Standards on Discipline

In response to complaints, I am establishing a series of standards on discipline, as well as an official place to which complaints against me may be made.
Councillors will be verbally reprimanded, or sent to the time-out corner - although punishment may be no more severe than this - for the following offenses alone:
- directly insulting another Councillor
- making comments or remarks of a lewd or similarly inappropriate nature
- threatening death or harm against other Councillors
- attempting to provoke a response from me for an offense not listed here
This list will be periodically updated if need be, although clear announcements will be made if it is.
Complaints about violation of this policy on my part may be submitted here.
