Motion for the Establishment of a Peacekeeping Mission in Istkalen

Debate is now over. It is time to vote on amendments. There is ONE amendment, which was proposed by myself, Cllr. Tusk and integrating the proposed amendment proposed by Cllr. Kohout. The amendment is thus:
Amendment I - Proposed by Cllr. Tusk, co-authored by Cllr. Kohout
SECTION I
IX. The peacekeeping mission may only be withdrawn by supermajority vote of the European Council, if the European Commission, after a debate and vote, believes their mission is accomplished; or at the request of the Republic of Istkalen or the Joint Transitional Authority for Istkalen.
Voting on amendments will commence NOW and will last until 12:09 GMT on September 30th, 2021.
