Euro 3 Treaty
Preamble: We the big economies of the EU pledge to work together to promote a joint common policy for the benefit of Europe and Trade promoting free trade, science, security and research co-operation

Article 1 Euro 3 group
I. A Euro 3 group shall be set up including the nations of Inquista, United Duchies and Duxburian Union
II. A free trade area shall be set up among the Euro 3 members with no barriers to trade as long as goods and companies meet national standards.
III. A visa free arrangement shall be set up within the Euro 3 group for tourism and business short term visas of under 90 Days.
IV. Those convicted of a crime in a nation may be denied entry even if they are from a Euro 3 country.
V. Euro 3 nations shall share intelligence on crime and terrorism threats and have a joint arrest warrant system to aid in security and law and order among the nations.
VI. Euro3 nations shall extradite citizens with a court order to other members of the Euro 3 group if a warrant is out for their arrest and it is a crime in the citizens country.
VII. A joint university exchange and research exchange programme shall be set up in the Euro 3 area.
VIII. All companies registered in a Euro 3 country shall be able to operate in any Euro 3 countries provided they meet national standards and free movement of capital shall apply.
