Exercise Spring Falcon 2022 -Olander Air Base, Haroldsberg, Vayinaod
The First Konsulate of Vayinaod is pleased to announce that the annual Exercise Spring Falcon, one of the regions most largest and advanced aerial warfare military exercises, will be held from March 28th thru April 8th of this year. The exercise was formed due to extensive studies showing pilots who undertake these types of training environments have heightened success and survival rates in actual combat scenarios.
For the first time in nearly twenty years, invitations to the exercise have been extended to other nations beyond just the nation of Fremet. The First Konsulate in conjunction with the Fourth Konsulate extended invitations to six nations, five of which confirmed their participation they are:
(((OOC: Only the below listed countries are participating in this RP, no one else need respond to this thread.)))
- The Republic of Fremet (Traditional participant/Madrid Co-operation Organization invitee)
- The Kingdom of Spain (Madrid Co-operation Organization invitee)
- The Empire of Inimicus (Madrid Co-operation Organization invitee)
- Union of Duxburian Dominions
- Commonwealth of Leagio
The aforementioned nations are therefore requested to submit their official list of participating units, military assets, and total number of personnel attending. Responses shall be submitted to the Vardic Air Corps Aggressor Program Office, and the Vardic Advanced Pilot - Weapons School who are jointly hosting the event.
Exercise Spring Falcon is typically intended as an aerial warfare exercise for contested air space, initial close-air support operations, suppression of enemy air defense operations, as well as aerial warfare in regions where enemy air defenses have not been totally neutralized. Typically the exercise sees participation from over 220 aircraft, and thousands of personnel participating as both Red-Nation and Blue-Nation forces. The Exercise uses the Srockhem Test and Firing Range in the northern Urals, one of the largest combat firing ranges in the continent.
For this years exercise, Vayinaod shall provide all Red-Air, Red-land forces, as well as some Blue-Air Forces.
Participating nations have been granted access to the Advanced Training and Recording System (ATARS), a computer and softwork system dedicated to simulating the training environments for participating forces, as well as given commanders and instructors the ability to extensively recreate events for debriefing their pilots. ATARS allows pilots to confirm their mission success, lessons learned, among other factors to further their training.
Haroldsberg is one of Vayinaods largest cities and the host of Olander Air Base, with over one million citizens within the metro area. Participating nations will see their personnel stay within the local community due to limitations of on-base lodging at Olander Air Base. Please see the 499th Air Base Wing at Olander Air Base for questions for additional information if required.
Please stay tuned for additional announcements.
The participant nations are reminded of the following limitations for their military forces attending:
- up to 50 direct combat fighters
- up to 10 attack/strike fighters
- up to 6 tankers
- up to 2 AWACS
- up to 20 attack drones

The Air Corps Aggressor Program Office, and Vardic Advanced Pilot-Weapons School ask that participating Air Forces keep the cargo/transport support aircraft to a minimum necessary level for any that are staying for the extent of the exercise. It is also recommended to invite Air Liaison Ground Officers, and Joint Terminal Attack Controllers for the exercise, otherwise Vardic ones shall be provided.
