Treaty of Attela
We the undersigned agree to cooperation for the benefit of both the Duchian and Underathian people in order to have a special relationship between our two peoples and nations based on peace , prosperity and human development.
Article I
I.A joint development organisation shall be funded by the United Duchies government and construct a Port , Airport and Hotel infrastructure within Underath. This shall be solely funded by the United Duchies government with ownership split 65% Underath and 35% the United Duchies government. Profits shall be split in the same way. This organization may expand into building and running of rail infrastructure with agreement of both partners.
II.Underath shall be granted 10 Billion Dux Libra per year to spend with Duchian companies of its choice and products of its choice in order to help with development.Underath shall also have access to expert advisors funded by the Duchian government.
III.Funding shall be given to develop agriculture using modern and sustainable farming practices to increase yield.
IV.The government of United Duchies shall encourage the purchase of Underath goods and encourage investment by Duchian companies into Underath products.
V. Vaccination of all Underathians shall be funded by the United Duchies in order to protect Underathians from novel diseases before any free travel arrangements are introduced.Article II
I.The governments of United Duchies and Underath shall meet 6 monthly to discuss joint issues
