November 3 2021Staff of the Atlantic Fleet are alarmed and kept themselves busy as the Prime Minister gives the order to conduct a series of Freedom of Navigation and Territorial Defence Exercises in the Strait of Adventuranza. Election season had just finished, and the new PM Bridges already met with the Armed Forces despite not yet being ceremonially appointed by the monarch. The head of the fleet, Admiral Sim Seung-seob (심승섭) came in and was quickly escorted to the control room. On his way, he's briefed by his aide of the situation.
AA: Sir, we are now preparing for the conduct of the operations. We have the Carrier Strike Group 25 ready for deployment and just awaiting your orders. The plan had already been sent to the control room from the Coastal Command through a heavily encrypted connection. Our team had also recently monitored the movement of Inimician, Spanish, and Duchian naval ships through our satellites.
SSB: Good, has the Yosainese Armed Forces already been informed of this?
AA: Not yet sir, but we will be setting up a meeting between you and the High Command of the Yosainese Armed Forces.
SSB: I think it would be better if we include General Secretary Watanabe on the table, that way we can move forward with the deployments.
AA: I'll send someone to the Executive Blue Manor to fetch the General Secretary later.
As both enter the busy control room, Admiral Sim looks at the screens. The 9 ships and 2 submarine boats of the Royal Navy's Atlantic Fleet are very well-prepared to leave. He was then handed a printed version of the plan.

Also, I want this plan handed to the General Secretary of Yosai. They might decide to also conduct operations, so it'll be best if we remain in their assistance.
All the ships then take voyage to their intial deployment point. They then proceed to commit the instructions in Phase 1 as they arrive.

November 4 2021General Secretary Watanabe was just on his office looking at documents and other important paperwork when his Private Secretary came rushing to his office.
JW: それは何ですか？(What is it?)
PPS: 緊急の何か、私はあなたをバンカーに降ろす必要があります。(Something urgent, I should bring you down the bunker.)Junichi took his coat and went to the bunker with his Private Secretary. Upon entry, he saw a Cdre Simon P. Huntington and his aides. He knew what's happening right at that moment, and so he greeted them.
SPH: Mr. General Secretary, thank you for giving us some time today. I believe you know how urgent this is.
JW: No worries, but may I know what specifically did you come here for?Cdre Huntington hands the document of Operation Blue Hydra to Junichi.
SPH: Mr. General Secretary, in your hands is the official plan regarding Operation Blue Hydra. As you can see, we are proceeding with the plan after acquiring approval from Prime Minister Bridges. We believe it is important that we inform you of this information, because we think it is vital in your operations too. That being said we need to know whether or not the Federal Republic of Yosai will proceed with participating in this operation.
Junichi looked at the document carefully and looked around the room. Inside with them were Admirals Mishimaru and Miyago, both of whom headed the 5th Carrier Strike Group that was planned to be deployed with the Reitzmics in case Operation Blue Hydra is approved. And then...
JW: Yes, let's proceed.
He gave a nod at Cdre Huntington and shook his hand, then he sat down to be briefed of the plans from the Yosainese part of the operation. A map is then projected on the screen showing the combat ranges of the aircraft carried by the joint team as well as the maneuvers for Phases 1, 2, and 3.
AMS: Mr. General Secretary, the plan for the Yosainese Navy is to mobilize the 5th Carrier Strike Group to join the Carrier Strike Group 25 of the Royal Navy at Initial Deployment Point 31 N 12 E. We will join them in their maneuvers for Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the plan. However, we will have a Phase 4 where we will break away from the Royal Navy's Carrier Strike Group 25 and return to Initial Deployment Point before conducting a free roam. During the operation, we will maintain the use of water cannons and avoid the use of firearms for self-defense unless fired upon. We have also coordinated the joint operation of Royal Navy aircraft on both carriers operating.

Junichi returned to his office while Admirals Mishimaru and Miyago went to HMNB Yosai with Commodore Huntington. Upon arrival, all ships have been dispatched and on their way to the Initial Deployment point.

Admiral Mishimaru greeted Admiral Sim of the Royal Navy's Atlantic Fleet. They discussed some additional plans in case different scenarios happen. Before finishing their discussion, he approached Adm Sim for a simple request.
AMS: Adm. Sim, may I request something?
SSB: Sure, what is it?
AMS: Could you inform me if they have arrived at the Initial Deployment Point? I'll be joining my strike group from there until the end of Phase 2.
SSB: Sure, no problem. I'm also joining the fleet, but I'll come at the beginning of Phase 2 instead.
AMS: Thank you, Admiral. -

Less than a kilometer from the coast of Yosai
Everyone was relaxed as it was still on the initial plans, however they all remained vigilant of possible happenings. On the bridge, Commodore Jerry Kyd is sipping at his coffee while looking at the horizon. Everything was proceeding as planned, the Yosainese fleet was also catching up just behind the CSG. After taking his last sip of coffee, the phone rang. It was the Fleet Command.rewind

Admiral Sim had doubts whether or not the deployment was properly timed, and he thought that it may surely be appropriate at the time if the mission was covert. And at that time, the phone rang. It was either two possibilities, either something wrong happened, or things were going properly as planned. He answered the phone, it was the Prime Minister.
SSB: Admiral Sim of the Atlantic Fleet, who is this?
PMB: Admiral Sim, this is the Prime Minister.
SSB: Yes sir, how may I help you?
PMB: Amend the mission, remain on holding maneuvers at the Initial Deployment Zone.
SSB: Copy that sir, may I know the reason for this change in orders?
PMB: Our mission is compromised, this might go wrong. My advisers have told me it's best we stay out for now.
SSB: Copy that sir, should we inform the Executive Blue Manor for this?
PMB: Yes, please inform Mr. Watanabe of this as soon as possible. And more especially, the CSG.The call dropped. Admiral Sim sent Cdre Huntington back to the Executive Blue Manor to inform the General Secretary. Immediately he approached his aide to make contact with the Emperor of Reitzmag.

SSB: Commodore, this is Admiral Sim of the Atlantic Fleet
CJK: Yes sir, how can I help you?
SSB: Commodore, the plan has changed. Maintain holding maneuvers in the Initial Deployment Point, the Prime Minister will give orders to proceed when necessary.
CJK: Copy that sir, what about the Yosainese?
SSB: Inform them of the change in plans, we'll let their own high command decide whether or not they proceed with their planned maneuvers as established by Operation Blue Hydra.
CJK: Copy that sir.
SSB: Also, make sure to have regular aerial patrols around the strike group for safety measures. Am I making myself clear?
CJK: Sir yes sir.The call dropped, Commodore Kyd informed the crew and contacted YFS Tokugawa. He understood the situation, and he wants his crew to have fun while on hold. And he knw exactly what to do.
