      Spain

      Royal Plane
      Somewhere over the Caspian Sea

After years of national trips, King Felipe VI and Queen Leticia were off for an international State Visit. This time, the country awarded with the presence of the best dressed royals of Europe -according to some tailoring experts- was the Kingdom of Reitzmag, a peculiar choice taking into account the relationship with the Caspian country and Spain were not the best in the past, and have remained to be unstable for the coming years. Nevertheless, nothing that the King does is casual, mostly because it is the Government's job to plan these State Visits, as the King does not hold any political power in Spain.

The State Visit arose from an attempt from the growing interest within the new Spanish Government to fix the tense relationship with the Kingdom of Reitzmag. Yet, the Government would not be that fast to affirm that a new era had begun, and wanted some assurance of the alleged change Reitzmag had gone through. That is why the King and the Queen, alongside the Foreign Affairs Minister, had embarked themselves on a trip with a single purpose: rebuilding the relationship. And a single mission: checking if everything was alright for the beginning of a new era. Our main characters woke up to the call of the Head of the Royal Household, who warned them of the entry into Reitzmic Airspace. Soon, they found themselves landing at RAF Hampton.

Once the plane landed and headed to the stand, the crew opened the door. King Felipe and Queen Leticia then exited the plane, waved at the press and went downstairs, with the guards awaiting at the tarmac. On the other hand, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Esteban González Pons; would wait a little bit longer to go downstairs, as the protocol said so.

      Istkalen

The National Union of Broadcasters of the Republic of Istkalen categorically rejects this proposal. The position of supervisor must retain all the privileges it has historically held for the sake of the continued functioning of this organization; the rejection of a proposal that falls outside of the purview of the EUBC, since its foundation limited only to the organization of international spectacles like the Eurovoice Song Contest, is not reason enough to break so dramatically with precedent.

      Kingdom of Reitzmag

      8:00pm
      Caspian Sea

Reitzmic vessels patrolling the large lake wait vigilantly for any refugee, distress call, or enemy vessel that may appear. The news of the cruise missile strikes already reached the other ships in the fleet, and a counter-attack from the Svarnans was a huge possibility despite the pressure from the Government.

      alt text

Just then, HMS Agile was on its way to rendezvous with HMS Cambridge when the radar picked up a signal just 50nmi away. The vessel was not identified by the AID (Alliance Identification) System and therefore is not an ECON vessel, and therefore may be an enemy ship or a Telum vessel. Further readings and calculations were made, and the conclusion was that the ship is a lone Svarnan Navy Frigate.

      alt text

Anticipating a possible encounter with the foreign vessel, the ship rang General Quarters. Soon, they would learn that this was the best decision they ever made. On the other side of the battlefield was a Svarnan Navy Frigate, the exact same ship that helped seize MV Lucious and MV Hwarang. Cruising at 20kn, the ship already had HMS Agile in its sights. It kept closing in before firing two Anti-ship Cruise Missiles at the lone Corvette. The two missiles speed to their target, but are immediately detected by the missile warning system aboard the stealthy ship. Countermeasures were launched, and 2 Maverick SAMs try to intercept the oncoming danger. The intercept was only partially successful, only one of the missiles were shot down while the other continued on its way to the target. The threat was serious, the only hope was on the onboard CIWS to shoot the last one down. At transonic speeds, the other missile approached closer and closer and was met with gunfire from the Goliath CIWS. At 1.5nmi, an explosion was heard from the distance. The missile did not make it, it was shot down by the ship's defence systems.

After the threat was cleared, the crew remained on alert in case more were on their way. The ship's commander was not happy with what happened, he ordered to contact the headquarters at Manchester to inform them of the situation. Aside from that, he also sought permission to engage the ship in retaliation. The war had actually begun.

      alt text

HMS Agile deviated from its rendezvous course after it informed the other ships in the fleet on its new mission, DNS Wuppertal (F155) of the Duchian Navy (operating under Operation Tiger) also approached in to join in engaging the lone SNS Agra to retaliate after it also got attacked just minutes after the attack on the Royal Navy. Quickly, the VLS cells were prepared from both ships. The Reitzmics were preparing to launch 2 CM-12 Expander Cruise Missiles while the Duchians were also arming 2 Exocet missiles, both of which had the range and speed to likely hit the already aged target.

