The EU should combat climate change as a single entity; but its actions should not be repressive. It should instead primarily focus on re-organizing the effort in the form of encouragement - allowing member-states to coordinate efforts regarding research into the transition and the necessary technology, as well as partnering with existing financial institutions as to allow for funding to those who are innovating, so to speak.

Not a single unit more will be taken; not a single regulation more will be forced upon the European people.

Thanks for your question and the debate management Piyers. Now, concerning your question: it’s true I’m a veteran Commissioner and that the EPA has been in power many times, but look at what happened when it’s not: inactivity, no dialogue between the member states, nothing. Just an act which is useful for the European Union to act sometimes. But the broken Union hasn’t been created by the EPA or by me, because we have done many things to fix it, and some of them are working now and have been proved to be useful for every European citizen.

And now, I would like to address all the European citizens watching the debate tonight: Europeans, you are not alone, and you will never be alone again if I’m elected as Premier. When the debate started, I said Europe was playing its first survival round tonight, and now we have seen that with these 2 women, Europe will lose. The European Union needs to go back to the values we defend, to protect sovereignty, to evolve and adapt to the new times and challenges to come, to be solidary and empathic, to be a place where everybody wants to be.

It’s easy to sell promises which will make our Union worse, but I always say complex challenges need complex solutions. A Juncker Commission is hard-working, keen on helping every single citizen, no matter what they vote or what they think. Europe is a land of freedom, a land which everybody wants to protect. Together, if we’re united and we cooperate to fix our region, we will be able to enjoy a better Europe.

PROTESTS AGAINST CASPIAN 'TRIUMVIRATE'

Patriotic protesters burned flags relating to the 'C3' countries in a protest in Belogradchik yesterday.

The Government has pledged to "take action wherever necessary" to counter the formation of a 'C3' bloc of Caspian countries, who have referred to themselves as a regional 'triumvirate', following widespread protests against the bloc over the weekend.

In a move that has blindsided Pravoslaviya and other regional players, the nations of United Duchies, Selvaris, and Reitzmag have agreed open-door immigration, liberalised trade, a mutual extradition treaty, and intelligence co-operation in an extremely wide-ranging treaty. The group have called themselves the 'C3' or 'Caspian Triumvirate', a move which has provoked outrage among Pravoslaviyan patriots.

Simeon Vukov, former leader of the League Against Corruption, told a large gathering in Belogradchik yesterday that "this bloc has been formed to dominate the Caspian and dominate Pravoslaviya. They have called themselves a triumvirate, which is a group of three people who dominate everybody else. Caesar, Pompey, Crassus. United Duchies, Reitzmag, Selvaris. They see themselves as the Caesar, Pompey, and Crassus of our region, and we are the people they want to dominate. We say they will dominate nothing but our corpses!"

Protesters have also called for Pravoslaviya to abandon the Caspian Treaty, which ties Caspian nations into a range of agreements on fisheries and resource exploitation in the Caspian Sea. While Selvaris has not yet acceded to the Caspian Treaty, it is entitled to do so, and upon doing so it would give the 'C3' a 60% majority on the Caspian Council, which would allow the new bloc to force through economic agreements that are favourable to the bloc's interests.

The Prime Minister, Metodi Pravoslav, has called for calm, and extended a warm welcome to Selvaris as a new member of the European Union. "We do not see any of these nations as unfriendly or hostile," he said in a statement issued via social media, "we simply ask them to recognise our concerns." Pointing to North Diessen's reaction to the formation of the C3, which has included curbs on co-operation with the United Duchies, Mr Pravoslav added that "these concerns are not unique to ourselves."

Mr Pravoslav promised that he would propose amendments to the Caspian Treaty aimed at guaranteeing Pravoslaviya's economic interests against the threat of domination by the new bloc. "We believe in the Caspian Treaty, and we believe in Caspian co-operation. What we do not believe in, and I believe even the C3 countries will agree to this, is using the Caspian Treaty as a means for a slim majority of nations on the Caspian to dominate and outvote everybody else." More specific proposals are expected to follow either on Sunday or in the early part of next week.

Isn’t this election crazy, folks? Isn’t it ridiculous? All these candidates, there’s so many, I don’t even know who half of them are! And they’re all going round doing these speeches and rallies, which, by the way, I invented. Nobody gives me credit for it, and that’s OK, but I was the first to do that, OK? And now everybody does it, and to be honest, I don’t think they’re doing it very well, but that’s fine, they can do that.

