IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even if the Constitution does not grant powers to the Council Speaker to call the election for the European Court of Justice, it says the members of the Court shall be elected at the same time as the Premier and Internal Affairs Commissioner (Article IV, Section III, Article I). Once again, I am just trying to help out during the Forum admins inactivity period by calling these elections. If any admin requested to take over the election procedures, I will be willing to hand them over immediately.

          Incumbent: No

          Biography

She has left a lasting impact on Elthic politics and the country as a whole, becoming one of the most recognizable faces in the Elthic judiciary. Biography: Born in 1963, Ms. Marchand, given honorary Istkalenic citizenship for her work as a dissident and in defending other dissidents in a foreign country, has had a long and storied career as both a lawyer and a politician, standing up, whether in court or in the public space, for all those the power of authoritarian states is levied against: the persecuted, the deviant, the unbowed. She now seeks to continue her defense of the values of equality and freedom, on which modern European law is built, to the European Court of Justice.
