Voting has now concluded. Unfortunately, the votes from the Federal Republic of Lusitania and Vettonia could not be included in the final tally, as the country only ascended to the European Union after the nomination period had already began.

A total of 17 votes were counted. The results are as follows:

For the Office of Premier Commissioner

Joseph BIDEN (Reitzmag): 9 votes (~53%)
Corinna LARSEN (Spain): 8 votes (~47%)

For the Office of Internal Affairs Commissioner

Ilmaras KALESSED (Istkalen): 13 votes (~76.5%)
Sara PORTER (United Duchies): 4 votes (~23.5%)

Joseph Biden is thus duly elected as Premier Commissioner of the European Union, and Ilmaras Kalessed is duly elected as Commissioner of Internal Affairs of the European Union. Congratulations to the newly elected Commissioners, and commiserations to all other candidates.

The new European Commission will be sworn into office upon completion of the European Court of Justice elections.
