European Commission candidates in Czech Slavia
In the past few days, Czech Slavia was visited by one candidate for Premier Commissioner and three candidates for Internal Affairs. Jean-Cluade Juncker a candidate for Internal Affairs from Spain visited Czech Slavia on two occasions. First on 23rd of April Juncker arrived in Prague, walked with his supporters and promoted his diplomatic approach, he also thanked the government of Czech Slavia for allowing his campaign act. On 25th of April Juncker arrived on rally in Brno. He noted the importance of Czech Slavia in the region and invited the chairwoman of the Democratic Forum, Mrs. Alexandra Kovářová on stage with him. Juncker noted that he plans another trip to Czech Slavia if he wins the office.
Second to come to Czech Slavia was Atty. Edmund Jasper Winston a candidate for Internal Affairs from Reitzmag. He arrived in Prague on 25th of April and promoted a EuroStar project which he accused Mr. Winston from stealing from Reitzmag.
Dragan Trympov a candidate for Premier Commissioner and the Internal Affairs from Pravoslaviya arrived in Prague on 1st of May. In his speech he praised the people of Czech Slavia, he particularly noted the Czech women. He claimed that all of his opponents are globalists and criticized them for their hypocrisy regarding coups and warned before more coups in Europe. Trympov also criticized the trading policies of the globalist and favored individual trade deals.

Commentary on the Commission candidates
Czech Slavia was in the past few days a centre of attention for many of the candidates for European Commission. What surprised many was that one of the candidates for the office of Premier Commissioner, Mrs. Eilidh Whiteford has the audacity to run a campaign despite losing her war against the people in her home country of Icholasen. The other candidate, Mr. Dragan Trympov is very correct in his criticism of her, Whiteford has no support in her own country and it would be an insult to the victorious people of Icholasen and democracy as a whole if Mrs. Whiteford would have won.
Criticism of the globalist Whiteford isn't the only thing that make Trympov the best choice for the people of Czech Slavia. Despite his verbal attacks against the glorious Nicoleizian revolution, Trymov wants to repel the Refugee Protection Act that is so grossly interfering in the sovereignty of member states. The globalist truly need to learn that kindness, or even what they try to disguise as kindness, while in fact it is engendering the lives of the citizens, can't be dictated by them. Repealing this act is in Czech national interest.
Jean-Claude Juncker and Atty. Edmund Jasper Winston did not state that they would support giving more powers to the state governments. Mr. Winston did not even apologize for when the former government of Reitzmag threatened with war against our democratic republic! And Jean-Claude Juncker is in the same party as that insult to Europe Whiteford is.

Commentary on the Commission candidates
Czech Slavia has in the past few days welcomed many important figures from the European Union the candidates for European Commission. What a breath of fresh air did they bring with them! All of the candidates come from democratic countries and all they saw here were people brutally enslaved by the Communist Party! Let them be an inspiration to us all.
Mr. Dragan Trympov, while a successful businessman, something the Communist Party finds repulsive and fears, does not have the diplomatic qualities of Mrs. Eilidh Whiteford. Mrs. Whiteford also stands against the same tyrannical force that we in Czech Slavia do and her victory would send a strong message to our government.
Jean-Claude Juncker and Atty. Edmund Jasper Winston are both a very strong candidates, yet Mr. Juncker showed more interest in Czech Slavia, inviting Kovářová at a stage with him. Mr. Winston also shows that he will not stand against communist governments that are already firmly holding the state in their hands and did not apologize for when the former government of Reitzmag threatened with war against Czech Slavia.

