With the end of the occupation and the restoration of stability in Istkalen, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to again allow the establishment of embassies in Istkalen. Please note that at this time, consulates may not be opened, and that embassies are confined to not the capital but rather the city of Kirelesile due to a lack of infrastructure.
