The National Security Corps detain three Duchian citizens suspected of attempting to sabotage the Czechoslavonic economy
The National Security Corps has detained Yohanna Mizrachi-Roscoe, Danya Mizrachi-Roscoe and Mathias Mizrachi-Roscoe during a festival in Litoměřice. All three are suspected of attempting to sabotage the Czechoslavonic economy. "All the evidence points that these three individuals were directly involved in the sabotage that the Roscoes company is still attempting against the Democratic Republic. One of the suspects is part of the Roscoes Management Team, yet the attempts at sabotage continue. It seems most unlikely the rest of the family is unaware of the many crimes of the Company." the prosecution has stated.
"The criminal imperialist octopus has expected that our country would fall into one of its long tentacles. But we have refused to sell our conscience , the tentacle has been cut off, people's democracy has been saved and the saboteurs can expect the people's justice." read an article in the newspaper of the Socilist Republican Party, Světlo pravdy (English translation - The Light of Truth; formerly known as Rudé právo).
The National Security Corps has not provided any other information.
Pilot project of state company management democratization will kick off at September 1
Democratization of state company management as one of the priorities of the President for Life Albína Reiserová will be started at September 1. It will concern micro, small and medium companies, primarily in smaller municipalities, moving much of the management powers away from the managers and into the hand of the workers directly. About 5% of the state owned companies will be affected, and none of them associated with strategic resources. Work distribution, wages, disciplinary actions investment of funds, will all be decided by two possible processes, depending on the democratization method chosen. In some companies these will be decided by a vote open to all the workers, they will be advised and the vote will be oversighted by the established management. In other companies new managers will be selected randomly by a lot for a year and they will decide on such issues, they will likewise be advised and oversighted by established management.
The established management is expected to prepare the workers in mandatory curses fot their new rights and responsibilities. These projects will affect mostly transport, accommodation, textile, entertainment and glass production industries. The results will be examined each quarter of the year and based on indicators of productivity, the projects might be expanded or terminated.
The small circle forming near the bonfire around of which Reiserová, Saková and Imberová danced just a couple of minutes later certainly attracted attention as the government ministers, Rodnovery preachers and members of security and police forces quickly edged sooner to listen to what was being said. "Of course Comrade President understands the values of your company and naturally, "as a great humanitarian", she detests them." Slavomír nodded with a slight smile upon his face before he turned back to face to the two members of the Llunas-Roberts family, "Yes, that is most wise. During the times in which the slight mistakes of state atheism prevailed I have always urged unity with people of differing creeds, including the Christian Churches and even the Federation of Jewish Communities,... ehm, just in case you hear about my earlier writings from anybody, mistakes of the youth, you know,... in our common struggle for the ending of all religious persecutions. But of course"
"I am sure the kids will learn a lot! At least the adult ones!" Minister Imberová responded quickly to few chuckles from number of the other Czechs and to a nod from the President which seemed to make the Minister quite happy with herself.
Reiserová turned her head back to face the patriarch of the Roscoes' family and she smiled at him yet again, "James, you and your family are on Czechoslavonic soil. The Czech people hold all power here, not your corporation, so I think deciding what is and isn't necessary is up to me." The President for Life turned away to pay attention to her other guests as well, and signalled three policemen to come over to Yohanna, Danya and Mathias each., seizing them by their right arms.
Second later Minister Dohnal approached the three as well, "Ladies, young gentleman, I have been instructed that you are to enjoy sausages before being taken to questioning, please follow me!" he declared jovially and started leading the way the three Duchians brought forth by the policemen, "I apologize, but torture of animals is banned in the Democratic Republic, so Kosher meat is not available, but we did prepare vegan sausages for you Mrs Mizrachi-Roscoe. I hope they will satisfy."
Slavomír turned his attention to Iketemar and smiled wide at her, "You underestimate our President dear Iketemar, to suggest that the suspects could escape the watchful eye of the Champion of Mokosh."
Reiserová listened to the Spaniards and her face went slightly pink in shame, "I... I knew that, you know." she lied as Sémper infromed her that Juncker was no longer the head of government of Spain, "Send Mr..... Mr President my thanks and my warm regards as well. Oh and to the King and his family. You know, I have yet to meet His Majesty. Please sit down, sit down." she instructed all her guests, that were not taken to eat sausages, to sit down on the ground.
"Now please, all of you, let's talk about the lates happenings in our countries! I feel like we have not had a chance to hear what is goin on for such a long time. For, you know, our part things have been fairly steadfast after the decision to return the forces of production into the hands of the people. And we are considering the democratization of the system of public ownership as well! We are expecting to launch first attempts later this year, maybe in a month or so! But what about you? Istkalen seems particularly dynamic. Especially with the, apologies, crazy woman Íkrat. What urges her to throw a wrench into one of the most brotherly relation in the European Union?" Reiserová sat down herself and crossed her legs, smiling at the guests.

