As stipulated by the Nuclear Proliferation Act, the ENAA (European Nuclear Applications Authority) shall consist of four members, two of which will be permanent members and two which will be selected by the European Council every 12 months. That being said, the Ruthenish seat has been held for past its initial term and as such an election is overdue. The Realm of Great Ruthund has left the European Union and, therefore, it cannot seek reelection.

The four permanent members are the Aelir of the Kendro-Laatzenian Dominions of the Duxburian Union and the Archbishop of the Most Blessed State of Inquista.

The two elected members of the ENAA must be a nuclear and a non-nuclear state. The non-nuclear member-state will have to vacate their seat if they obtain nuclear weapons.

The nations that will have representation on the ENAA should assign their most powerful political figure to the role.

Councillors should nominate their perspective nominees, if interested, using this form below:

      Nominee name:
Office title: (i.e. Prime Minister, President, etc.)
Formal name of their member state:
      Nuclear / Non-Nuclear State:

Nominations are open from NOW until 17:50 GMT on July 11th, 2024. Voting will then begin IMMEDIATELY after the nomination phase and will last until 17:50 GMT on July 18th, 2024.
