Buckingham Palace

It was early morning, but everyone was already busy for the final preparations before the ceremony. The country once again is showing its pomp and circumstance, and the elegance of the crown. King George looked out the window at the crowds that started gathering to see the procession.

GR: "It seems like there's still people that are interested in the monarchy."
PSS: "Don't worry about that sir, the entire country is still loyal to you despite the hurdles."
GR: "How are the plans for the wedding?"
PSS: "We are finalizing the plans, and will announce the event once everything is settled."
GR: "Good, I'm sure that will boost the people's confidence and loyalty to the crown."
PSS: "Surely sir, it'll be better than the recent issue with Queen Anastasia of Icholasen."
GR: "Let's just forget about that one now. Hearing that person's name just gives me a headache."

He then looks back at his Private Secretary to finish dressing up. Then, the Royal Family proceeds to the Dining Area for breakfast before waiting for the time to leave.

Black House
At the Black House, the Prime Minister prepares to leave in a procession. This was new, as he would usually take a normal car to the Parliament when he was in Downing Street. After a few moments, he takes the car and the parade began. The procession is joined by guards dressed in Oriental Uniform and was symbolic of the balance of power and friendship between Asia and Europe. Moments later, Simon arrived and proceeded to the Commons Chamber to join the regular proceedings.

Whitehall Street
At ten o'clock, the first of the processions begin. Labour MP James Morris is taken on a coach to Buckingham Palace as the ceremonial hostage. As tradition, this was done to ensure that the King returns safely after opening Parliament. The convoy composed of guards dressed in the redcoat uniform proceeds on a path lined by crowds watching as the Vice Chamberlain is taken to the Palace. Although this tradition seems frightening to some, the ceremonial hostage actually is treated like a special guest to the Palace.

Upon arrival, James is ceremonially handcuffed and escorted to a Guest Room in the King's Apartments. He's then uncuffed and served some food while a projector is set up for him to see and watch what is happening in Parliament during the State Opening.

Meanwhile, the King and the Queen prepare to leave for Hampton Palace. They are leaving the kids back in Buckingham Palace to ensure their safety. By 11 o'clock, the procession began. Guards dressed in different uniforms provide escort to the parade.

The regalia had arrived at the Palace 3 hours before the King's Parliament Parade began. Moments later, King George arrived and got out of the coach with Queen Katherine. They proceeded to the steps and into the King's Robing Room. There they wait for 12 o'clock to begin the ceremony.

Commons Chamber
In the commons, everything was normal. MPs were assembling just as a regular session of the Commons. They had a prayer and all the introductory rituals to begin the procedures. The only difference was that nothing is to be debated on that day except for the response to the speech.

King's Dressing Room
At 11:40am, the King emerges from the Robing Room wearing the Imperial State Crown and prepares to proceed to the Chamber of Peers. And at exactly 12 o'clock, the King and the Queen walk to the chamber and then sits at the throne.

Chamber of Peers
The ceremony began with the King's command to have the Lords seated. And then, King George signals the Lord Great Chamberlain to summon the Commons. He then raises his rod to signal Black Rod that the command has been given. At the central lobby, Black Rod walks and proceeds to the door of the Commons. And then, the door is slammed as symbol of the Commons' independence and freedom to legislate and govern in a democratic society. Then, Black Rod knocks at the peephole with the bottom edge of his rod three times and the door opened.

Chamber of Commons
Black Rod enters the chamber and the Chief Door-keeper shouts "Black Rod!" to introduce the visitor. Then, Black Rod bows at the line and then proceeds in front of the Speaker with the Sergeant-at-arms of the Commons to escort him.

BR: "Mr. Speaker, the King commands this honourable house (bows to the Government MPs and then the Opposition MPs), to attend His Majesty immediately at the House of Peers."
DS: "Good news, he's donating palaces to everyone"
MPs: "hear!"

The entire Commons giggled at the heckle as the Speaker proceeds to join the procession. Prime Minister Bridges and Opposition Leader Park join the procession and chatted along the way. Some MPs did not join, but many proceeded to the Lords with the rest of the Commons. The mace is then carried to the Lords at the beginning of the procession.

Chamber of Peers
Back at the Lords, the Commons start arriving noisily as tradition but then stops talking to listen to the speech. The Lord Chancellor delivers the speech to the King on a purse.