The cities of Liberec and Ústí nad Labem and the towns of Aš, Český Těšín, Znojmo, Břeclav, Hodonín, Děčín and the surrounding areas granted a Special Economic Zone status
President Albína Reiserová has signed a law granting Special Economic Zone (SEZ) status to the city of Liberec and Ústí nad Labem and the towns of Aš, Český Těšín, Znojmo, Břeclav, Hodonín, Děčín and the surrounding areas of these municipalities. This comes together with the adoption of the nationalization plan of the entities based in Bricston, Inquista and Yosai. According to the plan these entities will be the last to be nationalized by 31 December 2025 and will be entitled to compensation for 100% of value of their property at the value at the time or nationalization, determined by the Czechoslavonic Statistical Office, the same renumeration that Czech private entities were and are entitled to. All concerned entities will be entitled to the compensation as long as they do not commit the crime of complicating or frustrating the process of nationalization.
However the new Special Economic Zones offer private Czech, Breikish, Inquistan, Yosainese and potentially Istkalenic entities the opportunity to still directly operate in Czech Slavia as long as the direct operations are restricted to the SEZs. The SEZ status has been granted to the municipalities until the year 2050. All private entities operating withing the SEZs will have to be consulted by the end of the year 2045 at the latest, if the SEZ status will not be prolonged to a given municipality.
The Ministries of Regional Development, Industry and Trade and Agriculture, as well as the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement and the regional, city and town councils of the concerned municipalities have issued a common statement, which recalls that 'every single individual in our insitutions could not stop themselves from crying happily upon laying their eyes on the ingenious proposal by the Bright Sun of the Nation, beloved comrade Reiserová, who has worked many days and nights without rest on the textm writing it in her own hand.' The statement expresses strong belief that the granting of the SEZ status is a correct step in building a prosperous socialist economy and will allow the Democratic Republic to overcome all issues caused by foreign industrial sabotage.
Preachers of the Rodnovery religious movement shall no longer reject any person with significant Slavic genes based on genealogical requirements
The Rodnovery religious movement has adopted its first rule restricting its preachers ability to reject potential members. According to this rule no person with significant Slavic genes may be denied to become a member of the Rodnovery religious movement based on genealogical requirements. Accepting new members however still remains to the preachers, including the determination of what 'significant' means. The only definition provided centrally is that significant means less then a half or more. Accepting people with no Slavic ancestry depends on the decision of the particular preacher.
Some of the former preachers have expressed belief that one of the members of the movement is now forcing their ideological views upon the religious movement, restricting the preachers abilities to refuse those who are not fully or mostly Slavic. The leadership of the Rodnovery movement has denied that the change is driven by ideology or a result of push of a singular member of the movement, but by a more correct understanding of the gods' will.
I vote AGAINST Amendment I and FOR Amendment II.

Dear colleagues,
Thank you for your feedback, I believe this is very important for the future of our Union. Dear Councillor Hook, I have to say it would appear you fail to see the forest for the trees. We should focus on the functioning of the European Union as a whole and not restrict our view to one of its funds. To fail at this point in history to focus on the big picture is to miss historic opportunity for a revolutionary change necessary for the future.
Most dear Councillor Tilkanas and dear Council Speaker Tusk, you mention appointing an "emergency government". I would say that the EU has nothing that could be called a government. I take it, you are suggesting appointing an emergency Commission, correct me if I have misinterpreted your words. Council Speaker Tusk, you say that this would be legal could you point to us the precise text in a legislation you are referring to? As far as I understand, there is nothing of that sort.¨
Councillor Tilkanas you speak of certain extraordinary powers. I ask why not empower the Commission permanently, driving up interest in the institution and giving it a purpose, which it currently lacks?
I shall suggest few ideas of a direction of a reform:
Sofie Čikarová
Councilor for Czech Slavia
Honorable colleagues,
in view of the European Commission election I would like to start a discussion on the topic of The Need for a Constitutional Convention with the new Commission. I think it is time to admit the Union and its institutions have been barely working over the past months an issue which requires to be urgently addressed.
I suggest it would be wise to think about the overlapping role of the Council and the Commission, which might make Commission appear pointless. The short duration of the Commission mandates furthermore prevent the Commissioners from proposing needed legislation while it forces citizens in certain states into elections with only one candidate running. Likewise the limiting effect of term mandates should also be on the agenda.
The Member States on the other hand should be able to reject certain legislative proposals in the most sensitive topics such as the issue of taxation by a veto.
