William was with his cousin, King George, in Sandringham Residence. It was quite near to where Anastasia was staying so he decided to take a visit after knowing what happened. The Royal Family didn't like what happened but they had no choice, they either refuse to sign and get overthrown or they sign and be loved by the people. It was not an easy choice for them, and it is up to William to show his empathy for his friend Anastasia.

"Bro, I'll just go visit a friend of mine." he said.

"Sure thing Will, but keep it quick, we still have somewhere to go later." George replied.

A helicopter was ready just outside to take William to Anastasia's secret private residence in Copala City. The chopper quickly flew and took him to the residence, above the protests in Copala City, without any disturbance. It landed softly at the top, people looked at such a scene and wondered who came. The Prince then went quickly to Anastasia's penthouse on the building and was quickly admitted.

"Annie! I hope you're doing fine." William said while approaching her and then hugging her.

"I just want you to know that I'm not supporting those people who did this to our project. But we had to sign it whether we like it or not for the sake of our reputation to the people." he continued.

Queen Anastasia laughed. "Nice one !" She said. "I have also had to vote for laws I didn't agree with. Hopefully we can get my City back up and operational. What did you have in mind ?"

William was quite happy that Anastasia was fine. But he came not for the city, he came to confess. He had kept his feelings in his heart for a very long time and he decided that it's time to show her how he really feels.

"I'm happy that you're fine. Maybe we could talk somewhere private?" he said.

The two went to a private area without the guards that the Royal Household provided for the Nicolezian Royals. William didn't know where to start, but as soon as he saw a picture of them on one of their vacations, he knew where he would start.

"Ah Annie, you remember this picture when we were in Ibiza for our vacation? It was very unique, I've never taken a girl to somewhere like it before." he started

The two went into the conversation happily, going through their past memories as friends. But little did Anastasia know that William didn't want to just be friends with her.

"And then that time when I bumped onto a tree while skating. That was so funny." he said while they both laugh. They then awkwardly pause for a moment.

"You know Annie, we've been together for quite a long time. We've been to unique and exotic places where I've never taken other girls before. And I think it's time I tell you the truth." he slowly said while acting quite restlessly.

Anastasia remembered these moments gladly. "What is it ?" She asked. She had been unlucky in love, with Prince Charles Bismarck of Prussia being a bum, with Nicholas Klingeburg inconsiderately dying on her. She was ready for the next step with William.

"It's been long since I loved a girl, and I think that now is the time." he said before pausing for a moment.

"I love you Annie, I fell in love with you since the first time we met. And I think we could both save the people of our country with our love." he continued before standing restlessly and reaching for his pocket.

William got what he had in his pocket, a ring for an engagement. He slowly hid it beside him before kneeling in front of Anastasia.

"I think that now is the time I show my love for someone that I could be with forever. Anastasia Romanov..." he said as he opened the box.

"Will you marry me?" he uttered without hesitation.

Anastasia said yes. "I am doing this for love, and also for my city, Copala City. I hope this marriage will solidify both."

The two took a few moments to process the events. "We need to send out invitations," Anastasia said.

William was very happy as he slowly inserted Anastasia's ring finger to the very expensive ring he bought. The engagement was still to remain secret until 3 days before the wedding.

"I love you Annie!" he said.

"Yes we have to plan our wedding, but we have to keep it secret from public until 3 days before the wedding. We don't want to get into more trouble." he said.

The couple planned their wedding and discussed thoroughly. William thought, maybe his cousin would help him out with expenses.

"Why don't we go to my cousin and ask what he thinks? The helicopter is up at the rooftop still waiting for us. It can take us to where George is quickly." he said to his new fiancee.

Anastasia agreed, they headed to the helicopter.

The couple flew to Sandringham Residence without the knowledge of the protestors down below. There they met with the Reitzmic Royal Family and discussed the wedding.
