[Discussion] Eurorail Project
-
Councillor van Allen, you appear to be drunk. Perhaps you should go home.
In all seriousness, this is nonsense. Atty. Winston did not publicly propose any of this! There has been no stealing, there has been no fraud! As I said before, a five year old child could think of this! Ridiculous! Ridiculous! Ridiculous!
And finally - finally! - absolutely no one - no one! - has claimed that the Commissioner is divine! No one! No one! He has, in fact, said that you believe this about yourself! Listen! LISTEN! LISTEN FOR ONCE IN YOUR LIFE!
Eugen Freund
Councillor for the Federal Republic of Austria -
Oh really Mr. Freund. Why don't you go back watch Mr. Winston's interview on CBC News and see if he didn't publicly propose this. You can also watch his 6th Rally Speech from Pravoslaviya in which he also mentioned such so I think you must've been updated or maybe you are the real drunk.

I stand corrected, and deeply apologize for the scene I have created - something that I certainly must learn from. However, I continue to stand by my belief that quite literally anyone, from the oldest person on Earth to perhaps even infants, could have developed this idea in an instant.
Eugen Freund
Councillor for the Federal Republic of Austria -
Mr van Allen for much i hate to say this but i think it is needed, No, this debate is not for this type of commentary, i believe that most of the people present today dont cares about neither your obsession with Winston and his rivalry with Juncker or about who proposed it first, What we are here for is to discuss how can we make this proposal be better and how it will afect the nations of Europe.
Adam Karlssen
Councillor for Mennrimiak
-
Mr. Karlssen, my main concern here is that Mr. Juncker didn't even consult Mr. Winston on taking his idea. He's only crediting himself or the European Commission but not Mr. Winston. This morning, he told me that he is always open for a joint development of such and that he is ready to share his idea for the betterment of Europe. However, he told me too that Mr. Juncker did not even ask him if he can use his idea which made him very disappointed.

This was exactly the type of stuff Sir Augustus had warned Hetty about the day she took over as Inimicus's European Councillor. "Hetty", he had said, "Within two days of your coming here you will witness at least three instances of Reitzmag and Spain getting involved in some petty dispute over nothing. Just have a drink and wait it out."
Nevertheless, Hetty stood and spoke: "Colleagues, surely this is a discussion for another time. I genuinely do not care who proposed this project, whether it be Juncker or Atty - can't we just discuss the remits of the proposal before us without instantly resorting to personal attacks and petty disputes?
In any case, Cllr van Allen, isn't imitation the most sincere form of flattery?"

Empire of Inimicus -
Councillor van Allen, it's not worth to waste time arguing with a Councillor who, as expected, would start saying lies about me. You are the same than your friend on campaign, stop it. We couldn't care less about Mr. Winston right now, we couldn't care less. I respect him a lot, but now it's not the chance to bring it out. And before I end my short speech to you and I go back to the train matter, I mentioned it in Mennrimiak, I talked with my EPA friends about the project before campaign even started. And I am never right, because I also make mistakes. But I'm not a liar, and I didn't become Commissioner to lie and laugh at the faces of Commissioners and Councillors.
And now, to the Eurorail matter, the European Commission have made a logotype for it. Of course, this is subject to change if you all don't like it:
Jean-Claude Juncker
Commissioner for Internal Affairs -
I am the single least racist person, and Pravoslaviya is the least racist country in the region. It's true. Our former councillor, now Deputy Prime Minister - great guy - is Tupac Shakur, and when he got up in this chamber to speak against sending Copala to Eastern Haane and not jail like she should be, they said 'watch your tone'. To a black guy. 'Watch your tone', can you believe that? Give me a break.
And Dromund Kaas is made up of people, OK? If you take people from Dromund Kaas, and you put them in another country, then that country's culture becomes more like Dromund Kaas. And eventually, yes, it becomes New Dromund Kaas. But we all know the globalists think that making somewhere more like Dromund Kaas makes it richer, that's nothing new.
So Juncker, can you confirm now that Eurorail will not be used to transport Kaasian migrants from countries bordering Dromund Kaas to other countries?
Cllr Dragan Trympov
-
As far as I'm concerned, the Eurorail Project won't transport Kaasian migrants because the Eurorail won't reach Drommund Kaas, and furthermore, there will be checks to increase security if requested by the train companies runnign those service. But again, that depends on the station operator and the train company, because this is not an Union-owned service, but companies-owned. Thank you for your question Cllr. Trympov.
Jean-Claude Juncker
Commissioner for Internal Affairs -
We utterly condemn the xenophobia over movement and migration. There is nothing wrong with migration but this does not in anyway affect migration. This project will boost the economy of all our nations, make travel and tourism easier and therefore we are for this project. As far as the routing we are reassured that the map is just a indicative map. The logo looks nice though it could go with a symbol so its more recognisable easily, branding will be very important.
I'd like to suggest Europlus tickets as an idea. We should be encouraging public transit by allowing discounted travel if you buy a day or multiday passes for transport at the destination on top of the EuroRail fare. In this way this project can cut carbon emissions even further. For those questioning the funding for this project I ask why? When we have an oppurtunity for green , efficient, integrated transport to cut carbon emissions surely we should take it even if we set up a company structure to run it.