Indeed I think it is a high time to call for a Constitutional Convention and to adopt a unitary policy for the negotiations with the new Commissioners to lay certain tasks upon them to prepare for a large reform of the Union as a whole which would allow for easier movement of goods between the Member States and promote peace.

Reiserová nodded, impressed with Iketemar's words, "So true! So much creative energy is being lost in the world as we are just trying to do the right thing, all the while the spirit, which yearn for release is dying. And we just get so lost in playing the game that we lose the vision of what is, you know, truly important. Seeking the truth, revival of the ancient wisdom and creating of happier and kinder humanity. I decided to stop playing the game and seek the truth. I take it you are, you know, also a truth seeker?" Reiserová asked with a wide smile on her face.
"Oh you were persecuted? What happened? I feel like I never have the full picture from your country!" Resierová asked in a shock, "He wasn't interested in seeking the truth, which is why he was sad, of course, but, you know, the keepers of the flame should not look down upon those who fail to see the light. They should help them see. Wouldn't you agree? What is he up to now anyways, wouldn't you know? I heard there is this horrible woman, you know, Íkrat and she just doesn't understand anything at all. You are not about to give power to such a woman are you? She would make revival very difficult. Not to say, you know, our relations with her hate of all that is good and just."
Reiserová turned to her Spanish guests, "Now the talking types? That is ok, just breathe deeply and feel the joy and the blessings of the gods, I can have a phone call with Aguilar later!"
Suddenly Reiserová spotted the Roscoe family in the flesh and she froze for a moment, not sure whether she wasn't hallucinating, "Now this is excellent! Grandfather Veles must be truly pleased with us! Slavomír come here quickly!" Reiserová called out to the spiritual figure who hurried to join her and panted loudly once he reached his President.
"Mr. Mizrachi-Roscoe, I am so happy to see you here with your lovely family. Slavomír, these are the prime suspects for leading the effort to sabotage Czech economy! Isn't that right Mr. Mizrachi-Roscoe? Did your company not issue the call for Czechoslavonic workers to leave Czech Slavia to work for your enterprise elsewhere?" Albína beamed with happines, and Slavomír smiled too as he extended his hand to the Duchian Pastor.
"I knew that a Festival of Respect and Understanding would make you want to repent! Now of course, as a Councillor, we won't, you know, prosecute you, with full respect to the international standards. But your adult family member will be kindly requested to attend a court hearing right after the festival!" she looked over at Yohanna and gave her a slightly wider smile, "Worry not, unlike in your country, Czech Slavia fully respects human rights. Religious diet in our prisons is guaranteed! I mean while you are in custody, you know, not to sentence anybody." Reiserová giggled, "Have fun at the festival! Minister Dohnal can show you where the sausages are!"
Felling fulfilled Reiserová turned back to Sémper, Quintero and Iketemar, "Today is good, isn't it?" she asked with a smile.
Minister Šin exhaled loudly through his nostrils when he noticed the two guests from Spain approaching him. He was afraid they would be the first to arrive as ever since he was fired from the Spanish sitcom shot 'Jersey' he has developed quite the disdain for the Spanish culture. Not to say that they got to wear normal clothes, unlike him. "Karel Šin, my pleasure." He said as he shook hands with Íñigo Quintero and Borja Sémper directly after him.
"Any plans how to reverse the continuous decline of Spanish culture?" He openly asked Minister Sémper with a grin, "From an outside view it looks like, you know, it'll be a lot of work, so you have my sympathies. Don't worry to reach out if you need any help in elevating it!" he winked and patted the Spanish minister's shoulder.
Šín then turned his gaze at Quintero, staring at him for a little bit, before opening his mouth again, "Do I understood it well that a song about religion made you famous?" Šin shook his head slightly, "People will listen to just about anything these days won't they? We actually got a Catholic in our government now, in charge of education, Bedřich Gebauer. You'll recognize him easily, he is the only one dressed norma... not like me. But he likes country I think." he waved his hand into a distance.
Spotting Ms. Iketemar approaching, Šin straightened his back and tucked his belly in, raising his hand in a slight wave, "Weren't there supposed to be a little more of you?" he finally asked when she arrived closer to him, "Well, not to worry, the Good has arrived while the Bad and the Ugly did not." Šín chuckled at his own comment, but before he could speak again he was interrupted.
"Minister Šín, I see some of our guests have arrived, allow me to introduce them to our Clear and Brilliant Sun." Slavommír announced, beckoning with two fingers for the three guests to follow him, before leading them towards one of the fires, around which the President of Czech Slavia alongside her two Ministers danced.
