EUROPEAN COMMISSION ELECTIONS

NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES

It is time to elect the next European Commission. In these elections, all offices of the European Commission are up for election. The offices of Premier Commissioner and Internal Affairs are subject to a four-month term, while the office of the Foreign Affairs is subject to an eight-month term.

Due to term limits, Internal Affairs Commissioner Wirt Harland (Elthize) is term-limited.

As is traditional, I shall quote the words of our Returning Officer back in January 2011, who opened these nominations thus:

"These elections are supposed to give our member-states fair representation in this region - if candidates cannot take it upon themselves to be active, then I in particular, question their ability and willingness to take part in a body who must be active, accountable and able. I do not wish to threaten nor scare, but I want, for once, our European Commission to consist of Commissioners who are active and who play a part in the region both on and off this forum."

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I have decided to start these Commission elections in the light of the resign of the Premier and the Internal Affairs Commissioner. Even if 7 months have passed since the last election of a Foreign Affairs Commissioner, I have decided to call the election for this position. The management of these elections is always on the Forum Admins, but the expiration of the terms a few months back and the lack of an election have taken me to do this following Article III, Section II, Article VI of our Constitution.

I would like to make clear that this is not a critic to the Forum Admins, but instead my personal attempt to help them on their duties during the time they remain busy from the Council Speaker job. As I always said, and will keep saying, I appreciate the hard work they all do and did for this Community. I will also be willing to handover the management of these elections to any admin if requested.

Biography: Corinna Larsen (or Corinna zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn) was born in the Spanish region of Germanium. She is an entrepreneur and currently directs one enterprise. She has been married twice, with her first marriage lasting for 10 years (1990-2000) and the second just being 5 years long. After her second divorce, she started to attend several European jet-set parties, in one of which she got to know King Juan Carlos I of Spain, with whom she had relationship until 2018. The King gifted her millions of Euros, as well as several perfumes or gifts, however their relationship did not end too well, and got caught together in a country outside of the European Union haunting elephants. After the break up, Corinna oriented his life and focused on the business world. During the past years, she continued her other business, having affairs with Juan Bernardo Fernández-Velázquez (El Capitán) and, according to a Spanish magazine, with the Czech Minister of Culture. She ran for Premier Commissioner in February 2022, losing the election by just a single vote.

Biography:A European councillour with a passion for working together as Europeans , solving the climate and environmental crisis together and equalising development across Europe as much as possible and making an EU that works for all economic classes of Europeans James is running to reform the EU by making it more efficient in operations , more locally responsive while also maintaining anti-corruption measures and harmonising business law across Europe to make life easier for businesses and government agencies. He is a pro-European who is proud to serve the Europeans and his constituents interests in the EU.

Biography: Not much is known about Vincent Drake's early life, education, or civilian career, as most records are sealed under a national security court order.

He has served 7 years in the Order of the Grey Wardens, a military organization dedicated to defending vulnerable regions throughout the world from invasion. A true workhorse, his military career includes over 11,000 defenses and over 450 liberations. He has also been instrumental in protecting the European Union from external foes and holds the Order of Merit for these actions.

Drake has both political and military relationships with leadership and command in many of the world's most powerful and influential regions. He is known to be a linguistic polyglot with a deep understanding of numerous foreign cultures and their laws.
