        Nation Name: Ruthund
        Link to War List: http://nseuropeanunion.com/topic/830/the-rikzgel-realm-of-great-ruthund
        Requested Slot: Australia

Reasons for approval?: For the past roughly 20 years, beginning under the rule of Steward Luzrogaz, Ruthund has underwent a program called the Great Armament, an unprecedented modernization of the Rikzgel into a capable fighting force. This has also involved the building of the military industral complex, which had struggled to develop in Ruthund until recently. Now with the economic boom that Ruthund had experienced since its entrance into the European Union, Ruthund's industrial capacity and its opening of its markets have made ideal conditions for a new arms industry to emerge within the country. As for why Australia tier slot, it would suit Ruthund the best since the Great Armament had focused its energy on building a well-armed navy of which is one of Ruthund's key objectives in regards to military.

Nation Name: Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia
            Link to War List: https://nseuropeanunion.com/topic/622/war-list-for-the-democratic-republic-of-czech-slavia?_=1642184889260
            Requested Slot: Pakistan

Reasons for approval?: With the UNSR largely abstaining from European affairs, the Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia adopted the position of greater self-reliance on military equipment in order to more effectively defend itself. Modern Pakistani army is also often supplied by Chinese equipment and Czech Slavia has a Declaration of Friendship with the current China producer.

              Nation Name: Ineland
              Link to War List: https://nseuropeanunion.com/topic/1217/inelander-defence-force-ineland-war-list
              Requested Slot: Sweden

Reasons for approval?: Ineland, in spite of its recent incorporation into the EU, has already amassed a decently sized armed forces. However, for an appropriate maintenance of its sovereignty through the adequate armament of its forces and to guarantee a minimal degree of independance from foreign providers, acceeding to a producer nation slot is of vital importance while the country finds its rightful place in the region.

                  Hey y'all, Axel here.

I have drafted a decently sized update to the War System, mostly focused on cost balancing. Guess what everything is more expensive now! Before going official I wanted to post the patch notes so those interested can discuss and share issues they see or whatever comments they might have.

This update focused mostly on reworking ground forces so that they are an equal concern when budgeting. Also raised upkeep costs of every single unit. Big capital units are also way more expensive to have now!

Another big change is the Ground-Based Superweapons or soon to be called Strategic Forces! Where ICBMs are way more expensive to have, this was mostly done as I feel a lot of countries have ICBMs when they probably should not, as such the cost associated with them is raised so that hopefully only nations with practically uses for them will attempt to implement them. (Why would you spend millions on an ICBM just for it to have a "conventional warhead"). Check the notes for more specifics!

Can not wait to hear feedback, otherwise changes probably go live in 2 weeks!