"We are most pleased to see you, it is good when cultures meet, would you not agree? Please reach out to me if you have any questions regarding the religion or customs. Of course, I do not claim to have greater understanding than comrade Reiserová, but, why would one bother her with trivial questions, when she is leading the revival as a whole? I was deemed competent to answer on her behalf." he smiled at the three guests and pointed at a table with bread and salt, "Please accept our welcome." He urged each of them to take a piece before he finally led them to the President who immediatelly stopped her dancing, and panting and sweating slightly walked over to the guests.
"Greeting sister and brothers! I hope you had a nice travel? Thank you Slavomír, you may go now." she nodded to the older man who nodded and walked away, leaving Reiserová, Saková and Imerová alone with the three foreign guests as they exchanged handshakes.
"I see Mikaela did not arrive yet. And I am not sure whether she will. We barely spoke lately." for a brief moment the President's smile dissapeared from her face as she looked in Šín's direction. "Exciting times we live in, right?" she turned right back at her guests with a smile. "But first tell me a little about what is new in your countries! I was sad to learn about Mr Aguilar leaving office, we knew... a lot about each other you know. I don't yet know as much about Juncker! And I was sad to learn about Mr Rikkalek leaving the office as well, you know between us, he was a bit bizzarre." the woman in a pagan outfit whispered to Iketemar, "But he seemed nice! But you could see in his eyes that he was missing something, now before I wouldagree with Mikaela that he was missing a partner, but now I see clearly that he was, you know, missing a spiritual awakening!" Reiserová nodded and blinked several times.

Litoměřice - Bílé stráně
The new statue to Veles was finally pulled up as the air filled with smoke from the bonfires and singing voices from the couple of Rodnovery's dancing around them. Karel Šín sighted as he scratched his left thigh, finding the white trousers he agreed to wear to the festival quite scratchy. He looked around to see the President of his state and soon enough he spotted h§er conversing with Slavomír and three other Rodnovery, all of them wearing a similar attire to his. Albína seemed to be beaming more than he had seen her ever during the last month. While Czech Slavia still struggled with temporary taxes in place, the economic situation since Albína's conversion allowed for a slight rise in wages, convincing the Czechoslavonic President for Life that material growth indeed is caused by the growth of the soul. Šín sighted once more, turning his head around and putting his sunglasses on.
"You know, I am pretty sure the ancient Slavs did not wear sunglasses Karel." announced the Minister of Health Zuzana Saková approaching from his right, alongside the Minister of Tourism Natálie Imberová, both of them wearing the female version of Rodnovery attire.
"Ah, funny you should mention that Zuzana, because, you know, I actually took my time to look at what we know about what we know about the practices of the ancient Slavs and about the religion that we practice, I even discussed it with the new guy that took over from Weisser. And we know next to nothing! We are guessing and making things up, so as the Minister of Culture I am of the opinion sunglasses were integral to their religious practices." Šín grinned, keeping the sunglasses over his face.
"This is all so silly. Why do we have to dress and act like clowns now? I guarantee to you Silas won't come precisely because of how silly this all is." Karel sighted again, feeling even more isolated by the fact that his friend won't be coming, just when he was so eager to tell him that he read on a reputable blog that the candidate Shoe was most likely manufactured in Yosai and was only pretending to be Istkalenic. "Not even the young Rodnovery want to be here. They were all hoping to, you know, get wasted with mead and beer but they can't do that now, given that the government is here and we can't be seen next to alcohol."
"Oh come on, don't be so negative! These outfits are pretty cute. And these festivals might actually attract more tourists in! And you know how much we will need them to incentivize economic growth again!" Natálie responded with a smile to Zuzana's nods, both women touching their skirts. "And I am sure the Inquistan rappers and Istkalenic Minister and Director will find you quite handsome in your attire as well! Why did you plan the festival to take place here by the way? I mean the natural monument is nice, but it will rain fairly soon, won't it?"
Šín slightly smirked at the mention that the women coming to the event will find him handsome and opened his mouth. But before he could say anything his sunglasses were snatched from his face by Albína Reiserová as she approached the small group of her ministers from behind. "Karel was not too involved in the planning. I mean, he was invited, but he fell asleep in his chair after 20 minutes of planning, so it was mostly planned by me and Slavomír!"
"Brilliantly planned and executed!" Saková exclaimed as soon as Reiserová finished.
"Well, you know, I wouldn't have falle asleep if we stopped meeting after midnight! Why can't Slavomír come sooner?" Šín protested verbally, but did not reach back for his sunglasses leaving them in the President's hands.
Reiserová shook her head in dismissal, but did not stop smiling, "I told you not to worry about that. Worrying is bad for the soul and we can't expect the gods blessings if we, you know, do not work to elevate our souls. Now, go and welcome the guests, they will be here soon! Zuzana, Natálie, can you join me for a dance around the fire? Slavomír will show us!"

