Czeching in with an old friend

The Chairman's Dacha
Chairman Jirluchuz had much to think about. The limited resistance still raged on but so much authority rested in his hands. He knew that he had to form a foreign policy that would protect communist regimes in Europe, and the most prominent was Czech Slavia. He knew that the efforts to keep the Reitzmag communists supplied would be difficult.
On the agenda of course was how the countries were to deal with Reitzmag. Icholasen's navy was relatively strong but couldn't reach Reitzmag. They also wouldn't want to beef with Inquista. The funding of communist parties across Europe was also high on the agenda.
The Chairman awaited the arrival of the Czechs delegation who would be flown in past the patrols of aircraft above Icholasen.

Prague
Prime minister S. Černá's mood couldn't be better on this day could have not been better on this day. When she heard the news that there was a change of government in Icholasen she couldn't herself and started crying tears of joy. And when the invitation from this new government into Icholasen came she didn't hesitate and confirmed it immediately. President V. Sova, who was nowadays more absent from the public life, has also decided to go. On their way to the airport they saw factories decorated with flags of Czech Slavia and Icholasen and slogans wishing a great developement to Icholasen and celebrating the bond between the people of both state. President Sova mumbled to himself that he never expected to this glory in his life again.
At the airport Czech delegation was met with hundreds of supportes, that were given a break in their jobs to go greet their president and prime minister. Černá delivered a short speech: "Comrades, in a short while our delegation will land in Saint Regina, where a capitalist counterrevolution brought back expoitation of the workers. They were made into slaves in their own country. But, when we will land there, we will not see any slaves, for the capitalist goverment of Icholasen was overthrown and replaced with a new, just government of the workers! Comrades, there were some voices in the past here that loudly screeched for restauration of capitalism. But our government back then wisely decided not to step down, there were some mistakes in the systems, but we chose to overcome those mistakes, and not the system itself. Today we can see that it was the correct decision, and the workers of Icholasen saw that too. There is no doubt in my mind that our comrades were inspired by your work. The voices for capitalist restoration did not disappear, they can be heard even in the Nation Assembly, but they are no longer louder then whispers, and today the revolution in Icholasen will quiet their voices even more. Stay determined comrades, glory to your work!"
Saint Regina airport
A few hours later the plane landed in Saint Regina and the delegation of Czech Slavia walked out to be greeted by their Nicoleizian counterparts. -
"Vítejte soudruzi" The Chairman said, which means welcome comrades in Czech. "I trust your flight was pleasant?" The Chairman motioned for the Prime Minister to sit down. "Now, Europe is in chaos. This means that there are opportunities for us to spread our ideals across the continent. Like for us here in Icholasen. We are willing to use the might of Icholasen's armed forces to help you and other communists resist threats. We'd also like to offer you the weapons we produce here, any that you may need. Is there anything specific that you might need?
-
"We thank you for your warm welcome and your generous offer of weaponry. However, I believe it would be best to leave that question to our ministries." President Sova smiled at Chairman Jirluchuz.
Prime minister Černá also smiled and said: "Now let me speak to you as a chairwoman of the Communist Party, rather then the head of government. It seems apparent to me that there are still challenging times before the new democratic regime in Icholasen and the european situation is new and holds many opportunities but also dangers for both the PCI and the KSČS. I therefore strongly believe that both of these parties should create a common think tank that would help the parties learn from each other and advise each other. " Černá pulled up her documents. "I'll give you a declaration of 'Institute of European Left' if you cloud please read this and consider signing it." -
The Chairman smiled. "I had my aides have a look over this and it will work very well. Other than that, I think we have nothing left to discuss. Thank you for coming to Icholasen and I hope we can keep up the good work together. I'm also looking forward to the creation of the Institute of the European Left, and for it to work to provide leftist though a platform to grow and expand."
