The Anastasian Confederation of Labor
-
The Anastasian Confederation of Labor is Anastasia City's largest syndicalist trade union, and is closely affiliated with the electoralist Syndicalist Party. Funded through unknown means, it is rumored to have billions at its disposal, possibly from the Areai and Ueliohen fortunes.
On the Terrorist Attack Today
The General Assembly of the Anastasian Confederation of Labor expresses its deepest concern over the terrorist attack which occurred in Anastasia City today, as well as the further threats made by the terrorist organization known as the Duchian Youth League against Anastasians.
In order to ensure the public security, the Confederation of Labor is moving to establish neighborhood associations and committees, which will be formed of members of its constituent unions on a geographical basis, serving a role of public vigilance. These will complement the presently established housing and working collectives which have been established by the Confederation to provide shelter, work, and services to the Anastasians.

On the Statement of Prime Minister John Peter Key
Joint Statement with the Futurist Labor Association (affiliated union of the Futurist Party)
Prime Minister John Peter Key made a number of unusual statements today regarding our respective organizations. None of our organizations endorsed, organized or in any way contributed to the poll conducted today; that was the work of another organization, the Committee for the Preparation of Copalan Independence. Secondly, of our respective organizations, none are in favor of true Anastasian independence - we Syndicalists do not believe in either states or nations; as for the Futurists, joined here with us today in pursuit of a better future for the many laborers and workers of Anastasia City, do not believe in any traditional political ideas, including that of the traditional state. The Anastasian Democratic Assembly, which is distinct from the CPCI, and with which we have cooperated, itself has significant regionalist, rather than secessionist, elements.
We would also like to ask him exactly how he or any government in Anastasia City has actually contributed to people's prosperity there. The Anastasian Confederation of Labor has provided thousands with work and bread, rather than idle talk as it appears he and his cronies which form the state wish to do, establishing a great number of semi-official collective canteens, kitchens, barber shops, and much more, in addition to democratically-run mutual-aid organizations. The Futurist Labor Association intends to do the same, particularly for artists and other free workers, and is already doing so through its contributions to our joint Anastasian Cultural Union, which will - and is able to - provide income to a great number of Anastasian artists. We also are constructing housing for additional thousands of Anastasians, with two projects, comprising 10,000 units in total, over a total area of 4 km, which we have applied for and have the funds to construct. This housing, unlike that constructed by the government, will genuinely be under the control of Anastasians, rather than by absentee landlords or a government effectively run by faraway parties and subordinated to a faraway central state. Included with the housing will also be collectively and democratically run clinics, warehouses for the distribution of goods, schools, canteens on the Czech and Nicoleizian models, urban farms and gardens, as well as other places of work and employment, including public ateliers and workspaces, also run democratically and collectively.
