Gadalland and Aspern has run the Sertian Registry Office (SRO) since 1809 in order to keep a record of all entities, persons, legal documents or other important government affairs in a public space, pursuant to Legal Publicity Act 1990.
The SRO has now replaced the Citizens' Services Office. All CSO enquiries must now be placed here.
For Official Diplomatic Requests for the establishment or severing of consular ties, or to request a diplomatic visit which cannot be arranged via diplomatic ties, please now use the SRO channels set out below.The official list of things currently to be included on the Registry are the following:

Person of Distinction: A person of distinction is someone who has become globally known. If a Person of Distinction visa is approved, it will allow the bearer to remain in Gadalland and Aspern, with access to free movement by the 4C agreement, for three years and acquire Permanent Settlement status after this time.
Person of Recognised Compassion: A Person of Recognised Compassion is an individual who has become globally known and may be eligible to acquire diplomatic assistance from Gadalland and Aspern. A person who would be eligible for PRC status is an individual who would usually come to Gadalland and Aspern to claim refuge.
Appeal a Visa Decision: Through this channel, complaints regarding a visa decision, or the application process, of any application may be lodged, and will trigger a formal investigation into the nature of the complaint. These are included in the Register to provide a mainstream channel to appeal the decision of a visa. Please bear in mind that some visa decisions do not have a right to review.

Breon v. Armen (1224)
Concerning the rights of women in civilian life
Abstract
Under the original text of the Sertian Domex, women were not recognised as individuals under the legal or legislative system. This implies that a husband or male counterpart must be held responsible for their wellbeing.Breon (first name unknown) was arrested after his wife was caught attempting the murder of her brother. Whilst Breon was arrested and convicted for this offence, his wife was executed without a trial. Breon sued the town of Armen for the unfair death of his wife.
Under the original decision in 1224, women were then given the legal recognition by the government, and this judgement is credited with allowing women to be called 'individuals' under early Sertian law.

Hiathroe v. M. Mot. (1224)
Concerning the legal actions to be taken after a death is reported, or presumed, at sea
Abstract
The Hiathroe Company was responsible for the first actions of colonisation in the West Olves in 1223, but this legal issue wasn't addressed until the Vernian government came into place.
The third mission to the West Olves proved fatefully unsuccessful, and no crew members returned alive.
Proceeding this, the families without a male lease-holder were evicted from their properties of which weren't technically theirs.
This case holds that, if a death is presumed at sea:- The immediate relatives, being the spouse(s) and children of the sailor would retain their property at an increased rate of property tax.
- All sailors would be required to register their address before departure