So this election, folks, has so many people and so many speeches, and they’re so bad. The more they speak, the more places they go, the crazier it gets, folks. Now, I wasn’t going to run in these elections, OK? It’s not like I don’t have better things to do with my time; I have my business, I have my own country, I have the Make Europe Great Again Foundation, so I have so many things to do. But I’ve been watching the shows, all the shows, and the more I see these people talk, I think what the hell’s going on? Who are these people and why do they want to do all these crazy things?

Therefore, I am officially announcing that Dragan Trympov is standing for the office of Premier Commissioner of the European Union. Because it’s so important, folks, that we don’t let any of these other people in charge of the region.

You know, when Whiteford stood down, I was so glad, I thought, thank God, folks. Thank God. I told you she’d be a disaster and, well, was I right or was I right? Our region still has so much Communism, we’ve got the Emperor of Inimicus being shot out of the sky, we’ve got some real bad things going on in Eastern Haane and Nofoaga, and Whiteford has failed so badly. So the EPA tapped her on the shoulder and they said ‘Whiteford, you’re not going to win, time to go.’ Bye-bye!

So things are as bad as they were four months ago, and now these candidates just want to make everything even worse. The EPA have nominated Angela Merkel – remember her? That was days ago, and she still hasn’t got her papers in! Can you believe that? As of now, Merkel is not on the ballot! Maybe she’s having second thoughts. If you had the EPA, the globalist elites, come and say, you have to be their candidate for Premier, and you have to defend them, would you do it?

But while they’ve got Merkel, in a room, trying to convince her not to drop out, they’ve sent Juncker out there to tell you what they’re going to do to Europe. And oh, boy. This guy came here and said he was going to take your money, and give it to big corporations, big telecom companies, so they can do 5G. With TV aerials, which, folks, is not going to work, OK? You can’t do 5G with TV aerials.

But it’s OK! It’s fine, folks, because we’ll get some of the money back. Some. Not as an investment; he wants to get the money back in taxes. Isn’t that ridiculous? It’s a gift! He’s literally going to gift your money to big telecom companies, and there’s no return except in tax revenues. I’m a businessman, OK, and that is the single worst deal of all time; not for Juncker, because if he wins, that’s OK, you don’t get to vote him out in four months’ time because he can’t run. It’s the worst deal ever for you. The ordinary, forgotten people of Europe, and her nations, getting screwed by globalist politicians and their big corporate friends. That’s the EPA, people. They’re in a big globalist alliance against you.

So then I hear about the ELDR, and their candidate for Premier is a woman called Maria Kerstin, OK? She’s supposed to be 36, she looks about 50, but that’s OK, I’m not going to criticise her for that. And so far she’s fallen for a fake meme, can you believe that? If you told Kerstin that they’d taken ‘gullible’ out of the dictionary, she’d go running up the stairs, get the dictionary off the bookshelf, flick, flick, flick. And she’d find it in there and she’d say, well, folks, looks like we need to update our dictionary. It’s true!

And by the way, when she’s going round doing these speeches, she keeps saying ‘oh, I’m not completely ELDR, I don’t always agree with the ELDR, I think the ELDR is wrong on this,’ and you think, well, what do you agree with the ELDR on? She’s only in the ELDR to say she doesn’t like it, and you know what, I don’t like the ELDR either, so maybe that’s something we can agree on.

But her proposal to cut the budget contributions of poorer countries – isn’t that so crazy? She wants the richer countries – DU, Inquista, Angleter – to pay more. But no, she says they’re not going to pay more. So I’m like, how does that work? Maybe she wants the EU to run out of money, or maybe she’s lying, I don’t know.

But she wants to make the richer countries pay more, relatively speaking, at least; and those tend to be the bigger countries, and to really smack them down she wants to make sure they don’t get proportional, fair representation in the Council. That’s so wrong and it’s going to destroy Europe, folks. You pay more, but you don’t get more say. Those countries are already getting screwed, and this Kerstin wants to screw them so much more, it’s ridiculous.

And then there’s Winston! That guy is the single biggest snake in European politics, OK? He was all ‘oh, I love Dragan, I love Trympov’, because he wanted me to drop out and endorse him, OK? And then he turned round and said ‘oh, let’s have a federal Europe, isn’t Trympov bad’. Winston is such a mess, it’s laughable. And now he wants to tell all your schools what to teach, he wants to put your money into crazy projects that’ll never work, like this giant tube thing, and all these satellites in space, with lasers.

