IC SECRET
The Marx Dockyards, New Nicoleizia, Icholasen
"Did you bring the posters?" Jimmy McDonald said to Jaremi Carebin.
"Yes. They say 'Nicoleizian Food Aid for the people of E. Moreland' with a picture of Whiteford smiling. Classic." Jaremi Carebin scoffed.
"Good, good. Now let's stick them on the cargo containers." McDonald replied
Jaremi Carebin and Jimmy McDonald went around the small cargo ship and stuck the stickers on most of the containers.
"This'll get through any blockade - they think we're doing good. The posters even have Whiteford on them." Jaremi Carebin said, whistling the Internationale and sticking the posters on the cargo containers.
"Absolutely." McDonald replied. "I'm glad we're getting back into revolutions again, it's like the summer of 69'"
"That was a great year." Carebin replied "The Inquistan government branded me as a terrorist for the first time that year... Good times..."
"Do you think this is convincing enough? I don't want the governor to have us put in front of a firing squad." McDonald said, pondering the oppressive nature of unchecked power.
"I'm sure it's fine, communists are known for their tolerance of others." Carebin said, checking his twitter.
"Okay. Now we've got the AK-47s?" McDonald asked.
"Yes."
"The anti-aircraft guns?"
"Yes."
"And then the miscellaneous weapons?"
"Yep. Let's leave."
"WAIT!" A woman on the side of dock shouted.
"WHO ARE YOU?" Jaremi Carebin replied.
The woman boarded the boat and said "I'm Becky Short-Hailey, I was sent by the Governor to make sure this boat made it. The Czech/Irish deal is still up in the air so we need this shipment to work, we can't afford to lose a potential ally. I'll be reporting in every so often to the Governor."
The two had no choice but to accept her onboard. McDonald started up the boat's engine, and the ship headed out into open water towards East Moreland. Jaremi Carebin and Jimmy McDonald would have their work cut out getting over to the rebels, keeping the Governor happy and delivering the rebels the supplies they so desperately needed. -

The three landed in a dodgy Inquistan port. From there, they would have to go into the air as the Caspian sea was inaccessible. They talked to a guy who knew a guy and gave him a large sum of money to help them load their armaments into the air. It would take a couple of shipments but it was doable, the sketchy Inquistan assured them. Becky Short-Hailey updated the Governor that they were now making the trip over to Pravoslaviya, where they would smuggle the armaments either over land or over water in little custom submarines that dairy smugglers used to transport dairy from Inquista to Icholasen during dairy prohibition. Back in those days they had a 70% success rate. Sure, they lost a lot of good camembert over the years but dairy junkies still managed to have their gorgonzola fix more often than not. Either way, Jaremi, Becky and Jimmy knew that some of their goods would arrive with the communists. It was great news.
The three boarded one of 4 planes that would travel to a coastal city in Pravoslaviya, and when they got there they bribed the guards and officials and waited for all the planes and supplies to land.
-
The weapons were split up, with around 25% sent on 20 small submarines going to disparate locations along the coastal areas controlled by rebels. The submarines, while crude, still gave them the benefit of being beneath the waves providing additional layers of protection against traditional detection, it would be hard to stop all of them. 75% of the weapons went across the rebel controlled border. Since the border was controlled by the rebels, they just gave it to them after bribing some Pravoslaviyan border guards to stay hushed. Now, the rebels were equipped with anti-aircraft guns, Nicoleizian advanced AK-47s, RPGs and mini-guns that could be strapped to Pravoslaviyan state of the art Trabants.
Becky Short-Hailey reported back to the Governor, saying that this border region offers a great opportunity. She talked to the head guard at an airport near the border and gave them a hefty bribe if they would let the Nuwnociluosoaulander Nicoleizian Socialist Dominion government send arms via this airstrip. The guard said yes, and so deliveries began to leave Nuwnociluosoaulaunk on tiny aircraft, carrying AK-47s, anti-aircraft guns and miniguns from arsenals in the Nicoleizian Dominion. She promised the Pravoslaviyan man that more money would come with each shipment, as long as he was quiet and didn't tell a soul. Becky Short-Hailey said to the governor that the situation won't last for long, so it is best to capitalise on it right now.
Becky Short-Hailey decided to cross over into the rebel controlled border area to take up arms against capitalism, and to show the rebels how to operate the anti-aircraft guns effectively. Short-Hailey knew that if she died for communism, she could become a martyr and get featured on a really cool propaganda poster in like 10 years when Icholasen becomes communist (again).