Once the missiles were prepared, both went on a coordinated salvo with the Reitzmics launching in alternating order with the Duchians. At 8:45pm, everything was set. HMS Agile was around 40nmi from the target while DNS Wuppertal was around 60nmi, and both were around 80nmi apart. From the bridge, Comm. Frank Ulysses ordered to begin firing and notified his Duchian counterpart that the salvo is about to begin. The weapons officers initiate the launches with the first missile being released, the Duchians then followed suit in the same manner agreed.

The 4 missiles closed in, and due to the distance and speed difference it seemed like all would hit at once. Inside SNS Aga, the incoming threats were detected, and all crew remained alert in their battle stations. The opposing ship fired a salvo of 4 Aspide SAMs in a bid to intercept the threats, before then firing another salvo of 4 to ensure a successful intercept. Only 1 of the Exocets were intercepted, while both Expanders remained on their course at supersonic speeds. Like a karma, the only hope for the Svarnans were their countermeasures and CIWS. Once in range, the onboard systems began to engage and rain bullets on the coming missiles. But it was too late, the Exocet of the Duchians hit their marks just below the bridge. The CIWS was partially successful by taking down one of the Expanders, but the other hit its mark right in the middle near the smokestack. It wasn't enough, although the damage was massive to disrupt operations. However, the final fate was decided. The order had already been dropped by the Prime Minister himself.

      SB: "Sink it."

That was the order from the already furious Simon Bridges. And in in compliance with the order, another salvo was ordered for both ships under the same sequence. However this time, SNS Agra already ran out of SAMs. The crew inside fought on fiercely, firing their last two Cruise Missiles in a bid to hit DNS Wuppertal whom which responded with evasive maneuvers and launch of countermeasures to avoid the threats. However, both were easily taken down by the more advanced Duchian ships. In a last-ditch effort, the ship cruised in an attempt to at least score hits on any of the two vessels with its main gun. But it was too late, the salvo was coming, and the countermeasures were not enough to save the day. Again, one of the Exocets hit their marks this time at the center of the hull while one of the Expanders hit the hangar at the back of the ship, piercing through armour and killing the crew desperately preparing the on-board helicopter for a flight, the other missed. It was too much, the men were ordered to abandon the slowly tilting and sinking ship. A distress signal was sent out to all other ships for rescue, the first battle had come in favour of the Reitzmics and Duchians.

      GCHQ "The Doughnut"

At the headquarters, the Prime Minister rapidly sped into the war room after being notified of the attack on HMS Agile. With anger, he did not hesitate to approve a counter-attack and asking to sink the ship and rescue the survivors. News of the Duchians losing aircraft in Svarna after an unsuccessful attempt to achieve Air Superiority also came, the situation was very complex. It seemed like the Svarnans really wanted war, but the lives of the Duchian pilots was also important and so the decision had to be made carefully. Then, he spoke.

SB: "Rescue the sailors and send a communique to President Neha, I want to meet with him. We're offering a trade of prisoners of war and of critical equipment."

In his mind, the angered Prime Minister thought that maybe a Diplomatic approach could still be done to give an end to the war. War wasn't something good for him, especially as the Conservatives ramp up efforts for the next election which might be catastrophic for his party. Reappropriating budget to a foreign invasion was simply not appealing to the masses.

SB: "I don't want news of the sinking to come out just yet, we have to wait for their response to our meeting offer. Other than that, I also would like to meet the revolutionary factions in Svarna. If it is possible, bring them in the United Duchies so they could organize a unified front and establish a government to replace the current regime once we liberate Goa. And finally, I want an announcement from the Ministry of Defence and Foreign Affairs thanking and accepting the generous offer of humanitarian assistance from various nations in recognition of our limited capability. That's all for now."

As soon as everything was cleared, Simon left the room and went back to continue work in the Black House. A lot of people, had some explanations to make. The first days of the war had finally actually begun, and the first battle was in the Reitzmics' favour.

      Kingdom of Reitzmag

A public announcement rang, the show was about the begin. The audience all sat down in silence, waiting patiently. But of course, the wait is finally over.

A series of troops, from the Royal Army, marches carrying poles bearing the company colour flags of various formations of the troops to serve as markers for their positions. Once everything is in place, a command is heard.

      "Quick Time, March!"

The famous massed bands begin playing "March of the Orient" as the colour party begins to march and enter the stadium to which they follow.