My Lords and Members of the House of Commons,
I look forward to visiting the United Duchies this month to celebrate the continuing good relations with their High Duke. I also look forward to visiting Inquista in February next year to talk with the Archbishop of the Inquistan Orthodox Church for the enhancing of religious dialogue with our fellow Christian brethren. And being present in March for the continual normalization of relations with the Kingdom of Spain.
My Government will continue to establish initiatives for the enhancement of national defense, as well as mutual aid with our partners and allies.
My Ministers will seek to conceptualize programs for the continued development of life in the country.
My Government will strive for creating new partnerships with our neighbors to sustain our growing economy.
My Government will study actions to bring the unemployment rate to absolute zero.
My Ministers look forward to a fair agreement between the Kingdom of Spain and the Federal Republic of Yosai on the territorial dispute in the Red Strait.
My Government will support the European Commission under Premier Commissioner Cikarova on their initiative of reforming the European Union to that which is more acceptable and respects the sovereignty of its member-states.
My Ministers will collaborate with regional partners in the country's efforts to fight climate change across Europe and the world.
My Government will continue the fight against international terrorism and piracy, including what is currently happening in the Caspian Sea.
My Government will begin the release of the Republic of Istkalen from protectorate status.

The King and Queen stand up and bow to both sides of the Lords before leaving the chamber. Then they proceed to the State Coach in the reverse order as the opening procession. And they left to return back to Buckingham Palace. The Commons then bow after the King leaves and returns back to their chamber.

Buckingham Palace
Upon arrival, the King takes the keys and ceremonially uncuffs James as he waits in the middle of the palace's quadrangle before he is transported back to Parliament via car. Both houses of parliament continue their normal business by starting to debate for a response to the King's Speech.

Later on, the King emerges at the balcony to greet the crowd that gathered in front of the palace before coming back after a flypast by the Red Arrows.

It's early in the morning, crowds start to gather and line the path to the new Black House. Simon wore the tuxedo that Mikaela Kligenberg bought for him, then he looks at the mirror and gives a deep sigh. Clearly, he's very nervous on the event despite being used to speaking in the public. At 10:00am, the King came to Downing Street from Buckingham Palace via the road lining St. Edward's Park and Lake.

SB: Ah, your majesty. I'm delighted to see you again.
GR: Mr. Bridges, I want to be the first to congratulate you on your re-election. I'm sure that you would be able to exercise properly the duties of Prime Minister.
SB: Thank you, your majesty. I will do my best to exercise my duties if you reappoint me as Prime Minister.
GR: Indeed, therefore I'll be asking you right here to form a government. I feel like it would be better that we conduct these formalities here as a break from tradition.
SB: I would do my best, sir. Your visit here was not necessary to ask me to form a government, and so I am humbled by your act.
GR: Very well, I think we're about to leave. I'm sure you'll admire your new office and residence.
SB: Thank you again, sir.

Simon made his final preparations before descending the steps while chatting with the king. At the door, the King boarded the golden coach waiting. The rest of the Royal Family had already left for the Black House. Simon waited for his time to leave at the lobby, then the King's coach left Downing Street. A military parade is then led by the golden coach showcasing various uniforms of the Armed Forces. The King waved at the crowd from the windows of the coach as the band starts playing marches. Upon arrival, the King joined the Royal Family inside the Black House where they will wait for the Prime Minister.

11:00am
The Prime Minister boarded his car and proceeded with the procession. The King went out and stood in attention with the Royal Family as they wait for his arrival. Later, the Prime Minister's convoy arrived and the band also began playing marches. Simon got out of the car and greeted the King. Police and military maintain high security around the city for potential terrorists and assailants that want to kill the King, the Royal Family, or the Prime Minister.

Then, everyone stood in attention and the flag is raised with the national anthem being played in sync. They then face the king for the Royal Anthem.

The drum major of the band from the Royal Air Force signal the band's movement. Soldiers then form groups and march past the raised platform in front of the Black House. And then, the guards for the Black House march past to introduce themselves to the man they will protect.

After the parade, Simon is brought and introduced by the King to his new residence and office. Inside, he saw the refurbished furniture and modernized interior while preserving the original theme of Oriental and European mixed architectural design. The press are also given an exclusive look of the interior, along with the new press briefing room at the Gyotaejeon Hall.

