This is a must love thing Councillor Yahontov, this is comendable and really cute because this shows how badly informed people are about the Spanish Strait's taxing procedures and water borders, same with the measuring of the waters within the Kingdom of Spain and Mora... Moro... Moruagaru? Oh no, Moriaguru. Oh, my mistake, it's (Tusk gets close to the paper) Moriagaru. Yeah, didn't know that existed, not because they are not there, I guess they are when you know about them Councillor Yahontov, but I just didn't know they existed because I haven't seen a Councillor from that country on the chamber or a single Government statement willing to negotiate the borders, but that's fine, I'll reply to this cute discussion anyway. But first, let me do an introductory speech and expose the reasons why you are proposing this.
So today we have this really cute, let's call it cute to not be rude to the author of the proposal; about a supposed Spanish Occupation of Foreign Naval Territory. Alright, let me explain some things it would be useful for everyone here to know: First of all I guess that this follows a conflict of interest, Ms. Yahontov: I can understand being taxed at a 5% over the cargo value, 10% if you use the respected Moria...garu's seas and go through Gibraltar it's not something comfortable, but the Gibraltar Strait Security Agency or GSSA and the Adventuranza Strait Maritime Security Agency or ASMSA decide who to tax and at what level. 2nd of all, I also guess this is motivated by the hard voice I've been having to Reitzmag in the last months, which would be ridicolous. And third of all, I would like to remember Councillor Yahontov about the non-existance of regulations about a proper sea border in the European Union, so countries except on areas where there are established agreements like the Caspian Sea stick to the "you claim what you can protect" principle; which consists on claiming what your army can protect. That, being taking into consideration along with the inhability of the mentioned weird named state to express itself means that it's impossible to take this into consideration, but let's keep on going. Also, Councillor Yahontov, if you are envious that Mr. Bridges and Mr. Aguilar, with the help of former Internal Affairs Commissioner Mr. Juncker managed to end with the stupid feud, please say it and let's save the Councillors time.
The First Section of this thing, named as "Declarations", says the EU shall recognise a 24 nautical mile seas territory on the Cantábrico Sea and the Atlantic Ocean in the border with the Canary Islands, Puerto Rico and Ceuta along with the Plazas de Soberanía established all along the African coast, just as the Isla de Perejil, the Islas Chafarinas, the Peñón de Vélez de la Gomera, the Islas Alhucemas or the Isla Limacos and so on, and so on, and so on; former Spanish territories never given away and part of the Spanish crown since the Spanish Empire times. These territories were included into the Kingdom of Spain after the disolution of the Empire, so now we see how impossible it is to establish those limits in the shoreline. Still, if that was possible I'm deeply sorry to tell you the Adventuranza Strait is 22 kilometers long, not even enough to cover the whole asked sea shore, so that's a mistake of this resolution. Also, please take into accountability the maps published by the GSSA and ASMSA, which I'm showing here so we can clarify the maps: While the first one shows a line which doesn't adjust to the real borders, the second one shows the real border in the Adventuranza Strait. The first map represent the Creus' Cape, and establishes a border with Left-Handed Democratic Republic, which accepted those borders and those terms and conditions. On the same statement those maps were published, the Honorable Albert Issola and Mr. Michael Matheson, former ASMSA Director and current Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity in Escocia said in a note that "Spain is open to negotiate this borders if a bordering nation enters the European Union.

Then Councillor Yahontov now speaks for Moriagaru and asks for sanctions, which is amazing. First of all, we need to accomplish Councillor Van Allen's best wet dream: suspending the tax paying on both Gibraltar and Adventuranza, because even if the boss is nearly retired, the wet dream is given to the next generation. I don't know if Councillors will remember the European Martitime Standards Act of 2020 proposal, the famous act that was rejected with no votes FOR because even Cllr. van Allen voted against this! In fact, this was made to limit the Straits Tax back on September last year. If you look at Reitzmag's Councillors background history on proposing bills, we can see they always do the same: When Former Speaker Firoux acted consequently because of some bad thing Cllr. van Allen made, they submitted the "Amendment to the Constitution for the Neutralization of the Council Speaker and Deputy Speaker", an attempt to remove Edward Firoux from the Speakership overall. Councillor Yahontov proposes, like if Spain was a rogue state, to revoke the ENAA license until the Government of Spain "ends its expansionist policies that exploits the wealth and resources of other nations unfairly." I didn't know we were colonizing areas of the World, that we were expoiling others' resources. The only thing done over there is fishing and taxing ships! Oh, and copied from the Condemnation of the Coup of Icholasen, that one the Reitzmic Government loves to follow, "All luxury goods, minerals, and defense products traded between Spain and the European Union member states are hereby embargoed until further notice." So sad to denigrate yourself like this.
And yeah, Section 3 is the same silly thing but applied to what the European Union could do if the motion is violated. Look Councillor Yahontov, I respect your work very much and it's nice news that Councillor van Allen has finally retired, but I would like to remember you about something. While the Caspian Sea is shared and you tried to build islands in the middle of nowhere disturbing your neighbours, Moriagaru has not even raised its voice, hasn't called the Government of Spain to negotiate. That means they don't care about their shoreline and that they are fine with it! Reitzmag shouldn't, can't and must not speak for nations that they consider theirselves friends of, but they should leave nations to speak by theirselves. You have many problems in your country, like the whole Republic of Copala City affair, the Istkalenian-Reitzmic war, making those who committed war crimes in Eastern Haane and your Government call heroes go to jail and so on.
But there must be something overall. Europe cannot afford another conflict, another silly lost of time between Spain and Reitzmag. If Reitzmag wants to go bonkers with Spain and once again be looked as the ridicolous nation of Europe for their actions, they can do so! Spain, nor myself, will follow that path, nor we will enter that stupid game. But there's no need to make the European Council discuss something that is disturbing Reitzmag just because they can't cope with it. Thank you.
