instead."

"Very well. Then let us get to work then, Simon." The President said with a friendly smile.

"Sure Kenith!" The Prime Minister responded with a nice smile.

After much discussion and drafting in ensuring that both sides got what they wanted. It took some time as a new document that contained the terms of the previous agreement had to be drafted and print for the two sides to sign. They review the newly written treaty and signed it with happiness and joy.
"I think that is all, Mr. Prime Minister. Is there anything that the Commonwealth would be willing to legally help you? Or would you like some tea before you have to get to whatever is your next stop? " The President asked.

"I think we should both celebrate Kenith. I have brought some wine here and it would be nice if we drink. Don't worry, it doesn't have poison. And why would I even give a poisonous drink to my friend."
Then an aide enters and brought the wine. Kenith was given an extra bottle for him to keep as a souveneir.
"Anyhow Kenith, I am planning if the defense contractors of ADO members could meet to discuss development of better technology. I think that would be a good choice."

"Go ahead and pour me a glass for what i want to say. I cannot make promises on the ADO until the Senate ratifies the Treaty of Hampton. However, I do strongly recommend that you meet with Spain and settle your differences because if i am going to guess the Senate Foreign Relations Committee will put it on hold until the end of my Presidency in April 2021. We need to work with Spain, i think. Not push it around while we could look towards restoring Icholasen. Leagio is friendly with Spain right now and which is the reason why i supported Spain when you raised alert status is that I and most of my cabinet felt that it is unnecessary over a simple alliance as economics treaty. So again, i think that Reitzmag and Spain should come to a place that they feel comfortable with, and with Leagio as a mediator negotiate a way to resolve the tension that plagues the two of your countries. Because I think that the Senate is holding from voting on the Treaty of Hampton as they think that you will drag Leagio into an unnecessary war that Leagio wants no involvement in. When you raised the alertness, you may have thought that it was a defensive measure but you had given aggressive wording to that measure that concerned almost half of Europe. The UNSR press will no doubt use it to their advantage to unite the people that they oppress against us. So please, Mr. Prime Minister get with the Spanish President and resolve your issues. Because plainly, i think a fight with Spain is not worth the unnecessary blood, sweat, pain, and turmoil both sides will have in the end. There has never been a better time to unite Europe against communist by showing the world that the democracies of Europe can work out our differences at the table, no matter who started it or pushed it or whatever by working towards a better goal. You need to look towards better diplomacy with Europe and show that the era of Johnson is over, but instead, the era of Bridges is taking a new turn with friendlier diplomacy."
The President sighed as he wanted to faint from the exhaustion that he has been having after getting his feelings out towards the Prime Minister of Reitzmag.

"I understand Kenith, I am only waiting for a nice time to meet with them. I can't sacrifice the reputation of my country by taking back the words I had. Our Armed Forces had been alerted for the most time already as we are very much aware that a single wrong move could spark a conflict. Leagio won't be dragged into this and I commend your Senate Committee for such acts. Another problem that I face is that Spain has closed its diplomacy with us, it stops us from conducting even some small level of diplomacy with them."
"Historically, Spain and Reitzmag had been opponents for the most time. We had been peaceful and friendly for some time, but then they looked against us. They made actions that makes our entire nation suffer. But I'm looking forward to your offer on mediation Mr. Lifejumper. I more trust you than Mr. Juncker."

"Thank you, Mr Prime Minister. I will make plans to visit the Spanish President and see if he would be willing to attend the conference that i am want to hold. Is there anything else, you need to talk about?" The President asked.

"Hmmm....Ah....Before I forget, I also have this document to license Leagioan Arms Manufacturers to manufacture the FA.30 NRP. SInce, the FA.30 is a licensed-built version of the Su-30 in Icholasen and that Sukhoi is now controlled by the UNSR, we have granted this license for you."

The President took the document and read it for a second as he nodded.
"Thank you, Mr Prime Minister. The Commonwealth of Leagio really appreciates this and I am sure that it will be put to good use for the needs of our armed forces."