The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia will strenghten the border fortifications at the border with Malborya
Today The Parliament of The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia passed upgrading and strengthening the border fortifications at the border with Malborya. The government of Czech Slavia came up with this proposal to parliament today, which was according to the leaders of opposition parties unexpected. All the present representatives of the National Front voted for the proposal, while none of the representatives of the opposition parties voted for the proposition. The works on the borders will start on the 15th of July, with no closer information provided.
In the past Czech borders were heavily fortified, but they were not strengthened since 1991 after lifting of the travel restrictions, that in the past prevented citizens from legally traveling and emigrating to much of the European countries without permission. Experts agree that the strengthening of border fortification is probably a reaction to the Inquistan "Communist Refugee Program".
The chairwoman of the Civic Forum, Alexandra Kovářová, expressed deep dissatisfaction with strengthening the borders, and warned before the possibility of reintroducing travel restrictions. "The Bolshevik government is slowly stopping to pretend that they have changed. the little of the liberties of the citizens, that the regime was forced to respect now annoy this government, and it is clear that they want to get rid of them." Kovářová commented. She said that the Civic Forum is against strengthening of any of the Czech borders.
The chairwoman of the Czech National Democracy, Klára Zbouralová, also expressed deep dissatisfaction. "We at the Czech National Democracy have no problem with protecting our borders, that is very much needed, but that is not the reason why the communist party wants to strengthen our border fortifications. Their goal is to lock us, Czech citizens, in, like in a prison, and we must resist that."
The chairman of the National Front of Labour, Alois Jelen, commentary was similar to the one of Zbouralová. "While the communist government might not reintroduce the travel restrictions from the past, it is clear that with this move, they clearly want to scare the people from emigrating, they have been doing that for years, portraying those who emigrated as traitors. The National Front of Labour has always stood against this practice, and we will continue to stand against it."
The prime minister, Slavomíra Černá, said that the upgrades were needed, and called the concerns of the opposition parties of reintroducing the travel restriction ludicrous. "The opposition has no program but fear-mongering. I can ensure Czech citizens that no travel restrictions will be introduced. But we will do everything to protect the safety of our democratic republic, and strengthening our borders is one of the things that needed to be done. I am sure that Czech people will recognize our hard work while the opposition is doing nothing but spread rumors, they had their chance to help Czech Slavia but they refused it."

Protestors plant the flags of the EU, Malborya and Inquista alongside the flag of Czech Slavia on the border fortifications
The works on border fortifications at the border with Malborya have attracted a groups of demonstrators to voice their disapproval of the decision to strengthen the borders and the government. The works also attracted smaller groups of demonstrators voicing their support for the decision and the government. All demonstrations have been peaceful and the works could proceed slowly. However earlier today a small group of anti-government protestors crossed into the construction site which is off limits, and planted the flags of Czech Slavia, EU, Malborya and Inquista at the border fortifications close to a town of Slavonice which borders Malborya. A man supportive of the government decision then crossed into the off limits zone to tear the flags of foreign states and the EU off. Police then detained all of those who crossed into the off limits zone. Nobody was injured.
The Communist Party of Czech Slavia decided to call in a small detachment of the People’s militias to the South Bohemian Region reportedly to prevent any possible fights between the two sides. This step is heavily criticized by representatives of the opposition parties. People’s militias also called The Armed Fist of the Working Class are a paramilitary organisation of the Communist Party of Czech Slavia. A concern that the People’s militias are called to suppress the anti-government protestors was denied by the representatives of the Communist Party and those who spread such concerns were labeled as subversive fearmongers.

Hands off the UNSR demonstrations take place over Czech Slavia
After councillor and PEL chairman Václav Kohout announced the start of the Hands off the UNSR campaign the National Front organized the Hands off the UNSR demonstrations in many cities and towns across Czech Slavia. Both President Vratislav Sova and prime minister S. Černá attended the demonstration in Prague. Councillor Kohout himself attended the demonstration via video conference. Prime minister Černá expressed her belief that the demonstrations will begin to spread over the member states of European Union.
The National Front of Labour also officially endorsed the demonstrations as, according to the chairman of the NFL Alois Jelen „One must work even with Martians if it is necessary to keep the peace.“. Chairwoman of the Civic Forum, Alexandra Kovářová on the other hand said that there is currently no threat of war with the UNSR and voiced her support for the embargo of the UNSR. Chairwoman of the Czech National Democracy, Klára Zbouralová was more reserved, said that a mandatory embargo declared by the EU greatly violates national sovereignty. She however added that: "The Hands off the UNSR campaign is used by the Communist Party to spread unjustified fear of war among the populace in another effort to extend their control over it. It saddens me that the National Front of Labour is actively helping the communist government in this regard."

