High Duke Albert ILidia Bastianich has been randomly chosen to host first. She may present her menu (starter main and dessert) and then the guests will share their initial reactions to just the menu items, not yet how the dishes actually look. The guests can kind of try and guess what the food might be, think about what Sissel's Reitzmic take on it might be, and say if they would like or dislike that food.
After the reactions, Lidia will present her house and her theme for the night (if there is a theme).
The guests will then arrive and mingle. Maybe even snoop around the house. When Lidia feels that the guests have sufficiently mingled, she will then present her starter and give the guests a chance to react to that course (both within the room and the conversation, and also in the classic reality TV confessionals after the dinner, but displayed in the show and the RP at the same time).
This will repeat for each course, so the main will be served and the guests will be given a chance to react, then the dessert will served and the guests will react, talking the whole length of the dinner party.
Afterwards, the guests will return home in whatever mode of travel they use, and then rank Lidia's meal out of 10.

This is the inhospitable, barren wasteland that we call home. Don’t you think it’s lovely? I come from one of the Goldbloom tribes, the Innkingda. This is what it mostly looks like outside of the city. A bit farther away, you can see the grassland. But there’s been a lot of wind recently, and the sand far outpaces the grass. Don’t worry, this happens every summer.
This is one of the goldbloom tribes. Some of them have a lot more tents, or more city-like housing, but small tribes usually look like this. We get a lot of them every trading season in Brownania. I’ll be showing you some delicacies from here to. Smoked lamb stew. Rice bread. Steam fried cow liver. And spiced goat cheese. (Which goes very well with rice bread.)