Nikolai was still over the moon. He'd been nervous about today even if he didn't show it. He replied to the king "I'd love to go to Buckingham and this dinner. Will be great to spend more time here." He really did like Reitzmag it wasn't quite like home but it felt similar though his home was very much a mixed culture but between German and English culture. He always found the Korean English mix of culture in Reitzmag interesting. The asian-european mix made for good variety.He spent the next few hours horse riding with Victoria and then playing some boules a game from his home country. Then they left for the events in Buckingham with the king .

HE: Let's take a look at North Buckingham where the Conservative Party and Labour Party are fighting hard for all seats. Currently, the Conservative Party remains to lead with 32 projected constituencies while the Labour Party sits behind at 28 constituencies. Despite this, we can see that the Labour Party has already secured 74 projected seats.

TD: Looking at this, it seems that feminist groups might have given the Conservatives a big push to support their leader Park Geun-hye. However, the trend might stop as Labour voters start coming out into the polls. A while ago, we saw how the Labour Party's projected seats jumped to 64 from 37. Most of the seats that contributed to this jump came from North Buckingham, and so it is likely that the Labs might start overtaking the Cons later.

HE: We've just got an update that the Lib Dems are likely to take majority in the New Moreland Assembly. With 19 seats projected, Mark Pack is predicted by the CBC to become the First Minister of New Moreland.

TD: In other news, the Labour Party has just got a boost on votes after the overseas absentee votes arrived. As of now, we project that they will be getting 162 seats in the Commons with a lead of 13 constituencies from the Conservatives coming in second. Speed of votes for the Liberal Democrats have started to stall while they still remain at 32 projected seats.

SR: The first independent win has just been projected for Victoria Gangway. The candidate, Park Byeong-seug, is projected to lead in his constituency by 2,000 votes. CBC currently is predicting a possible win of 3 Independent candidates, one of them is Mr. Park whose projection has been finalized.

HE: We also have just got another update, we're currently just a few seats left to be declared. Currently standing, 258 seats are projected to turn for the Labour Party. The Conservatives have now fallen behind at 187 projected seats. The Lib Dems, NUP, and FDP then follow at likely 38, 17, and 8 seats respectively. The Green Party had also just seen its first candidate elected, but is seen to win a few more seats. So far, all parties with projected seats won have their leaders already projected to win in their respective constituencies.

The Progressive Party and Krexit Party both have failed to attain any seats in the Commons. A Short Statement

I would like to make a short statement, now. My proposal is simple - of a Union that is decentralized, of a Union whose institutions are participated in both by nations and by people, of a Union which protects and respects sovereignty of all kinds - one which respects the many different cultures and economic courses of our countries.

I seek to allow all nations to become self-reliant; I stand against dependence in all its forms. I also, however, want to give workers this independence, this choice, by encouraging self-reliant development, auto-development - not by regulating, not by banning, but through encouragement. In particular, this will be done by encouraging, but not requiring, the direct involvement of workers in development.

I stand strongly against the rigidity of this Union as well. Its institutions are large, centralized, and unnecessary.; many of their functions may be given to national-level ministries, and they may be transformed into confederations, of a sort, which would behave in a more decentralized way and thus be more adaptable to the needs and situations in member-states, preventing the oppression that we have seen in which regulations have been imposed on the people, robbing them of work and dignity. This will also ensure the ability of both nations and people to directly participate in even the bureaucracy of this Union.

To defend the interests, dignity, and independence of all nations and workers - that is my aim.

Mr. Biden, I understand, claims to want to defend "sovereignty;" but to him, sovereignty seems to be merely the ability of nations to do whatever they want, up to and including dictating the policies of others. One of his major policy proposals, in fact, entails allowing one nation to dictate what is and is not patented in other countries. This would cause chaos in the extreme, and he justifies it all with his screams of "sovereignty, sovereignty, sovereignty!" He lives in a world of forms, a world of ideology rather than reality, and his policy shows this. He does not understand why people demand greater sovereignty - because it is genuinely affecting their livelihoods, their dignity - only that they are. He has always lived in an ivory tower; he has never been among the peasants, among the miners, among the many others of this Union who are threatened by globalization and internationalizing, homogeneizing policies - who have suffered, who will suffer, because of them, and who want them to end now, no matter the cost. He has not shared in their misery and their hopes; he has never called any of them friends, never called any of them family. He only hears the word sovereignty, he thinks, "oh, what a wonderful thing to take advantage of," and proceeds to talk about "sovereignty, sovereignty, sovereignty" mindlessly, hoping to trick the most miserable, the most vulnerablem, into voting for him. He is nothing more than a political hack.

