Requests for regular ENAA inspections on all Nuclear plants in United Duchies
-
We are writing to request regular 2 monthly inspections of all Nuclear plants in the Duchies due to our uranium recycling programme designed to reduce nuclear waste in the environment. This uranium as you know can be used for weapons which we fear will create distrust with other nations in Europe especially given the current lack of trust in our government within Europe. We don't and only use it for power generation but we don't believe European nations will trust us in this matter and might assume we have a nuclear weapons programme going on We are willing to fund inspections but also want the condition that no Duchian be anywhere on this regular inspection programme to ensure maximum trust of Duchies nuclear power stations and refinement facilities. We hope to restore trust in Europe through this European oversight of our programme.
John Peter Key , Prime Minister of United Duchies

The ENNA currently does not conduct nuclear power plant inspections of EU member states, nor is the ENAA tasked or obligated to do so. However, to qualm the United Duchies' own fears of itself, and clear the United Duchies' own name to itself, the ENAA is willing to conduct a single one-time inspection.
The inspection will be carried out by one of the permanent members of the ENAA, who will lead the Intelligence Unit. The Head of Intelligence of this inspection will be Her Holiness Archbishop Mikaela Klingenberg, hereinto simply referred to as the Head of Intelligence. The Head of Intelligence will conduct the inspection and publish the subsequent report, and will more than likely be accompanied by a companion who may or may not be a member of the ENAA as well.
