Motion to Suspend Councilor Bauer
-
As the Deputy Councillor for the Cllr. Juvinal, duly elected to the position but "recalled" in an illegal motion by an illegitimate "State Elder," I believe that I have the right to convey the following statement dictated by them.
"The legality of the appointment of the interim Councillor Bauer is in question; while she was indeed appointed by the "State Elder," whether this "State Elder" was in fact the actual State Elder of the Union is still up for debate."
"At the same time, her appointment is dependent on the legality of my own "recall," which occurred at a time during which it was debatable whether the State Elder or the Council of the Union were the highest decision making bodies."
"In my own opinion, the entirety of the process was highly illegal. I remain the sole legal Councillor for the Union of Syndicates; if Bauer is considered as such, then she deserves this suspension."
On the behalf of Kelarōn Juvinal,
Mathilde Comtois
Deputy Councillor for the Union of Syndicates -
Its not just time to suspend councillour Bauer frankly but any new councillours they wish to appoint need to be stopped in the first place. We've had what 2 incidents in the chamber caused by UoS one of which has caused many of our colleagues to go to hospital and with some fighting for their lives. Union of Syndicates needs to become stable and able to run democratic elections before we even consider new councillours from them. The issue is here is as long as UoS can keep trying to appoint new councilliours temporarily we are all in danger. Not to put too fine a point on it Kiel is a dangerous , unstable hell hole that is dangerous for its residents but now also Europe with its spreading of left wing terror to the continent.

First of all, I'm happy to be back to the Council. Just in case something crazy happens, I've brought a protective suit which I'm wearing and lots of pills, just in case. Hopefully, I wasn't on the room when all of the mess happened, which I thank God for and I hope Councillors there have a speedy recovery.
With that said, I think this motion is necessary, but I'm supportive to amend the Code of Conduct of the Council of the European Union 2019 to prohibit the entrance of some people into this chamber. Some will say "Donald, you are going to far, how can we restrict someone into all the Europeans' parliamentary house?" The answer is very simple: some people which have put one of their foot in this room have created awkward and even dangerous situations, we have even seen a rubbish bag as Councillor! We need to be more serious when it comes to this chamber, and the Speaker is already doing a good job to achieve order and have a serious Council. We just need laws which support what we are trying to achieve. Anyway, I'll vote for this motion and I hope I don't need to wear this ugly protective suit.
