Edward Firoux European Order of Merit Act
-
I support this Act and I think it is a great proposal. I think it's not needed to mention the great work Former Speaker Edward Firoux from Inquista has pulled out in this chamber and by such work, he needs to be recognised somehow. The European Order of Merit was made for people like that and the European cannot and will not forget the work he has done.
Donald Tusk
Deputy Speaker and Councillor for Spain -
James Mizrachi Roscoe "I would like to take this time to honour Edward Firoux . This order of merit would be well deserved . Edward Firoux is a legend and I appreciate all he has done for equality especially on the rights of neurodivergent and disabled through the European Neurodivergent and Disablility Rights Act which he co-authored with myself , without his support and input we would not have passed the act and the neurodivergent and disabled population of Europe would be in a much weaker position affect people such as my sons. It is only right a fighter for equality and civil rights is honoured in such a way."
