Amendment to the European Arts Collaboration Act
-
SECTION II. FUND INFRASTRUCTURE
Funds will be allocated by a committee known as the European Arts Collaboration Board.of Councillors known as the European Arts Collaboration Board. The board will be organised in the standard manner for committees of Councillors.. Each member-state shall appoint a representative they believe to be versed in the arts to the committee; it shall be headed by a director appointed and removable by the Commissioner of Internal Affairs.
Council committees have long been obsolete; none, even informally, appear to be in existence. Because of this, I am genuinely worried that the Arts Collaboration Board is nonfunctional. Evidently, this must be rectified.

I think this is a good idea, but if I had to be critic on something, it would be about this Board working. If it hasn't worked when it was in our hands, why would it work on the Commission hands? Anyway, this will have my support.
