Single parent families - No change
Disablity payments- in the case of severe disabilities no change, but for people with a "bad back" sitting jobs will be found.
OAP- No change for citizens who have worked most of thier life, if however you have not worked a job will be found for people aged 65-80
Single people under 65- previously could claim 210 punts a week with no time limit. Now will receive 210pw for 6 months dropping to 105pw for 3 further months then 52.50pw for 1 more month after which no payment will be made.
Mrs Hinge added "The days of people claiming welfare for years are gone 10 months is long enough to find a job for anyone, some countries give no support for the unemployed and if we dont see the unemployment figures drop we will be one of them"
