Yuichi Matsuda, Yosai’s Secretary of State, was shedualed to meet his counterpart from the People’s Democratic Republic of Svarna Surya; the Foreign Affairs Minister Mishri Sakar. He sat in Yonogune Garden, taking in the atmosphere.

They were meeting in Osaka at the Yonogune Garden for talks in properly ending Yosai’s obligation towards being a member of the aggressive party. He remembered the words from his colleague the General Secretary “Peace wthe Foreign Ministers arrival. ith Honour.” He still didn’t know what that meant. He was mulling over the words, waiting for word from the security services about

Mishri Sarkar arrived by private jet to Yosai. She was under instructions to get a good deal and ask Yosai to get ECON to soften on some of the demands. However she was aware of the mass protests and knew change was needed at least at surface level. She knew the military were not willing to shoot on the people now they were in mass protest, it was just not possible without risking a severe civil war and destruction of all economic power and assets of those in government and in military. No now it was limitation of damage, ensure no sanctions, no trial demands , no demands for justice.

They would reform government to a surface democracy with no military being officially directly involved , reform the party into a new replacement party officially dissolving the old party and hopefully this would be enough. She arrived and bowed to Yuichi Matsuda greeting him saying "Thank you for your hospitality , I very much hope we can get a mutually beneficial agreement. I do have some good news for you on proposed reforms."

Secretary of State Yuichi Matsuda saw his saree "Ms Sakar, please sit." He knew what the Svarna Suryan ambassador was here for. However Yosai in its current iteration is the most democratic form it has been, known as the '2nd Republic'. The Yosainese form of democracy has had its own run in's with authoritarianism and has lived though it in his youth as well as most of his generation.
