Decree: Concerning Imperial Diplomatic Treaties
ARTABANOS: of the Centurians, Legatians, Quaestorians, Imperatorians, Rosarians, Praestorians, and Diutians Supreme Emperor; Our Lord, Ruler of all Inimicians, Supreme Autocrat; Defender of the Inimician Faith; Duke of the District of Telum; Commander of the Inimician Armed Forces; Grand Cross in the Imperial Order of Inimicus; Lord of the Supreme Ordene of Icholasen; PRAISE!
To all whom this Decree may reach, greetings.
BE IT KNOWN, that on the twenty-seventh say of the second month, in the seventh year of Our Reign, Our Loyal and Learned Subject Sarah Gladwell, Imperial Councillor, Imperial Foreign Officer, concluded with Representatives from Our beloved friends the Republic of Fremet, the Kingdom of Spain, and the Archrepublic of Vayinaod, a Treaty for the Establishment of the Madrid Co-operation Organisation.
BE IT FURTHER KNOWN, that on the second day of the third month, in the seventh year of Our Reign, Our said Loyal and Learned Subject Sarah Gladwell concluded with representatives from the Republic of Istkalen the Diem Accords.
It has pleased Us to grant to these treaties and accords such authority and power as necessary under the Constitution of the Empire of Inimicus for the complete ratification of the same. We have further seen fit to affix to these said treaties and accords Our Imperial Great Seal, said Seal being an integral requirement of any treaty or accord necessitating lawful amendments to the codes, statutes, or practices in Our Empire.

Joint Statement of the Governments of the Kingdom of Spain, the Empire of Inimicus, the Microstate of Inquista, and the Union of Duxburian Dominions
The undersigned governments condemn recent reports of so-called "diplomatic bombing" conducted by the armed forces of the Kingdom of Reitzmag inside the territorial boundaries of the United Duchies. We are further highly concerned by statements from the government of the Kingdom of Reitzmag suggesting this unannounced and unprovoked show of indiscriminate force was intended to show "the true capabilities" of the armed forces of the Kingdom of Reitzmag.
Not only is the long-distance mass bombing of a natural area an act of environmental terrorism, the undersigned governments further feel the armed forces of the Kingdom of Reitzmag have returned to their traditional ways of aggression, expansionism, jingoism, and uninterruptable talk of war and conflict. This is unacceptable.
The Imperial Government of Inimicus draws attention to the current negotiations taking place between its representatives and those from the Kingdom of Reitzmag, intended as negotiations of detente and good neighbourship. The Imperial Government of Inimicus, joined by the other undersigned governments, concludes the unprovoked long-distance bombing of a region in close proximity to the borders of the Kingdom of Spain and the Empire of Inimicus is irreconcilable with good neighbourship. The Imperial Government therefore announces it is recalling its diplomats from negotiations for the time being.
The undersigned governments are not moved by what we see as a childish display of aggressive force, and will not accept renewed expansionism from the office of Reitzmic Prime Minister Simon Bridges. We call upon him to stop his offensive on the safety and security of the region and, in particular, that of his country, and further warn him to cease Reitzmic encroachment on the southern European sphere of influence immediately.

Resolution: On North Diessen
The National Imperial Councillors of the Empire of Inimicus,
Recognising the immediate need of the people of the Confederacy of North Diessen, whose political establishment has descended into leaderlessness and confusion;
Further recognising the Empire of Inimicus and its Imperial Armed Forces took an active role in the subduing and eliminating of separatist elements in the Confederacy of North Diessen in 2021, and that therefore the Empire of Inimicus must resolve to continue to safeguard the stabiity and prosperity of the Confederacy of North Diessen;
Further recognising the need to protect and defend the large number of Inimician citizens currently present in the territorial boundaries of the Confederacy of North Diessen, in particular those Inimician citizens currently employed in the development and construction of the Artabanos Canal;
Having received a formal request from the Grand National Assembly of the Confederacy of North Diessen for military, administrative, and general assistance with regards to its organising of Presidential Elections;
Order the Imperial Army First Corps to be dispatched immediately to the Diessenar Capital Het Goor to await directions from Diessenar authorities, aiming to help and assist the same in their capacity as interim state leaders;
Further order the Imperial Guard Investigation Unit to make such preparations as necessary for a smooth and efficient transition of power in the Confederacy of North Diessen, and to aid the Grand National Assembly in whatever it may need.
Further refuses to recognise any longer the authority of Ekrem Mueller as President of the Confederacy of North Diessen, and encourages all friendly nations to do the same.

An Open Letter to Copalans and Anastasians
My friends,
The world watched in anguish as your struggle for freedom and peaceful living was once again crushed by events earlier this year. You have come far, travelled across the continent, you were promised much, and yet fate and negligence have been a cruel master to you from day one.
You wisely escaped from Copala City and the cruel clutches of Reitzmic authoritarianism and autocracy, yet you seem to have escaped from the frying pan into the fire. The Duchian government is, to put it at its mildest, incapable of giving you the rights and privileges you deserve.
Several years ago, the legitimate Nicolezian government conferred on me the Lordship of the Supreme Ordene of Icholasen, one of the greatest honours ever bestowed on me by a foreign power, and one which I still take to heart every day. Your plight, citizens of Anastasia City, is my plight.
When your new city was once again rocked by violence and destruction, the Imperial Government made clear those of you who truly wish to escape your current state of despair are welcome to settle in the Empire of Inimicus, and today I reiterate this invitation.
The Empire's gates are open to you. Today, I am ordering the Imperial Border Force to change its approach to refugees fleeing Anastasia City: those bearing Copalan or Anastasian citizenship or nationality, and who appear at any legitimate crossing into My Realm, shall be housed, fed, clothed, treated like human beings.
To those who wish to flee, but have no means of doing so, I say: stay strong. As of this evening, Imperial Navy vessels will intensify patrols of the Persian Gulf and North Diessenar territorial waters of the Caspian Sea in co-operation with the Imperial Coast Guard and Diessenar Confederal Coast Guard. Those we rescue at sea, we will take in and treat as I stated earlier.
Finally, to the international community, in particular the government of the United Duchies, I say this: lives are at stake. Behave like it.
