Statement concerning the shooting in Hampton City, Reitzmag - 21st August 2020

I would like to herebry condemn the ahhoting in Hampton City, the Reitzmag's capital city. As Internal Affairs Commissioner, it's my responsability to refuse any other attacks like this in any territory of the European Union. Despite differing with the other political options during this campaign, there is no reason to kill innocents. My prayers goes to those injured and for the families of the 2 victimis of this horrible attack. I talk in beyond of the whole European Commission when I say that we stand again violence in any way.

Statement Concerning the Departure of Eastern Haane from the European Union - 21st September 2020

I would like to express my sadness about the departure of Eastern Haane of the European Union, but I'm also concerned about the faxt there has not been a voting about the departure of Eastern Haane. Still, I would like to wish Eastern Haane the best of luck out of the European Union. Meanwhile, I would like to remember the other nations that the European values shall stand after the goodbye of E. Haane. I trust on a better Europe, and I'm sure we will do it together.

Jean-Claude Juncker will travel to Angleter tomorrow - 25th October 2020

The European Commissioner for Internal Affairs, Jean-Claude Juncker, will travel tomorrow to Angleter and meet with the Prime Minister of the Apostolic Kingdom. The Internal Affairs Commissioner will bring up topics like the announced Anglexit referendum, the co-operation between the European Union and Angleter and will listen to the concerns of the Prime Minister about the current European Union.

2nd European Leaders Summit to take place on November 6th

The Internal Affairs Commissioner has announced the next European Leaders Summit will take place on November 6th. Juncker has said it was planned to take place in December, but as said by the Commissioner, "December is a month to spend with your family and friends, to celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah or any other celebration and meet with those you are never with during the rest of the year.". Jean-Claude Juncker has sent the invitations to the European leaders with a letter explaining this and more details about the second summit this year.

Statement - On Eastern Haane

Europeans, today we have received some very important news concerning Eastern Haane. After huge efforts from the 4 Assembled Powers and the European Union, we can say that Eastern Haane's mission is accomplished. On a further statement released by Premier Commission, where more details will be given, all of this will be carefully explained.

I, as Internal Affairs Commissioner, didn't want to end the mission without thanking everybody who has taken part on it: The countries that offered help, took refugees and cooperated with the European Union to protect the Haaneans and not get a massacre against the wishes of the European Union and the Haaneans. The No-Fly Zone and the Council support were needed, and I'm proud to say we did get that support by talking and being diplomatic to every single member state. We have a lot to learn from this conflict, I've learnt a lot and I still have lots of things to learn.

I also want to thank the European Relief Force for their brave action. It wasn't easy to leave a family behind and get to what many of you knew, as you told me, "the Hell of Europe right now". But you did it, and you accomplished a very difficult mission with no casualties and more importantly, with a peaceful attitude and behaviour which didn't anger the Haaneans but helped them. Finally, I would like to thank Harriet Copala for her great commanding and her commendable effort to succeed on a very difficult mission like this.

Many people tell me that I'm the only responsible of this good news, but I'm not. The European Commission is not only me, it's 3 Commissioner and a lot of people which are making this possible. It's also the feat of those Councillors wishing to help and all those ERF soldiers, including the Flag Commander and the 4 Assembled Powers to have this success on Eastern Haane. Europe has shown something very important to the world today: When we are united, we are able to get success in the worse situations. I'm just part of the team that made this success possible, but not its main character, because that role appertains to the brave men and women who were there helping the Haaneans.

Statement - Caspian Summit in Europolis

Today, I've called Reitzmag, United Duchies, Pravoslaviya, North Diessen and Copala City into the negotiation to put an end to the Caspian conflict here, in Europolis. The European Union trusted on the negotiations to succeed, but sadly, these hasn't succeeded. We are seeking to hear every side on this conflict, and then, the European Union, relying over the negotiations that have already taken place and its own thoughts, will propose an agreement. As Internal Affairs Commissioner, I would like to give an advice to every side: The European Union wants to put an end now to this conflict, and we hope none of the parties start another dispute in a short period of time. The Commission is responsible of mediating when we are asked to do so, when the dispute risks the European stability or when something bad (like a war) could take place, but on our functions, we are not a parent of every European Country.

Statement on Czech Slavia - 13th December 2020

The European Commission is following all the events taking place in Czech Slavia closely. We are really worried about the moves from the old Defence Minister, which is trying to get rid of the new Government by a Coup d'Etat. The Czech Slavians don't deserve this, and so the European Internal Affairs Commission acts the old Defence Minister to cease on his dictatorial, anti-democratic attitudes. Moreover, we offer our help to the Czech Slavian Government to help on a transcition from a Communist regime towards a new democratic regime, in which freedom and civil rights shall be the main priorities of the new Czech Slavian Government which needs to be democratically elected by the people. The European Commission, and myself, will always stay on the side of democracy.

