Nation Name: The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia
Applicant's name and applicant's authority to apply on behalf of their nation: Viktor Hladík, Minister of Defense
Nation's IC Count (must be greater than 0): 48 650,40
Does your nation meet minimum requirements for nuclear weapon production? (Find this in your war list in the technology section) Your answer does not necessarily have to be yes, although your license will be for trade only if you are not capable of producing your own weaponry: YesReasons for applying: Why do you want to produce a nuclear arsenal?: The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia seeks nuclear weapons licence in order to further develop its defense capabilities to defend its sovereignty and protect peace. Deterring any potential aggressors would only contribute towards lasting peace in Europe and therefore allow the people, not only in Czech Slavia but across Europe, to live free from fear of war, and contribute to solve any potential disputes with dialogue.
Reasons for approval: Why should the ENAA grant approval?: The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia has many times demonstrated its commitment to peace and diplomacy, promoting peaceful settlement of all dispute, never seeking disputes with other sovereign states and not deploying any armed forces beyond the borders of the Democratic Republic. The Democratic Republic maintains friendly relations with all member states of the European Union, there can be no doubt that nuclear arsenal would serve purely defensive goals and granting nuclear weapons licence to the Democratic Republic would only serve to strengthen lasting peace in Europe. The Democratic Republic has also proven to be a stable state, returning to full normalcy after the dissolution of the Extraordinary People's Court earlier this year.

The ENAA has decided in a 4-0 vote to like totally grant the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia a limited nuclear weapons license. The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia shall be limited to 200 nuclear warheads, and may apply in one year, or 365 days from now to request an increase in its warhead amount.
You guys, this decision was soooo tricky. With the Recognition of the Union of Nicoleizian Socialist Republics, it was decided that the Korojaunu of the Union of Nicoleizian Socialist Republics would contribute to the ENAA decision-making process. Regardless if this decision is seen as agreeable or not, all other present ENAA members decided to unanimously grant the nuclear weapons license, which means the outcome would be like totally the same anyway.
The ENAA noted that the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia is a stable country that respects international norms and customs, and carries itself with tact and good diplomacy on the international stage. Some members felt that the Democratic Republic was perhaps too new to the European Union to obtain a license, but this fact wasn't seen as too #problematic considering how well the Democratic Republic has proven itself in the last 2+ years.
