Tazawa Saki of the Moderates , Summer Hughes of the PSD and Nadine Wootton of the Liberal Party made their way independently to the Federal Republic of Icholasen. They would be seeking to get more consensus on green issues including supporting nuclear as a common sense base load energy provider.
Tazawa Saki got up on behalf of the Moderate and said "Friends and fellow Greens you may ask why no Green Party from the Duchies is here today and I say today it is because we have an answer , make the green economy the common sense way, make every party the Green Party not have a seperate Green Party. We have three parties here with differing views from the Duchies , the PSD and the Liberal Party who have put aside differences like we do well and worked together because we believe in one thing a green world that protects the future for our Children . I believe this is the way adopt moderate policies and present environmentalism including nuclear as common sense policies as a protection against flooding and extreme weather increases and the cheaper way to do business. This is what we have done for many years in the Duchies, we pointed out the moderate stance was to fight climate change and environmental sustainability was essential for economic sustainability this is what we need to role out to all parties , not just official green parties and get green supporters in all parties. For we cannot win if Green Parties are the primary green force , we win when every party is the Green Party."
Summer Hughes followed "I thank you for giving us the floor. Everything just said is true there is no "Green" party in the Duchies because almost every Party bar a few is the Green Party with only differences on how to reach it. We disagree with lLiberal's and Moderates on private sector being the important driver, we believe the state and state actors should be but we put aside those differences to set up semi-worker controlled options into law because compromise works. One thing you have to do to win is this , give up on ideological purity , you will only find yourself with no one working with you and working with easier parties who are not so green , so compromise but still advocate for state led green development if you are social democratic parties, that is the way and we also believe in nuclear. I know it gets a bad rap , but the truth is you need a strong base load that is reliable and in alot of places that is nuclear, oil , gas or coal now we don't want coal because that has worse radioactive issues , we don't want oil and gas because they are also polluting in carbon. No nuclear is the answer backing up a grid with solar, hydro wind and electric storage. You need to win the fight to get nuclear accepted to even have a chance to meet net zero."
