It is time for elections to the next European Court of Justice. All five seats on the Court will be up for election for a four-month term.

Candidate Name: Andreas Ekka

Biography:- Graduated 1968 from the Universitetet i Nordhavn with an undergraduates degree in Civil Law.
- Graduated in 1971 from the Rechtswissenschaftliche Fakultät der Universität Trondheim with an emphasis on Constitutional and Civil law, receiving his Royal Bar Certificate in 1972.
- Private Practice in Rhodenheim from 1972 to 1976.
- From 1976 to 1979, served on the Blumenfeld Council, prosecuting the war crimes of surviving offenders from the Nicoleizian occupation of Fremet in a special tribunal.
- From 1979 to 1986, served as a Crown Prosecutor in the Rhodenheim District Court.
- From 1986 to 1990, served as Judge on the Nordhavn District Court.
- From 1990 to 1998, served as Associate Justice on the Halvøya Court of Appeals.
- From 1998 to 2004, served as Chief Justice in the Trøndelag Superior Appellate Court.
- From 2004 to 2010, served as a Justice on the Fremetiansk Høyesterett and Cheif Justice from 2010 to 2020.

Throughout her career of forty-four years and counting, she has done her job of judging on eleven different courts around Malborya. She has an in-depth history of practising the law as an attorney, before becoming a judge on Malbory in 1985. She played within the 2017 documentary, Ni juge, ni soumise (English: So Help Me God, literally "neither judge nor submissive"). In this unapologetic and politically incorrect portrait, our rare and eccentric judge Gruwez takes viewers behind the scenes of real-life criminal investigations. The stranger-than-fiction documentary makes for a wild and fascinating ride. -

- Designated a magistrate on the Tribunal Constitucional by the Spanish Government in 1986.
- Vice-President of the Tribunal Constitucional from 1992 until 1995.
- Vice-President of the Consejo General del Poder Judicial from 1996 to 2001.

- From 1983 - 1988, in Practice at the Constitutional Center for Civil Rights, prosecuting businesses/entities practicing work place discrimination, biases and unlawful terminations.
- From 1988 - 1993, served as a Prosecutor for the District 1 District Court
- From 1998 - 2005, served as District 1 Judge for the District Court
- From 2005 - 2015, served as an Associate Justice of the District 1 Superior Court
- From 2015 - 2018, served as an Assistant to Max Marcs an Associate Justice for the Republic of Sunkist Supreme Court
- From 2018 - Current, serves as an Associate Justice for the Republic of Sunkist Supreme Court taking Max Marcs's place after retiring
- Founder and editor of the Republic of Sunkist Constitutional Law Blog
- Co-director of the Programme for the Foundations of Law & Constitutional Government