Commission elections in Czech Slavia

Premier Commissioner elections
The support for Sofie Čikarová comes mostly from the supporters of Communist Party of Czech Slavia, who are largely united behind the party candidate. Other then the communist supporters, significant portion of The Left and the Social Democratic Party of Czech Slavia supporters also announced their support for Čikarová, describing her as the candidate of the entire nation. Ms. Čikarová is expected to place in the first place.
Angela Merkel is expected to place in a second place. Her supports comes mostly from the supporters of the Civic Forum, which has officially endorsed Merkel. However the more conservative members and supporters of the Civic Forum expressed their dissatisfaction with Mrs. Merkel policies and expressed their support for either W. Cocx, or for D. Trympov.
The Czech National Democracy endorsed Dragan Trympov and their voter base seems to be united behind the party endorsed candidate, often describing Trympov as the only democratic candidate that also stands for the rights of the member states. Mr. Trympov is expected to place in a third place.
The Social Democratic Party of Czech Slavia officially endorsed no candidate, but the members of the party leadership all personally endorsed Maria Kerstin. A significant portion of the supporters of The Left also supports Mrs. Kerstin, who is expected to place fourth.
Walter Cocx is described favorably by a significant portion of Civic Forum voter base, however his non-affiliation with any eurogroup makes much of the voter base side with Merkel. His pro-immigration stance on the other hand alienates the supporters of Czech National Democracy. His main support in Czech Slavia comes from the more conservative supporters of the Civic Forum. His performance on the debate however seems to have motivated some of the Civic Forum supporters to vote for him rather then for Mrs. Merkel, still Mr. Cocx is expected to place fifth in the elections.

While not endorsing Katrin Weber officially, the leader of the Communist Party of Czech Slavia often personally endorsed Mrs. Weber. Among communist voter base Mrs. Weber position is hurt mostly by her stance on immigration, still many of the Communist Party supporters said that they will vote for Weber in these elections. The leadership of The Left also expressed their support for Mrs. Weber and a significant portion of the Social Democratic Party of Czech Slavia supporters also expressed their support for Mrs. Weber, who is expected to place in the first place.
The support for Jean-Claude Juncker comes mostly from the supporters of Civic Forum, which officially endorsed Mr. Juncker, and significant portion of the Social Democratic Party of Czech Slavia. Being described as skilled, workaholic and reliable candidate the Civic Forum voter base is largely united behind this candidate, however the more conservative supporters of the Civic Forum still expresses dissatisfaction with Mr. Juncker policies and supports J. Oliver. Mr. Juncker is expected to place in a second place.
John Oliver was officially endorsed by the Czech National Democracy, but a some supporters of this party are also expected to vote for Juncker, expressing a desire to unite with other opposition groups to vote against the candidates endorsed by the Communist Party of Czech Slavia. John Oliver is expected to place in a third place.
Edmund Winston is often regarded as a second choice by the supporters of the Civic Forum, however the presence of incumbent Mr. Juncker leads them to vote for Juncker rather then Mr. Winston, who is expected to place in a fourth place.

Empty promises of the CPCS
We all remember when the prime minister Černá returned from her visit to Inquista, how to communists gloated about improving Czech Slavia's image in the world. They kept repeating how we are regarded as equals by Inquista and that Czech Slavia will be taken off the Inquistan Communist Refugee Program in no time. They made sure that everybody heard that before the regional election and campaigned on that topic. But the regional election is now over and it's been some time since Černá's visit to Inquista yet removing Czech Slavia off the Communist Refugee Program still haven't been mentioned once in the College of Bishops.

Many now see that the CPCS has lied as it always does. No country in the EU regards Czech Slavia as equals, and the Communist Party is to blame. They continue to resist transforming Czech Slavia into a democratic country. But the Czech National Democracy has made solid gains in the regional election. We were second in four regions, and increased the number of our voters in all regions. We thank to all that decided to cast their vote for us, despite the government propaganda and pressure. CND is now the party most suited to challenge CPCS in the parliamentarian election next year and we shall be victorious. We will finally make Czech Slavia into a respected democratic country and equal member of the European Union. CND government will finally ensure that Czech Slavia is taken off the Communist Refugee Program. Nationalism and democracy are the best weapons in fight against communist tyranny!

Czech Slavia announces expansion of Rare Earth Metals mining

Ministry of Industry and Trade of Czech Slavia announced expansion of it's Rare Earth Metals mining in order to import more of those materials to Inquista. The expansion is welcomed by the governor of South Bohemian region Radek Šedivý who praises the opportunity of bringing more investments into South Bohemian region. Prime minister Slavomíra Černá believes that Inquista will remove Czech Slavia from the Communist Refugee Program once Czech Slavia starts fulfilling its promise towards the country. She rejected the claims that her foreign policy in regard to Inquista would fail, as did governor Šedivý. However expansion of the mines from environmentalist groups.

