Motion for the Establishment of a Peacekeeping Mission in Istkalen

SECTION I
IX. The peacekeeping mission may only be withdrawn by supermajority vote of the European Council, if the European Commission, after a debate and vote, believes their mission is accomplished; or at the request of the Republic of Istkalen or the Joint Transitional Authority for Istkalen.
