Complaint to the Speaker Concerning Mr. Van Allen

Mr Speaker,
I am writing a formal written complaint, to be released to the public for the sake of transparency, concerning the recent administrative actions you took concerning (former) Cllr. Van Allen of Reitzmag. It should be noted that in the months between his succession after the death of his predecessor your office took no action whatsoever while enforcing it against other would be Councillors.
In fact, your office allowed Mr. Van Allen to establish a political group within the council during that time span. With no forewarning, you using the power allotted by the law of the Union removed him from his office. The sudden removal of Mr. Van Allen not only deprived his nation suddenly of a voice within the council, but is going against the tenants of the very act that was used against him. This long stretch of Mr. Van Allen acting as a Councillor and even inputting official votes in the Council with no complaint from your office shows that this case is different than the ones that preceded it.
Reitzmag is rushing to complete an election now with reportedly almost no debate, initiated by Mr. Van Allen himself. If this council is to operate on the principal of Democracy then it must foster it with consideration, not demand it through force.
I request that you consider allowing Mr. Van Allen return to the Council as a representative of his country under the condition that the Kingdom of Reitzmag conduct a properly administered and free election in two months time from his reinstatement.
I do not expect a response but would appreciate one.

Mr Speaker,
I would like to add information that I was democratically elected as a deputy councilor for my country during the term of Coun. Hufton. Contrary to belief that I was not democratically put in power. It is understood by the people that I was elected to do the same job. This is also true to the current Deputy Councilor, Yuridiana Yahontov, who delivers my speeches and votes in council sessions where I am outside for important matters. And these are accepted by your office.