28th of October
Prague Castle
"Can you stop scratching your legs? You will drop the candles and besides, it doesn't look appropriate for a Minister." Reiserová complained, as she and Karel Šín approached the cabinet meeting room in the Castle approximately fifteen minutes after midnight.
"Well I am sorry, but you know, I told you the material is not comfortable." Šín responded in a weak voice. He felt like he was forced to wear a lot of silly outfits, during his active acting career, especially for 'Jersey' where he was forced to sport battered polo-shirts and shorts of various colour. But no outfit he ever wore seemed to him as silly as the white and red tunic, red belt and white pants he had on right now, an exact copy of the clothes Slavomír wore, safe for Šín's expensive formal shoes. If it was up to him, he would never put such clothes on his body, but the President urged him, and he knew better than to try and resist her. Around his neck was also a necklace with a symbol of Veles, god of the underworld and music among other things. The neclace was gifted to the Minister by Reiserová as she claimed that Czech Slavia lost previous Eurovoice contests, due to lacking a blessing from Veles.
"Oh I am so exited Karel, do you think the rest of the Cabinet will be able to see the truth immediately? Imagine how silly they will feel for ignoring the human soul up to now! But I was guilty of that too. Until now." Reiserová chatted exitedly, her still bare feet hitting the ground, "I actually have to use the restroom, would you please enter the room first and set up the candles for me? Thank you!", she waited for Šín to confirm that he will do just that before she left for the restroom.
Šín made sure to put his sunglasses back on, before opening the door to the conference room. Usually, he wore them, because he thought it made him look cool, but in this very moment, he just wanted to hide his eyes to feel a bit less shame about his clothes. Of course as soon as he opened the door, all the eyes of the other members of the Cabinet were on him, as all talk in the room died. Finally, Minister of the Environment Natálie Imberová started speaking, "Were you practicing for a play and forgot to change Karel?" out of the entire Cabinet who usually looked down on Šín, Imberová was perhaps the friendliset to him, safe for the President herself.
Šín simply smirked, "I am afraid our Wise Leader has found faith, you will see." he simply responded as he started putting candles on the table and lighting them up.
"Oh this is horrible!" Minister of Foreign Affairs Jasmína Dlouhá exclaimed after few confused looks, to which Minister of Education Weisser nodded.
"We will have to make sure nobody learns of this." added Minister of Regional Development Lubomír Mejzlík.
"I hope she at least joined the Hussites, and not the Catholics." Minister of Finance Heřman Švestka chuckled.
"I am sure in few minutes, you will be wishing it was the Catholics Heřman." Šín remarked simply as he turned off the electric lights and sat down, to much complaining of the rest of the Cabinet, who did not know why they were summoned, and most of them thought of their comfortable beds, waiting for them.
Then the door opened and in walked Reiserová herself, with Ministers looking puzzled about her dress, which matched the one Šín was wearing. Before she even sat down, she made sure to remove Šín's sunglasses from his eyes, she always hated when he wore them indoors, but now she could not tolerate this accessory to corrupt the outfit of the Rodnovery.
"Comrade President, if I may." Minister of Industry and Trade Květoslav Musil took the floor as soon as Reiserová seated down, feeling that he knew what the meeting was to be about. "Indeed the numbers have been verified and both Škoda and Tatra vehicle manufacturers reported record sales in the third quarter of the year, with the number only expected to increase in the current quarter and in certain location their cars became a favorite affordable alternative to the bigger competitors." Minister of Agriculture Pavel Dohnal slightly sighted at Musil words, considering them an attack on the funding that was dedicated to fishing and agriculture each year in the budget.
"Oh, well, that is wonderful! Thank you Květoslav. But, you know, I did not come to talk about cars, I came to remind us of a more important topic, the human soul!" Excitement did not leave Reiserová's voice as she stood up from her chair, "Comrades, I have realized for how long our administration has ignored the development of people's spirituality, to understanding of the world and I could not be idle any longer, this has to change. I realized that we, as a nation, as Slavs, are the children of the gods and in order to become cosmic beings we have to rediscover the ancient wisdom of our ancestors, to, you know, achieve this, we must..." she could not finish the sentence as she was interrupted.
"Albína... are you feeling... well?" Minister Švestka whispered as the other members of the cabinet looked at their President with eyes wide opened in shock, safe for Karel Šín who was smirking and at least playing with his sunglasses.
"Comrade Minister! Do not interrupt me! The positive aura can not flourish if you keep emitting negative energy, which prevents the growth of the soul!" Reiserová raised her voice, before calming down, "I have had many enlightening talks with an important and knowledgeable person, and he helped me see the truth. I realized that our ancestors understood the world and human spirit better than current society does, due to their connection to the Gods, which was separated by the arrival of Christianity and I have decided to revive this connection with our Gods. Comrades I ask you to join the Rodnovery together with me." now the room was completely silent.