Mr. Pinera Echineque speaks about human rights; and yes, these are important. However, the application of human rights has been opprsesive; it has denied people food and wages. For an ordinary person, a full stomach and a roof over one's head is more important than mere words. Yes, it is important to defend human rights; but in the context of the many cultures of our Union, and in a flexible way that ensures that all people remain prosperous and independent; that ensures that nations themselves remain independent and prosperous, with dignity. There has been little consideration of this, however, and that is extremely concerning. We must always prioritize the well-being of those in our Union over these words; must prioritize their independence, their dignity above words. Words mean little when, as I said, a person is starving.

I know nothing about Ms. Thatcher or Ms. Muzhare; this is concerning in itself. We should at the very least know what our candidates are standing for, no matter how odious it might be. We may again be left with an inactive, unaccountable Commission.

Ms. Marin has many points I agree with. We should not be campaigning for parties, nor for Eurogroups; we should not be campaigning based on ideology alone. I am not campaigning for a party, an ideology; I seek to defend only the interests of the people of our Union, of their many different nations and cultures, not any ideology; I have sought, in fact, to counter ideology in my campaign. I act based on the actually existing conditions, not based on any abstract concepts; based on the fact that many are suffering because of regulations, that many will suffer if centralizing policies continue to be enacted. However, while this is all good, I do not know who she intends to accomplish this. While seeing her elected may be a good thing for this Union, her lack of an actual platform is concerning.

Rally 6 - Inimicus

Portus Inimici
Visiting via hologram North Diessen, United Duchies and Gania

After a few days break, to rest after the debate and prepare the campaign's last days, Jean-Claude Juncker went back to the road and arrived to Inimicus, one of his last stops of the campaign. With the rally at Portus Inimici, there were just 2 rallies left: one in Reitzmag, that he would held in the capital city of the Eurasian country and the campaign closing one in the capital of the European Union, the Free City of Europolis. The polls now projected he is due to win the election, but he didn't want to believe anything until it became real, so he didn't give the polls many importance.

Juncker decided to arrive by train to Portus Inimici, using the rail connection from Telum after arriving in the Eurorail, one of his star projects. It worked well for him to take the train from Madrid, where he arrived from Luxembourg, where he lived. It was fast and comfortable enough to prepare a good rally. The news were spreading fast, and the attack in North Diessen did worry him, more did the Reutland separatists. Of course, that should be a topic to speak about, and even more important to make his stance clear after the Premier Commissioner released a statement. Every candidate was socially pressured and by thus, mandated, to make their stances clear so people knew who they could trust for the next four months. Hours later, the Spanish candidate arrived to where the rally would be held, and Grace Kelly by MIKA started to play as it marked the start of the rally.

"Good evening Portus Inimici, as well as to our friends in North Diessen, the United Duchies and Gania! Thank you very much for coming to this rally, no matter if I am there in person or just as an hologram. It's a pleasure to be here today.

Just before we start, I would like to send my deepest condolences to the families and friends of those killed in the cruel attacks in Het Goor, the capital city of North Diessen. As a candidate, as someone who loves your country, I want to tell you these hard times will end someday, and North Diessen will go back to what it was, a great, peaceful country. And we will speak about what is happening there later, as I cannot ignore what is happening and how the European Union shouldn't answer to this challenge to the sovereignty of a member state, and the same applies for any other territory in Europe defying their country's sovereignty by violent means. Violence is never the way to achieve your goals, and I want to send a message to those terrorists. I don't care if you come after me, if you try to kill me after what I am going to say, but you don't scare anybody, you will not get Europe's help to achieve your goals. Stop killing people and cease your attempts to make more damage to your country.

And why have I brought this topic up to start the rally? Well, you know that the current Premier Commissioner believes in national sovereignty, even she defended to stay away from the Copala City's affair, something I do agree with. During the debate, there was a question about the sovereingty boundaries each candidate had, and Sofie Čikarová answered the following: "the EU shouldn't concern itself with the internal affairs of its member states"; "the EU should also not aim to establish a unified foreign policy". Something many could agree with, I am sure some of you watching from the United Duchies for example could. But now, when North Diessen requests Inimican help to tackle this terrorists, something normal and that the EU, according to the Premier's own words, should respect, the Premier Commissioner changes her criteria and says: "I also call to any outside actors to refrain from conducting military operations in the region without prior consultation with the rest of the European Community and to immediately cease any ongoing military operations in the region that were not consulted with the rest of the European Community." For those that yet don't understand: Ms. Čikarová aims for a unified foreign policy and concerns itself with the internal affairs of its members. Is this really the European Commission we want? The one that hides the truth, does nothing for our region and contradicts itself? In my opinion, this is not what Europe deserves, nor do the Diessan people.

