At the Governor's Mansion (IC Secret)

The Governor had just got off the phone with Becky Short-Hailey, and was glad that such a noble comrade was now joining the fight against capitalism. Governor Jirluchuz had requested an audience with a sympathetic General, General Ilkmaun. The General had been trained in the Nicoleizian Armed forces during the heydays of the Nicoleizian communist regime during the 1970s.
"General." Said the Governor. "I trust you're well. How difficult would it be to transport a tank to Reitzmag?"
The General smiled and said "I'm doing well, thank you. And you won't like my answer to your question. I'd say it's impossible. I am, however, prepared to help the communists fight a guerilla war. These tactics can be just as effective as regular warfare, there's just more gorillas."
"Oh is that the difference?"
"Yes."
"I trust you've already exploited the corruption in Pravoslaviya to your advantage?"
"We have, we've sent and are sending weapons across the border as we speak."
"I think that should be enough for them to make ground. You need to load petrol on those flights, to make molotov cocktails. But other than that you've done all the right things to make sure the rebels succeed. I will stay here at the mansion to ensure that you have all the advice you need. Well done comrade, we might yet succeed."