One by one, guards from various regiments and formations enter the stadium. There were 6 regiments of foot of the Royal Army that entered, followed by 3 divisions of sailors from the Royal Navy including 1 regiment of the Royal Marines, 4 wings of the Royal Air Force, 2 regiments of the Royal Space Force, 2 Regiments of the Royal Reserve Forces, 3 flotillas of HM Coastguard, and 2 regiments of HM Federal Constabulary. There, they remain in lines facing the Royal Box.

The massed bands, who took center stage, then began to play some fanfare as the King, King Emeritus, and High Duke, enter the stadium on horse leading the Household Cavalry. Behind them came the King's Troop Royal Horse Artillery.

As everyone takes their places, the band stops playing and the ceremony begins. First off, the inspection of the line. The King leads a convoy with the King Emeritus, High Duke, Field Marshal Renwalt, and Field Marshal Won, all on horse. The convoy then begin to go through the troops on slow march before then transitioning to quick march at the end as they return back to position.

With the monarch now back in his position, a command is heard.

"Troop!" shouted the Field Officer followed by 3 beats of the bass drum. Then the Senior Drum Major shouted "Forward then Counter, Slow, March!", to which the massed bands follow and march in slow time facing the Colour Party to the music of the Waltz from Les Huguenots. When they reach the end, the mass bands stop for a while. Then, the Senior Drum Major commands "Forward then Counter, Quick, March!", to which the mass bands follow and march again in quick time going back and forth until they reach the center on the second turn. During the first turn, the lone drummer separates from the mass bands and marches on his own to the left of the Escort for the Colour.

After the music, the lone drummer begins beating an 8 bar "Drummer's Call", signaling the start of the main ceremony. After which, the lone drummer marches back to the massed bands. Then the Field Officer shouts a command.

"Escort for the Colour, Slow Arms!"
      "Remainder, Change Arms! Stadard Ease!"

The Subaltern of the No. 1 Guard (Escort for the Colour), who took command from the Captain, shouts a command in preparation of marching.

"Escort for the Colour, in Close Order, Left Dress!"

An orderly then takes the pace stick from the Regimental Sergeant Major (RSM), and frees him to draw his sword. Then he marches to formation behind the No. 1 Guard.

"Escorts for the Colour will Advance, by their left, Quick March!"

The band begins to play the "March of the Grenadiers" and then begins to maneuver to the famous spinwheel while the No. 1 Guard marches quick before continuing to march left while the band finishes their spin. Then, the massed bands march to give way to the No. 1 Guard while the latter returns to a line formation facing the Colour Party. Then the Subaltern shouts "Forward!" signaling the No. 1 Guard to march towards the Colour Party to receive the Colour. As they stop, another command is given.

"Escort for the Colour, in Open Order, Right Dress!"

The massed bands turn around, then the Field Officer also signals a command.

      "Guards, attention!"
      "Change Arms!"
      "Slope Arms!"

The RSM then marches from the back of the line to the front to receive the Colour while the ensign follows at the right time. The RSM salutes the Colour with his sabre, marches forward, and receives the Colour. He then turns back, marches to the ensign who salutes the Colour and sheaths his sword. Then the RSM places the Colour to the Ensign's Colour Belt and the Ensign turns around to show the Colour being trooped. Then the Subaltern shouts a command.

"Escorts to the Colour, present Arms!"

The band begins playing the first six bars of the Royal Anthem, God Save the King to which all guards Salute.

"Escorts to the Colour, Slope Arms!"

The Ensign and RSM then return to their new positions and the Subaltern shouts another command.

"Escorts to the Colour, Change Arms!"
"Escorts to the Colour will advance, by the Center, Slow March!"

The No. 1 Guard then begins to advance to the music of "Escort to the Colour" while the massed bands play and do the spin wheel again. Then, the massed bands continue to march to another side of the stadium while the No. 1 Guard troop the Colour across all the ranks until they reach back to their position.

"Escorts to the Colour, Change Arms!"

The Captain then returns to assume command of the No. 1 Guard from the Subaltern and gives an order.

"Escorts to the Colour, Present Arms!"

With the trooping over, the Field Officer takes command of all the formations.

      "Guards, Slope Arms!"
      "Officers, Take Post, Quick March!"

      "Guards will retire, About Turn!"
      "Guides, Steady!"