Police disperses protesters

In the morning hours around hundred activists tried to block the access of the miners to their mines in South Bohemian Region. After two hours police dispersed the protectors who claim that their protests was non-violent and accuse policemen that dispersed them of brutality. Meanwhile the police says the protesters were endangering themselves and the workers when they tried to break into the one of the mines.

The police action attracted much criticism from the opposition parties and some people took to streets, especially in Prague where around 5 thousand people attended seemingly spontaneous demonstration. Police once again dispersed the protesters once again citing safety as the reason. The protesters described the police handling of the situation as "extremely brutal" some of them showing injuries that they claim came from the police beating them.

Opposition parties CF, CND and SDPCS issued a joint statement condemning police brutality and calling government to step down. Governor of the South Bohemian region Radek Šedivý from CPCS also expressed his concerns over the actions of the police in his region, but called the demand by the opposition for the government to step down as "ludicrous".

A call for solidarity from Europe

Dear people of European Union, we, Czechs, need your help. The dictatorial government of Czech Slavia once again resorted to brutality and violence to silence its critics and they will continue doing so, until they once again subjugate us all or until we stop them . They fear losing power and violence is the only answers to our callings for change.

We want an independent, free, democratic and prosperous Czech Slavia, that is co-operating with other member states of the European Union united with them by our values. We want Czech Slavia where the individuals can live, work and trade freely without fear of their property being taken away from them by the state. We are looking forward to Czech Slavia that doesn't treat people who leave it as traitors and where press is truly independent without public media being controlled by one party.

The Communist Party once silenced us and crashed our dreams of a democratic country over 30 years ago, do not allow them to do it again. We beg you to help us convince the government of Czech Slavia to dialogue with us, please develop a pressure on the dictatorial government. We are not looking for violence and instability and are very open to talk about changes with the government, rather then try to force it by the barrel of a gun.

Do not believe the government propaganda about its strength, their end is nigh, if we all work together as one, as freedom loving people. We put our trust in you. Let's end the tyranny and make the people free!

Mass demonstration called in Prague as opposition groups demands resignation of the government

Fueled by the fact that other states in the European Union noticed their protests, opposition groups call for a mass demonstration against the government on Wenceslaus Square in Prague on December 2nd. Meanwhile representatives of the opposition groups, in form of political parties as well as other groups, demand resignation of the government and are proposing a dialogue with them on a transitional government. The organizers of the demonstration expect the number of people taking part in the protest to exceed 100 000.

Prime minister said she refuses the proposed dialogue as the government has a mandate coming from free and democratic elections, and called efforts to force government to resignation as efforts to curtail democracy in Czech Slavia. As police is getting ready for a potentially large demonstration there are also reports that large detachments of the paramilitary organisation of the Communist Party of Czech Slavia, the People's militias are being transported to Prague.

As mass protests continue prime minister Černá agrees to dialogue with opposition and steps down, independent Plachta appointed as prime minister

As mass protest continue, mainly in Prague and continue gaining in strength prime minister Slavomíra Černá agreed with the dialogue proposed by opposition parties. While the protests have been mostly peaceful there have been few clashes in the capital with several protesters arrested, with the situation becoming more tense as more and more people join protests, after Spanish government threatened with sanctions and the affair in which Presidents Élisabeth Avril and Anne-Marie David were detained by police after smoking weed and released without consequences while the Czech citizen who was smoking with them is facing a trial, and members of the People's Militias patrolling parts of the city.

After the meeting between the representatives of the Communist Party and the representatives of the opposition parties took place, Černá refused to comment on the meeting, but confirmed that she is stepping down as prime minister and that she won't lead the party into another elections. She also suggested that the protests are organized by paid provocateurs. Alexandra Kovářová, chairwoman of the Civic Forum described the meeting as rational and the results as a success for Czech Slavia. "We agreed with Mrs. prime minister that we must prevent violence and that peaceful solution is the key to moving forward as a nation. We of course denounce any form of violence protest and disassociate with all violent protesters, but at the same time, police violence against peaceful protesters is absolutely unacceptable."