"Rodnovery? Aren't they mostly led by neofascists and antisemites?" the Minister of interion Bohumila Dvořáková finally asked, unsure if she heard the President properly.
"Well, you know, there have been some controversial figures associated with the movement... but those people aren't really interested in the uplifting of the spirit and our connection to the Gods..." Reiserová's voice got a bit more shaky, "But the truly faithful will cleanse the movement of all the snakes, which is why... you will redirect some of the StB agents from the anti-corruption campaign towards the Rodnovery movement to help cleanse it. Find, you know, dirt on these problematic individuals so they can be driven away from the movement so it can become fully focused on the worship of the Goddess." the President received no response.
"Furthermore," she cleared her throat, "Tomorrow apart from the celebration of our independence a festival of the goddess Mokosh will be held and I will have her statue erected in front of the Castle, I expect all of you to attend, I have had suiting outfits made for all of you." she paused for a second, "Except for you comrade Weisser, you are associated with the League of the Militant Godless, you are not Slavic and you will be resigning soon so it would not seem right. But you will inform the League that they have been disbanded. The Party will vote to disband them at around 10 AM today. And all the atheist propaganda will also be stopped from today"
"Disbanded? but Comrade President the League,.." Weisser could not believe his ears, but he got interrupted before he could finish.
"Has served its historic purpose in helping to get the nation from the sway of the foreign god. Now it has no purpose and it will be disbanded." the President for Life raised her voice again, before smiling at her Cabinet, "Comrades, will you join me in the Movement? Will you help me guide the nation towards the light of Dazhbog?"
"Of course Albína we are with you!" shouted Minister of Health Zuzana Saková, always seeking to appease her President. Soon she was joined with shouts of the other Ministers, swearing their loyalty to the Pantheon and thanking Reiserová for "finally allowing us to see the truth!"
Satisfied the President for Life nodded several times, "Excellent, I knew you would understand! Alright people I am a bit tired now, you will find your outfits just outside the door. See you all at 11 AM tomorrow in front of the Castle, I can't wait to see the festival!" with a wide smile, Reiseroáva turned around and finally left the room, leaving her Cabinet alone as she went ot her private room to get some sleep.
"She called us here at this time just to tell us this?" Saková asked once they were alone.
"I am afraid our Genius Leader has unfortunately lost touch with reality." Dohnal remarked.
"And we will all suffer for it, can you imagine us standing in public, dressed in these ridiculous clothes while we give offerings to a statue and dance in circles? Nobody will take us seriously but if we say that our Wise Leader is insane our government will end and counterrevolution will triumph." added Mejzlík.
"Why was she even chosen to be the candidate of the Party in the first place? Well I know that, but why was she entrusted with the Extraordinary Court before that? She always seemed a bit unwell..." asked Musil.
"I heard she was just kind of there, when Šedivý and Vicanová were dividing the country among themselves and they had to assign something to Albína, so they gave her the Court, as they only knew that she was a mother and therefore just. Then they both ended in front of the Court and suddenly Albína was the only eligible candidate for the President left. But I do know she used to be fairly organized in the trade union before all that." Dohnal, as a veteran establishemnt figure shrugged his shoulders, "Regardless, we will overcome."
"Comrades, do you realize what this means? By 11 AM we will need to fill the space before the Castle with people! If nobody shows up it would look really bad for the President and for us. I will quickly contact the heads of the regional Party branches to send some members, but of course we will also have to find the appropriate clothes for them..." Mejzlík reminded the rest as Šín chuckled at the scene, feeling a little less silly about himself now.
Naturally, none of this bothered Reiserová herself, as arrived in her private rooms, took a quick shower and laid her head on a comfortable pillow, full of excitement about the festival and happy thought about the, in her eyes, positive change she just made.
27th of October
Prague Castle
As only few seconds remained until 11 PM nearly all of the lights in the Castle were off, including in the President's very own office. But the office was not empty nor was it completely dark. Illuminated by a number of candles, President Reiserová's body could be seen lying on a couch with a figuer of an older man standing besides her. Neither the President, nor her guest have been dressed in formal clothing, as tradistion and dress code requested. Instead, Albína Reiserová was dressed in a long white dress with red patterns and a red belt with her feet bare. The man sported a tunic in the same colours and the very same belt as well as completely white trousers and simple black boots, which appeared quite battered.