With that said, let's move on to the main topic of this rally. Today, we are going to speak about Chapter I of the European Progressive Alliance Election Manifesto, also known as Ms. Muzhare's and my agenda. And I am going to focus on the first section, which is called "Modernising Europe". There are 4 proposals on this section, and I am going to make an attempt to explain all of them as much as possible today, so the Inimicans, the Diessans, the Duchians and the Ganians can have some clear ideas about what I propose for them. Firstly, I propose to push forward a Constitutional reform by sections, negotiating and listening to everyone’s voices: European Councillors, leaders and citizens; something we do need. Let's be honest, Europe has a constitution that disengages many, the same happens with its structure. When you ask a Mennrimian about their opinion on the union, he is likely to answer this: "they focus too much on the continent and leave us apart". Why does that happen? Because we have had just a few Commissions that actually cared about what happened in the other side of the ocean. That is, ladies and gentlemen, a structural problem. But let's go a step further: if you ask a Duchian about their sovereignty, most of them believe the EU should have some sort of limit, a Spaniard says the EU works fine but needs minor changes. The truth is that the current European Constitution does not have a boundary and thus it legislates on everything. That's why I propose to set up an agreed, reasonable boundary in the Constitution, and such will be reformed by sections. Every section will mean a new negotiation, new brainstormings and opinion sharing, before taking the amendment to a discussion and then to the Council for its passing. And by the way, I am setting myself a goal: I aim to reform one section before the end of my term.

Some of you might be curious about what we are going to speak about in those talks about the European Constitution, and the answer is so simple you will not believe it: about everything. If the European Union wants to move forward, if we want to update ourselves, to imrpove the region we live in, to include those non-continental countries, we will then be unable to afford taboos. As a result, that means we will speak about how Europe works, and many countries will surely bring up their concerns: Inimicus, for example, will show concern about the budget, Reitzmag about piracy on the Caspian. And every single concern will be heard, considered and treated. If we want an united Europe, if we want a long-lasting Constitution, we will need to hear and respect everybody, along with reaching important agreements.

My third proposal is the perfect balance between sovereignty and integration by hearing member states’ governments. Before I get to explain this one, I want to make something clear: the EPA and myself stands for cooperation between member states as well as in supranational level decisions taken by the EU. But we need to make a difference between those areas we should let the European Union decide, like in Human Rights; and those that it should not touch, like a joint foreign policy or concerning with the internal affairs of its states unless they request it. And this also has a deep relation with the Constitutional reform we are proposing: sovereingty boundaries means more engagement with Europe. And finally, we will open the European Court of Justice’s reform debate. During this term, we have seen a very inactive, even inexistant European Court of Justice; and something needs to be done with it. The ECoJ needs new functions, but also to become active and effective. That is why, to my point of view, I consider we should open the debate and get a new ECoJ that works correctly.

And now, ladies anf gentlemen, we have reached the end of this rally, which has been very entertaining for me and also helpful. Today, I have been able to explain my proposals to change this Union and make it better than it is right now. But I need you to trust, and overall, to be aware of the challenges we will be facing for the next months. If we continue to have this kind of Commission, be sure we will not be able to succeed, not even to move forward. But if you vote for me, if you decide to believe in this humble and honest project, you won't be disillusioned. Soon, the polls will open, and I hope this time, we can get the European Union we deserve.

Final Rally in Saint Dominico, Inquista

Councillor Karinn Lallana took to the podium first and introduced Sofie Čikarová.

"Hello, Saint Dominico! I am so excited to be with you all here today, speaking on behalf of our amazing guest of honour, who was last here only just four months ago. What started as a moment mere months ago, has now transformed into a movement.

Four months ago, Inquista took a chance. Our beautiful city took a chance on change, we took a chance on a new direction, and we took a chance on a Europe that would prioritise people, not profits. It was in that last election, that Inquistans finally decided to tear off the shackles of the bourgeoisie. It was a historic decision; one which was not only made by Inquistans, but by many of our fellow European comrades, which ultimately resulted in the European Union electing our very first PEL Commissioners to the European Commission. Now is our chance to keep this movement going, and ensuring that we re-elect those who are helping drive this change we all so desire.