Kovářová said that the agreed changes include establishing government where all parties will be represented, led by an independent prime minister. Replacing some of the journalists, educators and state companies directors that were appointed due to their political connections rather then experience and some sort of restitution and privatization the details of which will have to yet be discussed. There will be no snap elections and elections will be held on the regular date in October 2021

Slavomíra Černá stepped down as prime minister and president Vratislav Sova appointed and independent Michal Plachta as the new prime minister. Plachta said that he is committed to lead the new government, and listen to all sides and help them make compromises that will move the country forward in order to prepare for free and fair elections next year.

Most of the members of the Council of the Czech News Agency replaced

Acting in accordance with the deal struck by leaders of all parliamentary parties to remove communist party influence over the media, four members of the Council of the Czech News Agency who were regarded as being in the position thanks to their links to the communist party rather then experience were replaced. CF, CND and SDPCS all got one councilor and one councilor is independent, two councilors that weren't replaced remained members of the CPCS and one councilor left CPCS and is now independent.

Among those who were replaced was Sofie Čikarová, candidate for the position of Premier Commissioner in the last commission elections. Čikarová was called a prime example of biased journalist during parliament session by CF leader Kovářová. Čikarová herself said that her removal was politically motivated.

Debates over privatization split the parliament and government

While it was agreed that there will be some form of privatization of public assets in Czech Slavia before in the meeting between leaders of all parliamentary parties the form of the privatization was not agreed with. And while CF and its leader Kovářová advocate for rapid privatization of majority of state owned companies other parties are either for slow and more limited privatization. CND is especially split on the issue but most of their members of parliament agree that the role of state owned companies should be less significant then in the propositions of CPCS and SDPCS, but should be carried out more cautiously then CF proposes. SDPCS firmly supports a slow and more limited privatization. In the end a slow and more limited form of privatization passed through the parliament as CPCS staunchly opposes rapid privatization. CF is still confident that their proposition of rapid privatization could however be passed after the 2021 election.

Plachta's government announces it has no intentions of decreasing the Rare Earth Metals mining industry

Environmentalists who stood organised the first protests against the expansion of Rare Earth Metals mining which spiraled into the mass protests against the government of Slavomíra Černá demand that the new government decrease the Rare Earth Metals mining industry. The government refused those demands for economic reasons but also announced that it won't carry out the expansion planned by Černá's government. Decrease in Rare Earths Metals mining is opposed by all parliamentary parties, with CF, CND and SDPCS all criticizing the methods previous government used to disperse the protests, but also disagreeing with the protesters, as a decrease in the mining would hurt Czech economy. Former prime minister Černá criticized the new government for the unwillingness to carry out the planned expansion, as Czech Slavia will not be able to fulfill its promise to The Most Serene Republic of Inquista and said that the new government is lacking courage and will hurt relations with the country.

Many Czech environmentalist say they are dissapointed with the government and the former opposition parties. Governor of the South Bohemian region Radek Šedivý from CPCS sided with the former prime minister saying that the expansion could bring more opportunities to the region.

First state owned companies are being privatized, foreign companies invited to Czech Slavia

In accordance with the slow and limited privatization approved by the parliament and signed by the president first small companies were placed on sale, most of these companies are restaurants, hair salons and small shops. Few farm collectives are also preparing to be sold to the people as some farms are currently being returned to the families that owned them before communist takeover in 1948 as part of restitution. Foreign companies were allowed to function directly in Czech Slavia and are invited to the country.

Don't let them disappear

While the shackles of tyranny are almost shaken off, we must never forget those who were keeping us in them this entire time. One of the greatest allies communist governments had was the secret police StB, operating from shadows, always listening, always watching. They made sure that none that dared to criticize the government could have any secrecy. And now when we are all working tirelessly to prepare Czech Slavia for new democratic government, free of the influence of the totalitarian communist party the secret police agents are the ones that try hide. Even in these times, when communist government has fallen and there can be little doubt that democratic parties will form the next government, those agents remain dangerously influential and will without a doubt try to occupy positions of influence even in a democracy. That would however make our democracy very flawed.

