Ammendment to Constitution Article II Section II

Amendment I

VIII:No company or organisation in the EU shall be fined more than 1% of pre-tax profits for breaches of a single act or more than 10% of pre-tax profits overall by the EU within a year. Any penalties above this level in existing acts shall be overridden.