Our great Premier Commissioner has had her work cut out for her. Years of previous Commission mismanagement, coupled with current political in-fighting, partisan attempts to block the Commission’s work, and misogynistic and relentless personal attacks, have all made governing the European Commission very challenging. Despite this, our Premier Commissioner has remained steadfast, focused, and unbothered, and she has successfully delivered on all her promises, and she has very diligently put the needs of the European people at the centre of all her work.
With a new European budget in hand, our Premier has put more money into critical European institutions which work for our health, our well-being, our arts and our culture, and less money into the hands of politicians and their political aides. It was a historic, people’s budget. Moreover, it put money into the Premier’s newly-created agency, the European Development Agency. The EDA will drive infrastructure growth across the Union, putting development at the forefront of the current Commission’s progressive agenda. The EDA has already proven itself as an immediate success, with the demands of projects currently requesting more money than what was ever expected!

Our glorious Premier knows that this progress is only just the beginning, and she would never dream of resting on her laurels. There is still so much to do, and so much more that needs to be achieved. Saint Dominico, it is more important than ever that we vote to secure the future of this people’s movement. It is important that we continue to carry out what we started. Inquista, please join me in welcoming and supporting our esteemed Premier Commissioner, Sofie Čikarová!”

After the introduction the Premier Commissioner Sofie Čikarová herself took to the podium and began her speech.

"Thank you for the introduction comrade Lallana and thanks to you, people of Inquista for once again welcoming me here in Saint Dominico. It has become our tradition to mark the ending of our campaign together here and I at first must send greetings to many places I have visited in the past but couldn't visit these elections warm greetings to Fremet, Ruthund, Pravoslaviya, Reitzmag but also to all other corners of our Union. For the first time I have not been among our comrades in Icholasen but let me assure you that my dedication to the people of Icholasen is as strong as ever!

As comrade Lallana stated we have begun our road towards a just Union. As I promised you four months ago we now finally have the ability to support all sensible projects across Europe, we have created tools to fight unemployment, environmental challenges and poverty. Now it is up to us to overcome these issues together and guarantee that these tools remain in the right hands and get used properly and to ensure that the people will be the one benefiting from them, instead of the few elites who are once again trying to grab onto power and seize it from the working people. It is also up to us to adopt other measures to protect the rights of a human being to work.

To achieve those goals we must maintain our Inclusive United Front that has triumphed over the oligarchs four months ago. We proved that if we fight together for our freedom and our rights, we will win. This United Front terrifies the elites for they know that as long as it exists the people will rule and for that reason they attempt to destroy it, but we must prove these elections that we stand firm as a wall and anybody who tries to lay divide us will end up smashing their heads against us! We won't let them divide us we have won in the past and we shall continue to win and keep the Commission red!

Dear brothers and sisters, this is the last time I come before you as a candidate. I hope this is not the last opportunity we have to see each other but regardless of the outcome of the elections I don't intend to run again any time in the future. But even then our work will not be done, as we continue on the road towards prosperity.

Simon I hope you are here today but even if you are not I am sending my greetings to you.

Thank you and for the last time as a candidate, goodbye. I hope we will see each other, under different circumstances, soon. I love you and stay proud of who you are!

Hello Duxburian Dominions
This election is a key choice for you, a choice in the type of leadership you want from the EU. The EPA are promising the world and promising big change in listening to the needs of Duxburian Dominions. All I can say is don't fall for it, they talk of respecting you as a nation yet despite everything their platform is more pro-integration, more pro-EU gaining powers than ever before , now openly talking about Frontex and other such projects, you only need to look through their manifesto to see their proposals are for the EU to do more not less as is needed.They phrase this as others calling for a "do nothing" EU. Well as Duchian and as a person who believes the nations are key to the EU and know their needs best I say good, bring on the do nothing council we cannot forever keep expanding powers of the commission and council over every aspect of our lives. This simply will not work as a concept , not every country can benefit from every piece of legislation.

