Voting has now concluded. There were a total of 6 votes counted.

Due to the re-election of Jean Claude Juncker as Premier Commissioner, Carlos Lesmes Serrano of Spain has been disqualified from the ECoJ election. Since there are only 4 candidates for election, and there are 5 seats on the European Court of Justice, all candidates are thusly elected to the European Court of Justice. Congratulations to the new Justices. Due to Serrano’s disqualification, he will automatically not be counted on the first round of deciding a new Chief Justice.

                    To decide the Chief Justice:

Dayo Faith MWANGI (Elthize): 4 votes (~67%)
Benjamin STEYN (Inimicus): 2 votes (~33%)

Dayo Faith Mwangi is thus duly elected as Chief Justice of the European Court of Justice. A special election shall be held to fill the vacant seat.