We can't be satisfied unless we make sure that those people can't ever get into positions of power again. That is why CF will demand that the names of the secret police agents are made public and when the democratic parties will form the next government, CF will make sure that StB is disbanded and new secret service, that will protect the country, rather then harass its citizens is created. StB agents didn't allow any of us to have secrecy, we should not allow them to have any either.

Armed forces to depoliticize

The parliament has decided to depoliticize the armed forces., removing the positions of political commissars and prohibiting soldiers from being members of any political party or movement. CPCS was split on the issue, but other parties were united so the motion passed.

Minister of Defense from the CPCS Alexander Bílý criticized the move as potentially damaging for the expertise of the leadership, as all generals have so far been member of the CPCS. Many generals however already left the party, for example generals Rytíř and Procházka. The position of political commissars was according to Bílý instrumental in strengthening the morale of the troops and its abolition will also damage the armed forces.

More unions to be permitted

Up until now all unions in The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia were organized directly by the state as the CPCS officials argued that all power in Czech Slavia belongs to the workers and therefor the interests of the state are the same as the workers and unions. Other parties were very critical of this union policy which according to them was restrictive. Now that all parties take part in government even the CPCS came in support of permitting more unions to be registered as they claim that current government's interests do not always align with the interests of the working class. Political scientists generally agree that this move shows that the CPCS is afraid it won't be able to participate in the next government.

Prime minister Plachta expressed strong support for allowing more unions to register.

Republic or Monarchy debate

Civic Forum member of Parliament Miroslava Císařová said that Czech Slavia should consider changing from a republic to a constitutional monarchy. The most obvious claimants to the potential Czech throne would be Austrian Habsburgs, but that is complicated as the known members of the family are currently imprisoned in Austria. Still some supporters of monarchy claim they would be determined to try and get Habsburgs on the Czech throne. But that is not the only obstacle in giving Czech crown to a member of the Habsburg family, as they remain controversial.

Other possible monarchs could come from Fremetian noble family or even a Czech former noble family as some descendants of former nobles are members of the CF. A figure of a king or a queen could have the effect of uniting the populace and preventing a rise of a populist politician trying to seize power, according to Císařová and other supporters of the monarchy . Císařová herself however said that she proposed this mostly for the people to consider the dangers of populism, that could lead Czech Slavia astray from the "road to freedom" and if a referendum on restoration of monarchy actually happened she would vote to keep the republic. Some others in the CF are however serious in their support of the restoration of monarchy but as the proposition has no support in the other parties and only a little serious support inside of the CF it seems that this debate will remain mostly between CF member base.

Planned military parade with the armed forces of the UNSR is cancelled

The government has cancelled the planned military parade with the armed forces of the UNSR. The question of recognition of the UNSR currently lies in the parliament. CSCP is determined to continue recognizing the UNSR as the legitimate government of Icholasen while CF is determined to recognize the Nine Dominions of Icholasen as the legitimate government of Icholasen. CND and SDPCS are currently split on the issue.

Czech Rare Earth Metals mining industry to be partially privatized

The government of Michal Plachta has announced that part of the Czech Rare Earth Metals mining industry will be privatized as part of the privatization process that Czech Slavia is going through. Citing the ineffectiveness of state in handling of the industry. Governor of the South Bohemian region Radek Šedivý from CPCS has criticized the government decision, claiming that privatization of such an important sector of economy could lead to the private company firing Czech workers out of their jobs and if the industry fell into hands of foreign company the profits would be taken away from Czech Slavia.

Some of the CPCS members of the parliament regard this move as a breech of the limited privatization that passed through the parliament. Prime minster Plachta ensured the workers that the privatization would bring much needed developments and that his government will not allow the future owners to replace Czech workers with foreign workers.

Defense minister Bílý seizes The Office of the Government

Defense minister Alexander Bílý marched unopposed into The Office of the Government of The Democratic Republic of Czech Slavia with a group of militants. He announced that the government of Michal Plachta has broken the agreement reached by the representatives of all parliamentary political parties. He claimed that the CPCS no longer has confidence in his government and demanded that Prime minister Plachta's resignation. Prime minister Plachta was not present at The Office of the Government at the moment as he was on his way to meet with miners to explain the position of the government on the privatization of certain mines. President Vratislav Sova joined Bílý and also demands Plachta's resignation

