      With the funds allocated by the Union, I would like to create the European Union States Philharmonic Orchestra. The intent of the orchestra is to be made up of the best musicians across Europe, preserve traditional music and promoting music in all corners of our Union. The orchestra will both receiving funding from the union and donations from NGOs. Please leave requests, suggestions here.
