The entry period is now closed. Voting is now open and shall remain open until 23:59 GMT on January 2nd, 2022.
You can find the entries compiled at the first post of this topic.
The voting format for this edition is different to any other previous RetroVoice or EuroVoice edition. Juries have to distribute 10 points between the contesting entries, with points not being able to be given to the song of the country that it is voting (in other words, you cannot vote for your entry). You can give points to the 7 songs if you wish, or just give your 10 points to one. Do as you wish!
Please send your votes to @Icholasen and @Spain via Discord. If you cannot or do not use Discord, you can also send them via the forums' Direct Messages.
Good luck everybody! A date for the watch party will be arranged soon.

Laurita: It is now the turn of the United Duchies. The song is called Stop Stop Stop and it will be performed by the Homes.
The Duchian group performs on the stage of the Royal Theatre
Laurita: On the third place, we find the Republic of Brickston with Anuschka, which will be performed by the singer Udo Jürgens.
Udo performs with the spectators on the theatre listening to his song with attention
Laurita: Next on the list, we have the United Principalities of Ineland, represented by Claude François, who will sing his song, Si Douce à mon Souvenir.
The Inelandic singer Claude François performs
Laurita: Ladies and gentlemen, we find ourselves on the middle of the show. We have just 5 songs left, but now it is the time to listen to the entry coming from the Federal Republic of Gania, Yo en mi Casa y Ella en el Bar, by Los Naúfragos.
Yo en mi Casa y Ella en el Bar is performed by the Ganian group
Laurita: Coming up, we have the Kingdom of Reitzmag. John Denver has been the chosen one to represent the eastern European country, with his song Sunshine on my Shoulders.
John Denver performs, carrying a good performance like the many other artists competiting tonight
Laurita: Next we have the Republic of Istkalen, that will try to win the show tonight with Melati Idaman, by A. Zanne and Fifty Fifty.
Istkalen performs as the spectators listen carefully to their song
Laurita: We are near to the end of the performances, but before that, we have to listen to two more entries. The next performance will be Je Changerais d'Avis, by Françoise Hardy, from the Union of Nicoleizian Soviet Republics.
Laurita: And finally, ladies and gentlemen, we have the Kingdom of Spain, el Reino de España, represented by Salomé, who will sing her song Vivo Cantando.
Laurita: That were all the performances for tonight. I would like to congratulate all the participants for their nice performances and the good music they offered the Spanish and European spectators tonight. But now, it is time to get to know who the winner of the 1969 EuroVoice Song Contest will be. The votes will be casted on the same order the countries performed, that means Inquista will cast them first and Spain, last.
I now believe we are ready to start; good evening Saint Dominico?
Floella: Good evening Madrid, this is Inquista calling. Thank you for the awesome show you offered tonight. The Inquistan jury has decided to give 2 points to the United Duchies and Spain, while giving 1 point to the other contesting songs. Thank you, and good night!
-
Laurita: Thank you very much Mrs Floella. We now move on to the next contestant, and that is the United Duchies. Good evening Cair Para!
Duchies Spokeperson: Good evening Madrid, this is the United Duchies calling. Our professional jury has decided to award 4 points to Inquista, 3 points to the Republic of Brickston, 2 points to Reitzmag and finally, 1 point to the Kingdom of Spain. Thank you, good night.
Laurita: That were the votes of the Duchian jury, which provisionally puts the Republic of Brickston in the lead. And now, it is the current leader's turn to vote. Hello Portovo?
Christa Päffgen: Hello Madrid, the is the Republic of Brickston calling! We have been able to see a fantastic show tonight, and we apologise for being the last country to send our votes. Our jury has decided to award both the United Duchies and the Kingdom of Spain with 5 points each. Thank you very much, and good night.
Laurita: Thank you very much to you as well, Christa. With the votes from Brickston in, it is now Spain the country on the lead.
Suddenly, the attendants to the EuroVoice 1969 Song Contest stood up and applauded, looking at the place where Franco was, as they believed it was Franco's trust on Salomé the reason why their country was leading. The Spanish dictator stood up and saluted the crowd. This, unfortunately, was not shown on the broadcast.
-
Laurita: Three out of the nine national juries have already voted, and now it is time for the United Principalities of Ineland. Good evening Hautcour? Is somebody there?
Yves Chaban: Good evening Madrid, this is Ineland calling. First of all we would like to congratulate you for organising such a nice show tonight, and we wish the best of luck to all the contestants. Now, I am going to reveal how the Inelandic jury has voted: 2 points for Inquista, 1 point for Brickston, 1 point for Gania, 1 point for Istkalen, 3 points for the Union of Nicoleizian Soviet Republics and 2 points for Spain. Thank you very much as always, may the best singer and song win. Good night.
Laurita: And for our European spectators, it is time to review how things are turning out to be right now: Spain on the lead with 10 points, followed closely by the United Duchies with 7 points and Inquista with 6 points. The Top Five is also composed by Brickston, with 5 points and the UNSR, with 4 points. But everything can still change with 5 juries left, so stay tuned to the votings ladies and gentlemen.