"Thank you Slavomír, our meetings have been very enlightening to me." Reiserová whispered, as the man, who was given the name Edvard by his parents, nodded. "*You know, I tried to talk to a psychologist in secret, to talk about the stress and fear I feel. To talk about how I do not understand why the economic growth slowed down, despite doing my best to fight against corruption and sabotage, to talk about how it is scaring me. But she just wasn't able to explain anything..." she continued before being interrupted by Slavomír.
"Naturally... comrade... President, one without understanding can not hope to receive blessings to uncover the ancient wisdom, necessary to grasp human soul. Psychology can not compare to ancient wisdom, for psychology finds the individual sick, instead of the culture we are living in itself." he whispered in a tone slightly lower than Reiserová.
"Exacly! And you know, I always saw on Mikaela's and Silas' faces how happy they are, I... felt it. And recently I saw some pictures from religious events in Istkalen, all the people looking happy, because of faith..." Reiserová again, got interrupted.
"Faith in a foreign god of Judea, whose worship is completely alien to the children of Mokosh." Slavomír nodded with a smile on his face as he reinforced his beliefs.
"Of course, and it undermines the feminine as well." Reiserová agreed, "But all of them focused on the soul, focused on improving themselves on a spiritual level. And I realized, when the people made me a President, I changed myself, for the better. And, you know, the nation grew and prospered as I grew and prospered. I realized that the growth of the nation is not only connected but dependant on the growth of the spirit." Reiserová explained her thoughts as she continued lying down, nearly motionless while Slavomír continued nodding to her words. "So, if I want the nation to grow again I need to expand my understanding, to grow further and to guide the people towards the light of Dazhbog and the love of the Goddess."
"You are indeed extremely extraordinarily gifted in spirit wise leader!" Slavomír hanged his head low to express his admiration, "It has been the highest pleasure of my life to help and guide you towards the faith and truth... the revival is surely approaching... yet... of course... there is the question of politics in the material world as well, which must be solved, if we are to become cosmic beings. The Rodnovery movement is small but diverse and at times, sadly led by xenophobic, far-right ideologues who mend the truth to fit their political goals. They are true advesaries of developed socialist, of people's democracy, of the people as a whole and thus of the Gods. The movement must be cleansed of those people in the name of Perun, if we are to strive forward in spiritual development."
Resierová took few deep breaths before finally slowly standing up from the couch. "I will do what is necessary for the Goddess, especially given that her festival is tomorrow. StB agents will be redirected towards the movement to help you cleanse it of the poisonous snakes, to, you know, ensure the movement can spiritually lead the people.... Furthermore, I have decided to reveal the truth to my ministers after midnight. The League of Militant Godless shall not harass you no more, they will be disbanded tomorrow as well. Is the, you know, statue of Mokosh ready?" she raised her left eyebrow.
Slavomír gulped with an empty throat. He did not expect Reiserová to be as active as she was, he first met her in person just two and a half months ago, yet his words and his careful and calculated emphasis of the Patroness of women, children, childbirth and home have taken the President for Life over almost completely. Despite the fact that the neopagan religion had barely any structure and most of the beliefs of the ancient Slavs being lost to history. Yet this did not matter to Reiserová, she "felt" her spirit, she believed in ancient wisdom and that was what mattered the most to her. "Yes comrade President, the faithful have worked on the statue tirelessly. It is finished and ready for all offerings." He finally confirmed.
"Good, then I will see to it, that the statue is erected in front of the Castle tomorrow and the Goddess is honored with a proper festival for the first time since, you know, Great Moravia." Resierová nodded happily, feeling important and certain that restarting economic growth was just behind the corner, once she starts lifting the spirits of the citizens. "Now please, leave, Karel Šín will arrive shortly, he will be first to learn the truth."
Not wanting to delay the President any further, the older man said his goodbyes and left the room and the Castle. Reiserová meanwhile put down the candles and turned on the light, before she went to make herself some tea. Shortly after she made herself a cup of black tea and sat herself behind her office table, the door opened again and in them, the Minister of Culture Karel Šín.
"Evening. Alright listen, I am not sure what sort of project you had in mind, but the Ministry made the 14 dresses you have requested and they are just outside your office so..." As Karel Šín removed his sunglasses he finally looked at Reiserová, dressed in an outfit identical to the female version of the dresses that sttod in front of the office. "Is it for a spot? You can tell me about the projects you have in plan, you know Albína?" Šín's voice was full of surprise. Surprise and lack of rest. Suddenly his face went a little red, but he did not say anything. But a thought just creeped onto his mind, that Reiserová might have started her own show, while she continued turning down his ideas for a sitcom. But if he did voice this concern he was sure he would lose his job.
