[NONCANON] On the Reconquest of the Vatican
For over a thousand years, the Vatican has been held by heretics, who have strayed from the word of God Himself to promote their own tyrannical agenda. The true Church has led the movement against their heresy; now, after over a thousand years of righteous anger, we strike to restore the Catholic Church.
Pretending to be the Pope, backed by Satan himself, sits Carlos Vallejo, assisted by true serpents. They shall be smited, and God shall be restored in the Vatican!
I, the true Bishop of Rome, the true Pope of the Catholic Church, shall sit in my rightful position. God speaks and acts through me; I am his prophet on Earth! Satan cannot defeat me! God, righteousness, they are victorious!
Behind me are the most faithful of the faithful, two thousand two hundred and four in number, who shall fight and defend the faith at all cost. Through them the Holy Spirit, that manifestation of God, flows, and they shall be undefeated!
There are some who wish to obstruct our descent from the skies. We are already nearing the Vatican, the seat of the faith; we shall descend from the heavens, God's hand guiding us, against the desires of the earthly, sinful forces commanded by Satan.
Satan shall fall into the lake, and the Kingdom of Heaven will be established on earth!

Establishment of the Pontifical State of Anastasia City
The Holy See announces the establishment of the Pontifical State of Anastasia City. The territory currently known as the Free City of Anastasia will be transferred to the sovereignty of God, ruling on Earth through Christ and the Supreme Pontiff Tabitha.
Anastasia II will continue to reign as the Queen of Anastasia City, but she will be held accountable to God and His representative on Earth, who will occupy the role of the Protector of the Pontifical State.
Kristjan Teder is appointed as the governor of the Pontifical State, and will form a government in line with the will of God.

Establishment of the Charitable Oncology Center
The Supreme Ponfiff Tabitha earlier today opened both a cancer treatment center and a factory for the production of related medical equipment in her territories. The Holy See announces that these will now be managed by the newly formed "Charitable Oncology Center," directed by Her Holiness herself, which will have the responsibility of ensuring their effective functioning as well as their expansion across Europe as to provide low-cost, caring cancer treatment for the most vulnerable.
The Charitable Oncology Center plans to launch its first foreign operation in the territory that is called "Irmgardis City."

Regarding the Statements Made by Certain Heretics Within the Body of the Church
Heretics who have hidden themselves within the Church have made a direct challenge to the divine mission of the Supreme Pontiff Tabitha, making false claims of Satanism and idolatry against her.
Let it be clear, it is these who are the agents of Satan, these who seek to undermine the Church, these who are the idolaters and the heretics. Earlier today, they made an attempt against the lives of many of the highest within the Church - not merely the Supreme Pontiff, but also well-regarded monks and priests who have, in their decades long career, demonstrated extraordinary piety and faith, well-recognized by all the faithful.
Are the holy capable of such terrible actions? Can they strike down, or even think of striking down, the purest and most faithful among us? No.
It has further been discovered that these demonic actors were working in concert with the secular forces in Kirelesile. Though the Church has long engaged in relations with the so-called government of Istkalen, it has never done so willingly, and maintained them only in order to preserve its institutions and its sovereignty. This type of collaboration - with a government that rejects God, in a way that accomplishes its similarly Godless goals - is absolutely sinful and unacceptable.
It is this clique, not the leadership of the Church, that is leading the faithful into hellfire. Rest assured, the Church will take decisive - and successful - action in order to cut them away and prevent them from further corrupting believers.
Here are its intentions:
- to immediately excommunicate all those who were known to have participated in writing, publishing, and supporting the original statement accusing the Supreme Pontiff of heresy
- to immediately excommunicate all those implicated in the plot to kill the Supreme Pontiff and others within the highest echelons of the Church
- to gather a force of 10.000 of the most faithful to march on sinful Kirelesile to take it for the Church, purge it of sin, and therefore ensure the survival of the divine mission of the Church in perpetuity
The Church stands against evil wherever it may grow, and with God forever.

Regarding the So-Called Peace Offering of the Satanic "National Salvation Council"
Our Church has been offered the opportunity to cleanse the beating heart of sin in this country, that modern Babylon, the city of Kirelesile, and it has taken it. The forces of God are in occupation of it, and are at work to cleanse it of the spiritual and physical dirt it has accumulated over the years.
But this opportunity - this offering - is not enough to satiate us. It has been made in vain; we will not stop our campaign to ensure the survival of God's message and the triumph of His church simply because the secular authorities have thrown to us a bone.
Let us reiterate - the government of Istkalen, which still governs the majority of the territory of Istkalen, betrayed us. It sought to put a permanent end to us and to our mission for the sake of its - Satan's - power. And that, to us, to God, is absolutely unacceptable. This body has degraded itself; it is of the Devil, of sin, and it is thus our divine mission to work for its collapse.
We have more power than we have ever had, and we will use it for the sake of our own ends, as the rest of the country turns against itself, as is par for the course for the agents of Satan. Here, then, are our demands:
- the cession of all territory south of the River Keristen, that flows from the Urals to the eastern border of the country, demarcated by the River Ostreté, to the church
- the free lease, in perpetuity, of all mineral resources currently in the joint possession of the Istkalenic state and the so-called "Miners' Association," and all associated facilities, of refinement and transportation, possessed by either of these two, the Labor Association, and/or the Commerce Association
- the reduction of the Istkalenic army to a maximum of 10.000 in personnel, and the creation of a demilitarized zone, 15 km in width, beginning from the border between the territories controlled by the Istkalenic state and those controlled by the church
- a recognition of the ultimate sovereignty of God and of His church over so-called secular affairs by the Istkalenic state
- a recognition of the complete independence and sovereignty of the church from the Istkalenic state by the Istkalenic state
- the extradition, to the former "German Territories," of all those individuals the church deems to be its enemies
These demands are not made lightly; they are our minimum program. We will give the Istkalenic state three days either to accept all its provisions; if they refuse them, we shall begin the apocalypse. We hold powers, granted by Him, that you do not know of, the power to bring fire down from the sky, to poison and make bitter the earth and the waters, to spread plagues amongst the people , to bring about famine across the world, to begin the Endtimes and the final renewal of the Earth.

Establishment of the Believers' Front and the Association of International Missions
The Supreme Pontiff Tabitha has declared that the Church shall expand and further organize its efforts to bring all people into the fold of God. She has therefore ordered that the faithful abroad establish missions, to spread the faith and maintain the fidelity and integrity of the corporate Church, according to a series of modernized formulas which can be found on the Church's presence in the new frontier of the Internet: that website known as oneapostolicchurch4491.blogspot.com.
Each mission is to designate an Interim President, who shall inform the See of its establishment. The Supreme Pontiff will thereafter appoint a permanent administration to govern the new mission; appointments will neither be questioned by nor be responsible to any except her, and are to be immediately, with vigor and eagerness, accepted as legitimate and holding authority by those affiliated with the mission, on pain of excommunication.
Missions are to be federated into a greater Association of International Missions, headed by the Supreme Pontiff, which will serve to coordinate their activities across borders.
Because the Church and its body often find themselves persecuted, the Supreme Pontiff, following the orders of our Lord, has also created an organization to defend the missions and their activities abroad. It will be known as the Believers' Front, and will be present wherever believers may be; it will further be composed of those known to the Pontiff and those she chooses to delegate to lead the Front to be devoted to the Church and to our Lord, and have the responsibility of ensuring that the needs of every believer are satisfied, their safety protected, and threats to them and the practice of their faith eliminated, by any and all means necessary.
