EUROPEAN ORDER OF MERIT, Vincent Drake (2022)

PREAMBLE
In recognition of his contributions to European security and global peace, Commander Vincent Drake am Weisshaupt shall hereby be awarded with the European Order of Merit.

SECTION I - RECIPIENT
I. The European Order of Merit shall be bestowed upon Commander Vincent Drake am Weisshaupt of the Duxburian Union, in recognition of his outstanding defense of the European Union, and his commitment to protecting allies and like-minded partners from external invasion.

SECTION II - CONTRIBUTIONS
I. Commander Vincent Drake has served as the Commander of the European Corps since its inception in 2020. Commander Vincent Drake has overseen the development of the Eurocorps from the ground-up, and has led it through several successful operations and missions.
II. Commander Vincent Drake's career extends and started long before becoming Eurocorps Commander, also having worked alongside European allies, most notably including the Grey Wardens. Working with global partners, Commander Vincent Drake has contributed to over 7,000 operations, including 4,000 defenses and at least 400 liberations to date in his international peacekeeping career.

SECTION III - MEDAL CEREMONY
I. Commander Vincent Drake will be presented with the European Order of Merit at an official ceremony in European Council by the author of this motion.
