Czech Yourself Before You Wreck Yourself - A Secret Meeting

IC SECRET
The Governor of New Nicoleizia, Muchul Jirlauchuz sat in his office reading about the situation in Reitzmag. He knew that he could never convince the national government lead by Eilidh Whiteford to support the communist rebels so he had to take matters into his own hands. He controlled the government of New Nicoleizia so he was given power over effectively everything - so he hatched a plan. The worker's revolution would have to be clandestine. He called up some representatives from Czech Slavia and leftists from Ireland to his office and began to brief them on how he can provide them with secret tanks, planes, missiles, guns and other weapons. New Nicoleizia produces 40% of Icholasen's total arms and he could easily overproduce to give weapons on loan to the Czechs and Irish people who could then give them to the communist rebels. He awaited the response of the Czechs and Irish sat opposite him in the New Nicoleizia Governor's mansion in the city of Lunonjrauk.

"Dearest comrade, glory to your work!" a Czech diplomat Jaromír Hrubý greeted Governor Muchul Jirlauchuz "It is a great shame that we must discuss this topic here and in secrecy, if only Ms. Whiteford could understand our struggle. Nevertheless the workers of Reitzmag require our help. It was most wise of you to invite us here." The wide smile on Hrubý's face changed into a sad smile. "Sometimes the most patriotic thing to do is to break the laws of your country."
Now all signs of smiling were gone and Mr. Hrubý continued his speech in a serious manner. "But comrade Jirlauchuz, you must understand that we do not wish to damage our relations with Icholasen. Czech Slavia is of course ready to accept your military material and we are truly grateful for your offer, but we do need to plan this out carefully and only in a limited quantity." After he finished the sentence the wide smile returned to his face as he pulled up two bottles of Czech beer. "Now comrade, I hope you drink beer Alcohol is of course a scourge of nations, but to a person it is harmless." -
Governor Jirlauchuz cracked open a bottle of beer and poured it into his Karl Marx shaped mug. "Of course." Jirlauchuz nodded, taking in what Hrubý had proposed. "We have to be secretive and subtle about all this, we can't get caught. We will need to leak it out in civilian shipments, it'll come in cargo ships of varying sizes, among regular goods. We'll supply anything you ask for, but then it's up to you to get the weapons to the rebels so they can carry out Marx's vision. So, do we have an agreement?"
-
"Yes we do. I will inform you what do we need once we have a better understanding of the situation in Reitzmag." Hrubý nodded and pulled out his documents. "Now I have a proposal here for Czech culture festival here in your state. Not only do I believe that it would be beneficial in strengthening of the freindship between our people, but also if anybody finds out about our little meeting you can show them that a culture festival was our topic."

New Nicolezia
Jeremy Corbyn, the Secretary for International Development, snuck out of Dublin on the last flight to New Nicolezia. He made sure not to draw much attention to himself in the airport.
He arrived at New Nicolezia a bit late for the evening.
“Ta, comrades,” said the Secretary. “I’m here to say that the Irish government will supply up to €12.3 million up front to the cause under the guise of international development. It is imperative that shell companies in the Czech and Nicolezian nations take the money.”

The Governor smiled. "I'm glad we have an agreement. We now just need to get the weapons to their destination. Reitzmag has closed its borders with a few countries, but there are ways in on both sides through countries the communists have borders with. I have bribed some Pravoslaviyan officials, and armaments loaded onto planes can land there and then be transported to the border, avoiding the Inquistan no-fly zone. Thank you for your help comrades."