The streets of Prague are now becoming separated as citizens, police officers and militants erect barricades in the streets. Mayor of Prague Oldřich Houba from CF has urged the city police to stay on alert and keep the city under control, and stop the People's Militias from capturing parts of the city. However the city police has been split with some officers abiding the mayor's orders and other officers abiding the orders of minister Bílý and joining the militants. The militants were not able to march on the City Hall, being stopped by the barricades, but they were able to capture Ruzyně International Airport. Minister Bílý is calling more member of the People's Militias to go to Prague, he also declared the cancellation of the planned military parade with the armed forces of the UNSR invalid and said that there will be this joint parade "very soon". Parts of the city has also been captured by small anarchist groups that oppose both sides. There are reported injuries but no reported fatalities.

Governors of South Bohemian, Vysočina, Plzeň, Ústí nad Labem, Olomouc and Moravian-Silesian region have joined minister Bílý and ensured that they will will do everything in their power to help the militants to get into the capital city. Other governors either didn't make a statement yet or said that they will wait on more directions from the CPCS itself. Leader of the CPCS, former prime minister Slavomíra Černá didn't make a comment on those developments.

Prime minister Plachta himself also didn't make a comment on the developments. Leaders of CF, CND and SDPCS on the other hand said that Bílý is attempting a coup and that the Parliament, where the CPCS has a majority, hasn't passed a motion of no confidence in Plachta's government and Bílý has no right to speak on the behalf of the Parliament. They suggested that Bílý is trying to scare the members of the parliament into passing a motion of no confidence. Bílý reacted by saying that the leadership of CF, CND and SDPCS are the ones attempting a coup and that the CPCS has a mandate from free and fair elections and he knows that Plachta's government is no longer acceptable to the members of CPCS. He also suggested that the leadership of those parties are the ones that are trying to use fear in order to get members of the parliament to continue recognizing the government. Parliament itself has been called into session on tomorrow.

Leadership of the army pledged their support to Plachta and gave the militants a three day ultimatum to cease their activities, otherwise they will be forced to move into Prague. As of now there however are mutinies in the army as some men and women in the armed forces support minister Bílý.

At the moment it is uncertain what are the goals of Alexander Bílý other then to repeal the depoliticization of the army laws.

Parliament splits, Černá expresses support to Bílý

Yesterdays session of the Parliament resulted in its split. Some communist members of the parliament didn't turn up on the session but instead hold a session of their own. During heated debates many more CPCS members left the session to go and joined the communist splinter parliament. Among them chairwoman of the CPCS and former prime minister Slavomíra Černá who as she left said that Plachta did lose confidence of the CPCS and Bílý is right to demand his resignation. The splinter parliament remains smaller, now heaving 79 members out of the 200. Both parliaments now demand different things, with one demanding resignation of Bílý and the other demanding resignation of Plachta. Prime minister Plachta still remains silent on the matter.

Explosion in the Office of the Government, defense minister Bílý dead

Defense minister Alexander Bílý and Colonel Josef Voda died today in an explosion in the Office of the Government of Czech Slavia. The men took control of the Office two days ago, demanding the resignation of Prime minister Plachta.

Actress Albína Reiserová was in a room with Bílý and Voda just mere minutes before the explosion and described the act as "unbelievably barbaric". She also said that she hopes the perpetrators of this act will get caught and accordingly punished.

Mayor of Prague, Oldřich Houba, condemned the assassination but urged the People's Militias to give up their control of parts of the city. Reiserová, who believes that Houba is behind the assassination in which she nearly died, on the other hand urged the People's Militias to stay on the streets.

Many members of the CPCS, including the chairwoman Slavomíra Černá, are sending condolences to the family of Bílý and they say that his death is a loss for Czech Slavia. Governor of the South Bohemian region Radek Šedivý suggested a creation of a committee to punish those behind the assassination quickly and accordingly.

Prime minister Michal Plachta also sent condolences to the family of Bílý and condemned the assassination. He also briefly commented on the recent developments in Czech Slavia saying that unless he would resign he is the prime minister and that he does not plan to resign as of now. He is ready to listen to Slavomíra Černá and replace Bílý with another CPCS candidate and urged People's Militias to go home, before the armed forces will have to intervene. Plachta received criticism from all the parliamentary parties for his reaction.

As of now, the death of minister Bílý and colonel Voda remain the only fatalities in the current crisis.