On the other hand you have my vision of the EU one that actually respects you as a people and a nation. I would roll back the control on social issues as much as I can and reform the EU into a form all can live with including those who want more sovereignty, the nation should be in charge of the EU not the EU in charge of the nation as some would want it! A treaty based approach truly is the best for the Duxburian Dominions. My treaty based approach will stop you funding projects you do not benefit from as a nation and agencies you do not use, it will also give you the freedom you seek to develop your only policy and engage at a level you are comfortable with, why should you have your healthcare run by the EU as is the case now with one of the latest laws in the mental health act, that act is a prime example of something the Do-Gooder EU pushed despite it being far better dealt with at a national level as each nation has seperate challenges , what works in the Duchies will not work in the Duxubarian Dominions and that is a key benefit of a treaty based approach by doing talks on the big picture issues one can choose whether to sign and that gives a nation such as yourselves big power more power than one vote in the council which can easily be ignored and overruled by nations that want to overrule you by numbers. In short all nations big and small will need to be listened to in treaty negotiations not the case in a council vote on an issue. I would look with negotiating with nations to formally set powers for what the EU can and cannot make laws on in the council limiting it to consumer standards and protection, human rights and basic rights for groups and basically issues of European importance that are European wide such as the creation or regulation of European agencies. No more just adding a law on mental health or adding a law on transition therapy just because one feels like it issues like that should be national policies area! With me it will be that way, so if you want sovereignty , you want freedom and want to be listened to you need to vote Biden and I but mostly anyone but the EPA and Juncker who frankly is just a career politician anyway and when do they truly listen. We do not need those running the EU they are distant and far from the people! Do not fall for the same policies in a new emperors coat and shiny new glossy paint on the outside its the same old organisation wanting the same thing to subjugate the states. Today it will be just this little extra power , then tomorrow another until you have none at all , some may say this is fear mongering but this is telling you reality powers do not go overnight but instead are chipped away at one act at a time and its time to stand up to the EU central bullies and say No, No and No! Make your voice heard vote for me and Biden and you will be listened to and you will have a real say in the EU and how your nation is run will not ignore you like a certain party! This is the way the EU survives listening to members, letting them choose their involvement level and protecting their sovereignty through clear boundaries on the EU.

BREAKING: Viggo Treyson Drops Out of Maelir Race, Citing Low Polling Numbers, Endorses Anita Lenn

Viggo Treyson has officially called it quits after consistently trailing Anita Lenn and Alan Davey by significant margins in several major polls. His campaign has formally endorsed Lenn for Maelir and will be working with her to consolidate their policy platforms. This development is a blow to Davey, who is now expected to trail Lenn when the next set of polls are released. Davey and Lenn were locked in a statistical tie as of the latest polls. They will go head-to-head in a hotly anticipated debate before election day.

CAMPAIGN 2: JOINT RALLY WITH ELSS

For the first time, Joe will conduct a joint rally with another candidate. Ahead of time, he was briefed by his team on the focus of the rally. He then met with Harish Desai and talked for a few minutes before proceeding to the rally area where crowds have already gathered. St. Dominico's mix of classic and modern buildings gave Joe a very relaxing feeling before calling it "the exact definition of cultural development at its best".

As the cars where Joe is in arrive, they saw the crowds near the stage. And that moment, they knew that Inquista was not filled with eurofederalists as other eurosceptic candidates would think. BTS then came to the stage while dancing to the beat of their hit song "Dynamite". They quickly got dressed in their formal wear, RM came to the podium along with the other members to signal the start of the program.

MC RM: "Good afternoon everyone! Thank you all for coming today on this small campaign here at the beautiful city of St. Dominico. I am RM...(all other members also introduce themselves)...and we are BTS."
MC Namjoon: "Before we proceed to the main event, let's give it up for our 형s (hyeongs/brothers) from Seventeen."

Seventeen then comes to the stage to perform "Don't wanna Cry (울고 싶지 않아)". The female audience shriek in excitement as the boys dance to the stage. Some of the audience then see BTS dancing to the song beside the stage. After the performance, it was time.

MC Jimin: "Thank you for such a performance 형s (hyeongs/brothers). And now, for the real deal. Everyone please join me in welcoming to the stage the one and only, Joe Biden!"

Joe comes to the stage and shakes the hands of the BTS members before proceeding to the podium to speak.

JB: "Good afternoon everyone! I'd like to thank BTS and Seventeen for coming with us for this campaign. And of course I'd like to thank everyone who came here for this rally. For this event, I'd like to focus on the situation in the Nicolezian Island, Copala City, and of course my non-forceful intervention principle. It had come to my attention that talks have begun to establish peace on the said area."

Joe sighs and the crowd laughs.