Statement on the Caspian Conflict - 23rd December 2020

Today, I'm calling Inimicus, Reitzmag, United Duchies and North Diessen to stop the escalation of this conflict. As Internal Affairs Commissioner, I cannot agree but disagree with the most recent information that has been released. While I don't condemn the presence of Inimicus in the area to protect their neighbour after a request coming from them, I would like to know how true the informations about a supposed harassment are. Concerning Reitzmag, I ask the MPs to put sanctions on a hold until the European Commission discovers what has really taken place on this incident, as they should try not to raise tensions. On the United Duchies, I ask them to stop accusing other nations of lying. The European Internal Affairs Commission will investigate if necessary what has happened in order to solve the conflict.

These nations aren't behaving well right now. In order to solve the conflict, specially the United Duchies and Reitzmag shall stop accusing others or the other, depends on which nation we do refer to. While Inimicus and North Diessen are just co-operating to protect the Diessans, the United Duchies has accused Reitzmag of lying while Reitzmag has accused Inimicus of harassment. These are really hard accusations which I'm not going to tolerate, and I hope those are retired before we find any proof that would show the opposite. On the United Duchies, I ask them to not make the situation worse, as their accusations are not helpful but disrespectful towards Reitzmag and should these be retired immediately.

The European Union and myself are ashamed of the happenings taking place of the Caspian, and I hope everyone there works together towards an agreement which is still being negotiated between myself and the Caspian Countries.

Statement on Czech Slavia - 24th December 2020

My fellow Czechs and Europeans, during the last days I have been following the happenings in Czech Slavia with concern and fear. During the last two months, we have seen how the people in Czech Slavia have said enough to a Government which wasn't allowing them to evolve as a society, as a country. But now, we are seeing how trials are being celebrated with no democratical guarantees, something Istrongly condemn and oppose to. As our Constitution says in Article V, Section X, 'Everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal for any legal charges brought against them, and any determination of their rights and obligations.' This principle, which shall always be accomplished in every member state, is being ignored and systematically broken on Czech Slavia. Myself, as Internal Affairs Commissioner, and the European Commission as a whole, are not allowing this to happen, and that's why I'll be opening a discussion on the Council the 26th December 2020 in order to debate with Councillors about what should we do to stop this unconstitutional and undemocratic procedure in Czech Slavia.

The European Union is entitled to be the house of freedoms and civil rights. Those not being protected or being ignored set a dangerous precedent on other countries which could entitle to the same situation in order to justify their undemocratic actions. The European Union, as a whole, shall take action when this things happen, and by thus the European Commission is taking action to stop these unfair, undemocratic and embarrasing trials.

Statement - Thank you Europe, and Goodbye - 20th February 2021

Today, it is a very nostalgic day for me. For the 1st time in 8 months, I'm leaving this office for not coming back for, at least, 4 months. And on my final statement, I wanted to address you, the Europeans, to thank you for all your support and saying goobye. It's been a pleasure to work along such a professional team like the one I have got in my journey as Internal Affairs Commissioner, to receive your letters, read them and answer them, to meet you in person, to be close to you, listen to your problems, along with many other things we have done during these 2 consequtive terms.

But, if there was something that needs to be kept on everyone's mind, that's the new European Union that the next Internal Affairs Commissioner will found. Today, I'm proud to say that I'm leaving a much better Europe than the one I found back in 2020. And even if we are now going through hard times (my thoughts are with those affected by the terror attacks and the families suffering in the Union of Syndicates), we need to be strong, united and fight this situation with agreements, diplomacy, peace and those values that represent the European Union and those I have tried to represent all over the region with my own principles. I would also like to thank the million of Europeans that, day per day, trust on this huge and amazing project which is the European Union. With no doubt, those are the ones that make this Union possible, because I'm just a civil servant. Without such a team and the million of Europeans, we politicians, would do nothing.

I have faced many challenges, such as the Eastern Haane's war and intervention, many diplomatic crisis and more things you all know and I think it's not needed to remember. I want to address those tempted to leave the European Union because of certain decisions: Threatening the European Union won't work if you want your opinions to be supported, leaving the European Union is a mistake many want to do but then, what's next? And even if I respect their choices and opinions, they should also think on the million of Europeans that travel to their country, that work on their nation and see how some people with power say there wouldn't be another choice but leaving the region. And now, I wanted to have some special words for the Angleterics, which weren't the ones I was addresing a few words ago: I will be here to support whatever choice you do, and so I told Mr. Isla. Angleter has been in the European Union for a lot of time, and has gained enough rights to decide their future on this union. And even if I wish they stay, that's up to you, and I ask you to think properly about your choice.

But, apart from that, we have reached many achievements: We have seen the Eurorail actually working, we have created and developed many plans from the Internal Affairs Commission and we have set the pillars for a Green Deal. But, the most important thing, is that we have got an active Commission for Internal Affairs, which has always been involved in the many affairs that took place on Europe and has been there when needed.

Because of all of this, I want to thank you for your constant support and your cooperation with me. It's been a pleasure to serve you, to serve the civil servants in the Commission, and to serve the region I love. I wish the best of luck to the next Internal Affairs Commissioner, because her luck will be our luck. Thank you, and I hope to be back very soon.