Folks, the EPA want to take your money and give it to their globalist friends; but the ELDR want to take your money, play with it themselves, and of course, give it to migrants, because these people are ‘Migrants and Minorities First’. They don’t care about ordinary people, folks. They don’t care about you. And the radical left candidates – well, folks, you don’t need me to tell you they want to take your money too.

If we’re going to Make Europe Great Again, then we need to stop taking people’s money. People are losing enough money, it needs to stop. I promise I will not increase the EU budget if I am Premier Commissioner. No more crazy spending projects, OK?

There’s only two other candidates who get this, folks. Many people have been asking me, Dragan, what do you think about Cocx? And I hear what he says about fiscal responsibility, and it’s great, but I haven’t heard much about Cocx. Some of what he’s been saying, I like, but I haven’t seen enough of Cocx. I can’t trust him to stand up and not flip-flop, OK? And folks, nobody with that name is getting elected – it’s so sad, but he has to change it if he wants to win!

The other candidate, of course, is the great John Oliver. That man, OK, he knows how to rattle the globalist elite in this region. He’s not afraid to say what he thinks; I hear he’s being a little more serious in his tone right now, and I think that’s good, he knows we need to unite this region. But he’s a good guy, and he’s going to work with me to Make Europe Great Again, and he’s going to keep calling out what’s wrong with our region, and that’s great, and I hope you all vote for him for Internal Affairs.

The problems our region has are basically the same it had four months ago, because our current globalist Commission has done such a terrible job. So I’m not going to go round telling you what you already know. Not this time. Because we still need common sense against coups and Communism. We still need to stop the crazy spending projects. We still need to put the member states first, and let them put their citizens first.

Four months ago we went from nowhere to 30% of the vote, in a rigged system, in the space of a few weeks. We hit the globalists so hard, they didn’t know what was going on. This time we’re going to knock them out, OK? We are going to knock globalism out, and we will Make Europe Great Again! Thanks, folks.

And I have to say, I love all the people of Europe. This region has got such great people. Unbelievable. And when we started this, all my people said ‘don’t do it, Dragan’, and I said ‘why not’, and they said nobody will vote for you because the system is so rigged by the globalists.

And maybe, OK, they were right, but you know, we came second and we went from nothing to 31% in a few weeks, we got so many votes, and that’s wonderful. So I’d like to thank all the people, and all the countries, that voted for me and believed in our movement to Make Europe Great Again. Millions and millions and millions of ordinary people. Thank you all so much.

But folks, unfortunately, the people who rule Europolis and control the region are human scum. They’re scum, OK? They are the worst people, the globalists who, unfortunately, have won tonight. And they might have won this rigged election, but they’re still losers, folks. And they’re going to keep on losing.

So, first of all, why was Whiteford even allowed to run? She’s going to be Premier Commissioner but her country isn’t even in the EU. Try and find the United Dominions of Icholasen on the map, folks. It’s not there. It doesn’t exist. There was a Communist coup which, by the way, she lost, but for some reason she’s allowed to stand and her fake country is allowed to vote. Crazy, am I right?

And it gets worse, folks, because Inquista also had a coup, but in that case, they allowed the coup regime – El Caudeeeeeeyo – to vote and to stand candidates, like Antoni Reynels. Because that coup was an EPA coup, OK? It was a globalist coup, probably because, let’s face it, if Paul Craticus was alive today, he would’ve voted Trympov, OK? He would’ve voted for me. But he can’t because he’s dead and, unlike with Icholasen, the people who overthrew him – Fake Inquista with its Fake Taylor – were allowed to take part in these elections.

And then there’s Juncker. Oh, boy. Juncker, who got in a tank and went on stage in East Moreland with Copala, who just weeks before had bombed East Moreland and killed everybody there. These globalists were literally standing on the ashes of the people they murdered, and folks, we all know what they meant. I don’t know, actually, maybe it was just the only way Jean could make himself look like a tough guy.

But how many countries voted for Juncker because they thought he’d send Copala to bomb them all if they voted Trympov? How many, folks? Or maybe he just threatened to throw them out a balcony, I don’t know.

I mean, folks, even Reitzmag voted for Whiteford. Does that make sense to you, folks? Reitzmag voting for Whiteford. Her candidate does a big dance on the graves of thousands of innocent people in their country, and they’re like, hey, that’s great! Winston – good guy, crazy ideas, loved, or so I’m told, in his own country – goes around saying ‘OHHHHH, VOTE FOR TRYMPOV, I LOVE TRYMPOV’, and then his country votes for Whiteford? All I’m saying, folks, is just watch all the sanctions fly off Reitzmag now. All the globalist countries will be like ‘sorry we sanctioned you, sorry we pogrom’d your people’. Certainly, Copala isn’t going to bomb them again. Give me a break. Reitzmag is the single worst country, and Winston is a total pit viper. It’s so true, folks.

