General Secretary Watanabe was just on his office looking at documents and other important paperwork when his Private Secretary came rushing to his office.
JW: それは何ですか？(What is it?)
PPS: 緊急の何か、私はあなたをバンカーに降ろす必要があります。(Something urgent, I should bring you down the bunker.)
Junichi took his coat and went to the bunker with his Private Secretary. Upon entry, he saw a Cdre Simon P. Huntington and his aides. He knew what's happening right at that moment, and so he greeted them.
SPH: Mr. General Secretary, thank you for giving us some time today. I believe you know how urgent this is.
JW: No worries, but may I know what specifically did you come here for?
Cdre Huntington hands the document of Operation Blue Hydra to Junichi.
SPH: Mr. General Secretary, in your hands is the official plan regarding Operation Blue Hydra. As you can see, we are proceeding with the plan after acquiring approval from Prime Minister Bridges. Junichi looked at the document carefully and looked around the room. Inside with them were Admirals Mishimaru and Miyago, both of whom headed the 5th Carrier Strike Group that was planned to be deployed with the Reitzmics in case Operation Blue Hydra is approved. And then...
JW: Yes, let's proceed.
He gave a nod at Cdre Huntington and shook his hand, then he sat down to be briefed of the plans from the Yosainese part of the operation. A map is then projected on the screen showing the combat ranges of the aircraft carried by the joint team as well as the maneuvers for Phases 1, 2, and 3.
AMS: Mr. General Secretary, the plan for the Yosainese Navy is to mobilize the 5th Carrier Strike Group to join the Carrier Strike Group 25 of the Royal Navy at Initial Deployment Point 31 N 12 E. We will join them in their maneuvers for Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the plan. However, we will have a Phase 4 where we will break away from the Royal Navy's Carrier Strike Group 25 and return to Initial Deployment Point before conducting a free roam. During the operation, we will maintain the use of water cannons and avoid the use of firearms for self-defense unless fired upon. We have also coordinated the joint operation of Royal Navy aircraft on both carriers operating.

Junichi returned to his office while Admirals Mishimaru and Miyago went to HMNB Yosai with Commodore Huntington. Upon arrival, all ships have been dispatched and on their way to the Initial Deployment point.
Atlantic Fleet Headquarters, Yosai
Admiral Mishimaru greeted Admiral Sim of the Royal Navy's Atlantic Fleet. They discussed some additional plans in case different scenarios happen. Before finishing their discussion, he approached Adm Sim for a simple request.
AMS: Adm. Sim, may I request something?
SSB: Sure, what is it?
AMS: Could you inform me if they have arrived at the Initial Deployment Point? I'll be joining my strike group from there until the end of Phase 2.
SSB: Sure, no problem. I'm also joining the fleet, but I'll come at the beginning of Phase 2 instead.
AMS: Thank you, Admiral.