Laurita: And now we move on to the next country, which is Gania. Good evening?
Ganian Votes Caster: Good evening Madrid, this is Gania calling! We also join the countries which congratulated you for such a nice organisation and preparation of the show, by the way Ms. Valenzuela, your dress looks awesome. The Ganian jury has decided to award Mr. John Denver from Reitzmag with 5 points, Spain with 3 points and finally, Inquista with 2 points. Thank you very much!
Laurita: Good night Gania! And we rapidly move on to the next country on the list, which is the country that got the higher amount of points from Gania. Hello Hampton City?
Elton John: Hey there Madrid, good evening Europe, this is the Kingdom of Reitzmag calling! We have been able to see such nice performances from the contestants tonight, and we are very proud of our representative there, John Denver, who pulled out an awesome performance with a nice song. That is the reason why we have given 2 points to Brickston and Ineland while giving one point to the other contesting songs tonight. ¡Muchas Gracias, y buenas noches!
Laurita: With the votes of Ineland and Reitzmag casted, we still have Spain in the lead with 14 points, with a gap of 5 points to Inquista which is on second place and finally, we have a tie on third place between the United Duchies and Reitzmag, with Brickston on fourth place getting closer and closer. Will the little Mediterranean country be able to catch Spain up? Stay with us, still 3 countries left to vote and everything looks undecided so far!
Meanwhile, on the second dimension, José Antonio Primo de Rivera had transformed to a ghost for this EuroVoice edition. He was wearing his best outfit, and decided to attend the show with his wife and his dead family, seating next to El Caudillo de España, Francisco Franco. Primo de Rivera was finally able to see Spain dominating other European nations again, just like they liked to do in the past and as he loved to. "What's better than a victory against these European pigs, low-cost empires? They are all horrible, Arriba España!" said Primo de Rivera for himself.
To his eyes, the Spanish victory was a must, and if the Kingdom he fought so hard for under his point of view did not win tonight, for whatever reason, it would be Franco's fault for not assuring victory by rigging the contest. He wanted his glorious country, his undivisible fatherland, to be the country that had won EuroVoice twice straight up. And the victory, right now, was theirs. Would it still be theirs when the last votes were casted? That is something nobody there, not even the ghost of José Antonio Primo de Rivera, knew.

Laurita: Next up on the list is the Republic of Istkalen! Hello, is anybody there?
Stereotypical Westerner: Good evening Spain, good evening Madrid, this is the Republic of Istkalen calling. The Istkalenian jury has voted, and I have their votes on an envelope which I am opening now. And let's see... We award the song from the Union of Nicoleizian Soviet Republics with 3 points and, finally, 7 points are given to Vivo Cantando by Salomé. Good night!
A huge applause and shouts can be heard all around the theatre hall, as the 7 points meant Salomé's margin became bigger
Laurita: And with the points of Istkalen, Spain gets 21 points, keeps the lead and gets a bigger distance to the 2nd place, occupied by Inquista with 9 points, while we have a 3-way-tie for the third place between the UNSR, the United Duchies and Reitzmag. Still two countries to vote, this is far from being decided. Stay tuned!
-
Laurita: I can already feel the excitement, only two countries left to cast their votes. But now, we go to -, where Angèle Rippon has been waiting patiently for our call. Bonsoir, Mdme. Rippon!
Angèle: Bonsoir l'Espagne, this is the Union of Nicoleizian Sovereign Republics calling. Merci for this amazing show you have provided to the whole of the European Union. With all the thanking done, it is time to discover to whom the UNSR gave its votes: 4 points go for Istkalen, 3 points are awarded to the song from Inquista and 1 point is awarded to the songs from Brickston, Ineland and Spain! Thank you very much, and good night!
Laurita: So it is just Spain left to vote, and the host country has 22 points (A huge applause interrupts Laurita), followed far away by Inquista with 12 points and a 4-way tie of 8 points between Reitzmag, United Duchies, Brickston and the UNSR. Right now, Spain is winning with a margin of 10 points, but the thing is they will not be able to receive more. If the Spanish jury decided to give their 10 points to Inquista, there would be a tie for the first place, and we would have two winners!
So, we better get this done fast and unpainfully, don't we? Ramón Rivera, ¡buenas noches!
Ramón: Buenas noches Laurita, this is the host country, Spain, calling. On behalf of the Caudillo de España and the full Spanish population, I would like to thank you for your great hosting tonight. And now, it is time to reveal the votes from the Spanish jury: 3 points (People start to applaud, shout and celebrate, as they already know what happened) go to the UNSR and Inquista, 2 points are awarded to Reitzmag and finally, 1 point is given to the representatives of Brickston, Ineland and Istkalen!
(Cheer, applause and screams of happiness take over the room of the Royal Theatre, Franco also stands up and smile while applauding as his glorious country has won, again, the EuroVoice Song Contest)
Laurita: Ladies and gentlemen, Mesdames et Mesieurs, Señoras y Señores, the winner, el ganador, of the EuroVoice Song Contest, Madrid 1969 is SALOMÉ, FROM SPAIN, WITH VIVO CANTANDO!!. Congratulations to her and to Spain for winning, once again! Before we go, I would like to thank the workers who made this possible, as well as thanking the Spanish Government for their predisposition. This is all from us for today, please welcome back to the stage the winner of the EuroVoice Song Contest, Salomé! Good night, buenas noches!
And that was everything from us, ladies and gentlemen. We hope that, with this broadcast, you have been able to cheer up like if you lived back in 1969, when surprisingly, Spain won the contest. We hope to see you around again shortly, and thank you for watching Radiotelevisión Española. ¡Buenas noches desde España a todos los espectadores del canal internacional!