And maybe these countries were right to be scared, because look at Valhalla, folks. They vote Trympov and within hours, this beautiful country has Communists attempting another coup! They vote Trympov, and all the globalist-occupied countries vote EPA, suddenly there’s Communists there in Valhalla. Is that some coincidence or what, folks? I don’t know the exact nature of the relationship between the globalists and Communists. I never did. But there’s something going on there and we need to figure out what the hell is going on in our region, OK?

And isn’t it such a crazy election system that we have, folks? I got like half the votes in the Duxburian Union – that’s millions and millions of people, and thank you, by the way, Acwellan, Dante, William, you did so great – and that counts for literally nothing! Isn’t it crazy? All those votes just melt away because only the votes of the guy who comes first, even if it’s not a majority, count. And then they all get reduced to one per country. This is the single craziest system, it’s rigged against big countries, and it’s so bad, it’s almost laughable.

But it’s not laughable, folks, because we’re heading for some real dark times now, with the globalists in charge. I look around this room and I see so much talent and such wonderful people, but I don’t know if all of you are going to be alive in four months’ time. I think at least one of you is going to be killed – by a coup, by a war, by Communists, by globalists, I don’t know. But it’s so sad.

The EPA are stopping at nothing to keep their migrants and minorities first, globalist politics in power. They’re such losers, they have to do this to stay in office. But these guys haven’t stopped being losers. They haven’t stopped being haters. They haven’t stopped being failures. And they’re going to keep losing and hating and failing.

Nobody in Icholasen is listening to Whiteford right now, OK? I had to call her to concede, I told my people, I know I should probably challenge this election, but we’ve got so much chaos now, I won’t talk about how rigged it is, I’ll concede to her. I even conceded to Juncker, folks. But I told Whiteford, first of all, as we know, for her, getting in power is the easy bit, and staying is the hard part. So I said she’s got four months and I hope she holds on against the Communists for that long. Gonna be tough.

But I said, you realise nobody in Icholasen cares about you being Premier, OK? Nobody cares. They’re Communist, they’re basically outside the EU, they’re not going to listen to you. And nobody in Angleter is going to listen. Nobody in the Duxburian Union, probably, once they try and get it to pay for the crazy spending projects. Nobody cares, because Europe is so chaotic under globalist rule. The EPA are trying to tell everyone what to do, and trying to take more and more of everybody’s money, and there’s so much coups and violence, people are just ignoring Europolis. The EU is falling apart and it’s going to keep falling apart.

And we know the way the globalists try and keep a hold on this region is indiscriminate violence. Their own coups, their own bombs. It’s so bad, and they’re such human scum, they’re hypocrites, it’s unbelievable. These guys keep saying ‘OH, TRYMPOV DID THE TORPEDO, OH NO, SO BAD’, and they ignore – by the way – that Pravoslaviya was found innocent by the ECoJ, OK? Totally acquitted, no violation of the Constitution, no violation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

But they say it anyway, and they don’t care about the folks in East Moreland – probably because they’re not Sithians, they’re not Kaasians, they’re not migrants. That’s the way these people think, folks. Isn’t it disgusting? But it’s the way they have to do it because nobody’s going to listen to Whiteford, and nobody’s going to listen to Juncker, unless Copala is going to carpet bomb you unless you do what they say. And then, maybe, even still the Communists might get you first. Whiteford is going to get to her new office tomorrow and she’s just going to start waiting for the men with red flags to come in and bing-bing-bing and take her out again.

So Europe, essentially, is no longer Europe. There is no European Union any more. And these globalists told the most disgusting lies about me wanting to destroy the European Union. I was running to be on the European Commission, so first of all, how does that even work, folks? This lie, OK, that I want to destroy the EU, when I’m saying I want to Make Europe Great Again – how does it work? It’s so crazy, and they got so desperate to win this, that’s what they were saying.

But the globalists are the ones destroying the European Union, and they’re going to keep losing, and we’re going to have more coups, more violence, more people just ignoring the EU, for the next four months. We’re not going to be able to Make Europe Great Again for four months and maybe, by then, it’ll be too late. I don’t know.