Reiserová chuckled and turned in her chair slightly, "Thank you Karel, no there will be no spot... only truth!" her voice was full of excitement, which puzzled Šín even more, "I called for the rest of the cabined to join us a bit after midnight. You know, I realized that the material growth is caused by the growth of the soul and I have decided to improve myself further, and to guide the others on their way to become cosmic beings, the way Goddess intended." she tried to explain herself, with a wide genuine smile on her face.
Šín on the other hand did not smile back. At this very moment, he was not sure if he did not break his vow to never drink alcohol again and wasn't completely drunk and hearing things. "Excuse me?" his confusion was no less genuine than Reiserová's smile.

Foreign industrial saboteurs behind the slowing of Czech economy
The Ministry of Interior issued a statement that Czech industry, agriculture and fishing are under an attack of foreign industrial saboteurs, which infiltrated the country when foreign private enterprises entered Czech Slavia when the country was governed by Michal Plachta. According to the Minister of Industry and Trade Květoslav Musil and the Minister of Agriculture Pavel Dohnal if re-nationalization has not happened at the time it did, the level of infiltration would be much higher and the risk of complete paralysation of the economy would be much higher.
Following the urgent request of the Ministry of Interior a number of funds were redirected to the StB in order to root infiltrators out. Emergency controls on travel outside and inside the state have been introduced. People who used to be employed in high positions under foreign enterprises, especially if these were owned or partly owned by a person or persons from the United Duchies, may expect to be called to questioning by the Public Security. Same applies to holders of foreign citizenship, especially the citizens of the United Duchies, and to people working for religious organization. The penalty for attempting to leave the country without prior authorization, is temporarily increased to maximum of five years. All foreigners who are not able, or wish not to, find their own accommodation until they receive the authorization are eligible to being accommodated in a shelter free of charge. All such individuals are advised to contact their nearest municipality office and reminded that homelessness is not permitted in the Democratic Republic.
The President for Life has announced that the fight against industrial sabotage must be also accompanied by a fight against corruption. The StB is also expected to conduct more intensive examination of corruption in Czechoslavonic public services, legislature, executive and judiciary.

Plague
Rats infected with Yersinia pestis have died and plague was confirmed to be the cause of death. Pneumonic plague proved to be highly contagious among the rat population. After further considerations of past usage of bubonic plague with minimal success, deployment through releasing infected fleas has been ruled out. Aerosolised version of Yersinia pestis capable of surviving outside the laboratory has been produced successfully.
In case of necessity to protect the Democratic Republic, its socialist and democratic system and its population, Yersinia pestis suspended in airborne droplets is to be disseminated through cruise missiles.
The danger of pneumonic plague spreading into the borders of the Democratic Republic require sufficient preparation for suitable treatment and prevention of the spread of the disease. The Institute recommended to the Ministry of Health to establish a chain of communication and command between health institutions and administrative institutions to allow for accurate and high quality data regarding the potential spread of the disease and prevent overcrowding and overwhelming certain hospitals. To produce and store sufficient ammount of antibiotics, provide medical staff with further training on handling the pneumonic plague and prepare easily understandable training materials available to all citizens, regarding proper behaviour during plague outbreak to be distributed if necessary. To create a registry of individuals crucial for the functioning of the state, treating the infected and maintaining the war capabilities of the Democratic Republic in cases where lock downs might become necessary. Such measures are predicted to allow for minimization of the spread of the disease and loss of life. The recommendations were accepted. Furthermore, if Yersinia pestis is to be released by the Democratic Republic it is advised to immediately close the borders to minimize the threat of the disease spreading.
Until these measures are fully implemented small-size manufacturing of the weaponized Yersinia pestis is to begin immediately. Manufacturing of sufficient amount of missiles to be filed with the weapon is to begin immediately. Following the full implementation of those measures, the manufacturing is to be increased to medium-size.
Given the high mortality, contagiousness of the disease and difficulty of recognizing the disease based of symptoms early, the weaponized pneumonic plague is to be used as a last resort weapon, before the deployment of nuclear weapons. The Institute recommends drafting a combined biological-nuclear warfare strategies, targeting important centres, with the aim of disruption of potential enemy communication, complicating the response to the spread of diseases leading to increased panic and quick debilitation of nuclear states. At the same ties strategies must be prepared to overcome disruptions of communication of the Democratic Republic.

For the Office of Premier Commissioner
For the Office of Internal Affairs Commissioner
For the Office of Foreign Affairs Commissioner
A technical correction. the EDA has not made a decision on the National Pedestrian Priority Areas, the Commission did. Both the Commission and the Council are part of the Agency's decision-making and a decision will only be made after the Council adopts a decision.
Deputy Councillor Maksile is quite correct, please Mr Mizrachi-Roscoe, make yourself familiar with the Agency. This is a clear attempt to misuse the finances of the EDA.
