              With 5 votes FOR, 2 votes AGAINST, and no Abstentions, Amendment 2 has PASSED.
              With 3 votes FOR, 4 votes AGAINST, and no Abstentions, Amendment 3 has FAILED.

              The original legislation has been updated to reflect the Amendments passed.