Tonight has been such a yuge victory for the worst people in Europe. All the scum. All the most disgusting people. Nasty guys. They’re nasty guys, OK? The globalists and the Communists. The coup leaders and the coup plotters. The human traffickers and the Sithian extremists. The organised crime bosses and the war criminals. The corrupt elite politicians, the lobbyists, and the big business globalists. All the worst people in Europe came together to stop our movement tonight because they are so scared. They’re scared of Trympov, folks.

And most of all they’re scared of our movement, and they’re scared of you. They are so scared of the people of our beautiful countries, you wouldn’t believe. They are so scared that one day we might win, we might drain the swamp, we might start putting citizens first, and we might even Make Europe Great Again. We didn’t do it this time, but we got them so scared.

We have stood strong, folks, against the single biggest establishment onslaught of all time. There’s been nothing like this in European history, people. We went from zero to 31% in three weeks. Compared to where we were three weeks ago, this is a win, OK? It’s a win. And folks, like I said, I don’t know if we can beat these people in time to save the EU, but we’re going to keep trying.

So tonight I, Dragan Trympov, am officially announcing the creation of the Make Europe Great Again Foundation to continue our fight all over Europe. It’s going to be open to Councillors, parties, individuals, everyone who’s on the Trympov Train and wants to Make Europe Great Again. We’re going to form a group in the Council, led by my good friend Tupac, and we’re going to let the globalists know we’re not going away.

Because even though the system is totally rigged, and even a lifelong winner like me can’t win the first time, we still have to do what we wanted to do, folks. We have got to stop the crazy spending projects. We have got to repeal the Refugee Protection Act, which is still the single worst law of all time. What a beautiful city you folks have here. It’s so nice, I can’t imagine living here. It’s like paradise! So beautiful, really terrific.

But folks, we’ve got such an important election coming up tomorrow. It’s our biggest chance, and some might say our last chance, to Make Europe Great Again and take our countries back from the globalists in Europolis. People like Whiteford and Juncker have been in charge for so long, and their leadership is so bad, we’ve got coups everywhere, chaos everywhere. It can’t get worse, it really can’t.

The coups are such a yuge problem for Europe. The violence is so bad, it’s terrible. But our leaders in the EPA don’t care about it. They don’t care, because they don’t care about you. If you ask Juncker, and even Winston, what their number one issue is, they’ll tell you it’s trains.

Isn’t that so crazy? Trains. But it’s true. Those two have argued so much about trains, you wouldn’t believe. Juncker brought it up; Winston tried to sue Juncker in the ECoJ – a vexatious lawsuit, and I am so against vexatious lawsuits, they’re such a disaster, it has to stop – and then he failed. So now they’re fighting about it.

And Winston, OK, comes out with this crazy poster, saying Juncker’s a fraud, he’s greedy for power, everything – and it’s so true – but there’s a yuge Reitzmag flag on it and it hits me, OK? Winston is standing up for the old Reitzmag government. He wants to take credit for their – or he says it was theirs – train idea! But he’s been running away from that government because of the time they kidnapped the foreign minister, the Communist guy, from Icholasen.

So Winston can have it one way, or the other – he can claim credit for the trains and take the blame for the kidnapping, or he can stop talking about the trains and say the kidnapping was nothing to do with him. But he won’t, because our leaders are total hypocrites.

This obsession with trains is so bad, OK? There’s only one real train in this election, and that’s the Trympov Train. And you’re all welcome aboard! Free tickets for the Trympov Train.

But trains, and infrastructure, I’m a big fan of, but it needs to be done by countries, because they know these things best. Not by crazy globalists in Europolis with a big map. They go to bed at night and they dream, they think ‘ohhhh, look at these trains, choo-choo, everybody loves me – oh, there’s another coup, never mind – choo-choo!’

Marnoua, OK, in your country, you’ve got six-lane motorways and so much infrastructure, it’s amazing. It’s so good. So it’s you who should decide what comes next, if you need more infrastructure, what kind you need, and where, and all that. But the globalists want to take your money and tell you what kind of infrastructure you’re having, whether you like it or not, whether it’s good for you or not. ‘I DON’T CARE. I WANT IT, MOMMY. I WANT TWAIN’.

The way we Make Europe Great Again is by helping countries put their citizens first, OK? Help them do what is best for their countries, and make their own decisions, because, folks, you’re all grown-ups, right? The only babies are the globalists in Europolis – the EPA, Juncker, Whiteford.

Especially Whiteford. She loses her own country so she screams and she cries so loud that they’re trying to give her all of you to rule. We can’t afford Whiteford, OK? Or we’ll have coups everywhere, like there was in Icholasen when she was running that, and she did such a terrible job there, you wouldn’t believe.