JB: "I sighed because thank god that progress has been made on this effort. And for this, I want to emphasize my full support to these talks. I would not force the commission to intervene in these talks unless it is really necessary or called by any of the parties of the talks. In addition, we have also been informed that there are further talks regarding Copala City between Reitzmag and Inquista. I also emphasize my full support on these talks, and guarantee no forceful intervention if I ever become Internal Affairs Commissioner. I respect the sovereignty of each country, and for it I also respect their right to conduct internal affairs. The EU must stop forcing itself to fit into what the member-states want. And if I win this upcoming European Elections, I guarantee that this malarkey would immediately end at the very first day of my term. But I can't do this without your help, so please vote for Joe Biden in the upcoming European Elections if you want no broken promises and real action. Thank you everyone!"

The audience then gives a round of applause while Joe drinks some water before speaking again.

ARTICLE III: THE CARIBBEAN CENTRAL BANK

The Caribbean Central Bank will be the institution that performs the following tasks within the Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga: Carrying out the monetary policy. Promoting payment transactions. The circulation of base money. Quality control on banknotes, including combating counterfeiting. The supervision of financial institutions. Both countries commit, as part of a common monetary policy under the Caribbean Central Bank, to use the same currency and to refrain from respectively the Boernes (the Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern) and the Central Caribbean Franc (Republic of Nofoaga) as legal tender. This currency, as mentioned in article III, section 2, will be: Caribbean Dollar. The Caribbean Dollar shall be the only legal tender in the Six Union of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga, unless otherwise decided by the Caribbean Central Bank.

ARTICLE IV: THE CARIBBEAN MARITIME SERVICE

The Caribbean Maritime Service will be responsible for: The rescue of sea vessels within Caribbean waters. The enforcement and protection of the Caribbean Customs Union. The control of the borders that make up the Caribbean Customs Union. Protection of legal free movement within the Caribbean Customs Union. Monitoring weather patterns throughout the Caribbean Customs Union. The Caribbean Maritime Service will have the power to enforce the above provisions by appropriate rule making. The Caribbean Maritime Service will be permitted, through joint means, to build tools necessary for the betterment of safe passage-making within Caribbean waters. The funding for the Caribbean Maritime Service will be agreed upon by joint means for the above functions as needed. A Time of Crisis may be enacted by the Caribbean Common Community Commission, which will enable certain emergency measures concerning the Caribbean Maritime Service’s ability to: Evacuate individuals from one area of the Customs Union to another. Limit the entry into the Customs Union of third-country affairs as needed.

ARTICLE VI: ASYLUM SEEKERS

The intake of refugees and asylum-seekers from foreign nations will be shared between Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga. The method of hearing asylum cases will be common between the two nations. The quota for refugees will be set each quarter by the Caribbean Common Community Commission. The Caribbean Common Community Commission will create a list each quarter term of the states from which foreign citizens can apply for refuge in the Caribbean Customs Union.

ARTICLE VII: CLIMATE STANCE

The Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga commit to develop a concerted and ambitious plan to protect the environment within the Caribbean Customs Union and to safeguard it from intentional and accidental damage caused by man, coordinated and deployed by the Caribbean Common Community Commission. In this respect: The purchase from third countries of green electricity obtained from wind, water and solar energy. Scientific research into a sustainable energy transition. The protection and prevention of the population against natural disasters and the support provided for this in material and financial terms. The protection of maritime wildlife. The Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga speak with one voice, through the Caribbean Common Community Commission, close to the European Union and its institutions: The funds mobilized by the European Union and/or third countries to protect the climate and preserve the environment, as well as the related scientific research, belong to the Caribbean Common Community Commission. The Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga, and consequently the Caribbean Common Community Commission take particular account of social justice when rolling out the energy transition.

ARTICLE VIII: JOINT STATEMENTS

The Six Unions of Gadalland and Aspern and the Republic of Nofoaga speak with one voice, through the Caribbean Common Community Commission for its powers conferred by the The Caribbean Community Accords 2021. The Caribbean Common Community Commission will have its own Office where notices, regulations, ordinances and common guidelines for the Caribbean Customs Union will be published.

ARTICLE IX: DUAL-APPLICATION LAWS

A dual-application law is: A law that formerly dictated a single country in the Customs Union that now applies to the Caribbean Accords as a whole. The following are dual-application laws at the founding of this document: Free Movement Act 2021. Rolling Sanctions Act 2021, except for Article I, for which an appropriate joint agency will be the alternative. Caribbean Central Bank Act 2021.