"At the halt, right form, Quick March!"

Then all formations turn to a marchpast formation getting ready to enter the oval area of the Stadium.

      "Guards will advance, About Turn!"
"Guards will walk past in Slow and Quick Time, By the left, Slow March!"

The massed bands begin playing and take position at the center of the Stadium clearing the way for the guards marching slow to the Oval. One by one, the troops march and turn to the Oval where they march past in slow.

For the slow march, only the 6 Regiments of the Household Division proceeded to march on the oval. The contingents from the other branches remain in the center waiting for the Quick March.

      alt text

No. 1 Guard (Grenadier Guards) passes in front to the tune of "March from Scipio" with the Colour leading the group, which is flourished by the ensign. The monarch acknowledges the colour with a bow, while the guards continue to pass. The music then changes to the "March from Figaro" as the Coldstream Guards pass next, then followed by the Highland Guards marching to the tune of "The Highlanders' Waltz". Then came the Lancastrian Guards who march to the tune of "The Men of the Red Rose" and the Moreland Guards who march to the tune of "Eastern Glory". After which, the troops continue to march slowly to the back.

As the Army units march, the foreign contingents from the United Principalities of Ineland, the United Duchies, and the Federal Republic of Yosai enter the stadium and proceed to the center lawn to join in waiting for the Quick March.

As the army units go on the other side of the oval, the Field Officer approaches the king and salutes as a signal of the end of the Slow March. Then he rides back to the troops and signals the command.

      "Into Quick Time, Quick March!"

The music then changes to "Rythm of the Line" a neutral quick march played while the units travel from the other side of the oval to the front of the monarch.

One by one the Army units begin to approach the monarch again, this time the other units also follow suit up until the foreign contingents.

With the foot guards now done on their march past, proceeding back to their positions at the center lawn, the Field Officer approaches the monarch once more and gives a salute to signal the end of the foot guards' march-past. He then goes back to face the guards once more for further commands.

      "Shoulder Arms!"
      "Officers take post, Quick March!"
"In Open Order, Left and Right Dress!"

The Senior Drum Major then makes a command to move the band to give way to the Mounted Band.

The horses then exit the stadium, followed by the Mounted Band which salutes as they proceed to the exit.

Then, the Royal Salute begins with the Field Officer shouting a command.

      "Royal Salute, Present Arms!"

The Colour is then lowered to the ground by the Ensign while the Royal Anthem "God Save the King" is played.

      "Slope Arms!"
"In Close Order, Left and Right Dress!"
      "Stand at Ease!"

The Field Officer turns back to the King again to give a salute to signal the entry of the Modern Military Equipment. The King, the King Emeritus, the High Duke, and the Royal and non-Royal Colonels of the various branches dismount from their horses and proceed to a Saluting Stage setup behind them.

After which, the Massed Bands stop playing and the King and his entourage come down from the stage and mount on their horses again. The group then takes one more inspection of the lines before heading back to position. The Field Officer then approaches the monarch for another salute, a ceremonial way of asking for permission to dismiss. The king then nods and the Field Officer recognizes the order and turns back to the guards.

      "Guards, attention!"
      "Shoulder Arms!"

Back in the stadium, George, William, Nikolai, and the officers on horse lead more than 20 formations of the Armed Forces, Foreign Contingents, and Public Service Forces on a march to Buckingham Palace.

Upon arrival, the Royal Horse Artillery that already went straight to Green Park in preparation for the 62-gun salute fire their guns. The celebration ends with an appearance by the Royal Family and the Roscoes at the balcony waving to the crowds. The national anthem is then played and the event formally ends.

After the exchanges of pleasantries and signing of papers, the summit was done. But before leaving, Zagreus was toured around Hampton City and in a museum exclusively opened for him. There, he was presented with various weapons and technology Reitzmag had from the Medieval Age to the Modern Era. As they return to the palace, a small but still pomp banquet was held for the Underathian king and his company. Of course, the meals were ensured to be familiar for Underathians while giving twists that would introduce modern cuisine to the guests. Everything was done fit for monarchs.

At the end, the Royal Family with the King and the Government led by the Prime Minister gave their farewells as Zagreus departs for the flight back to Yosai and to Underath. At Yosai, the naval base salutes and gives respect to the Underathian monarch. He's introduced to the modern warships, something that soon the Underathians would have and receive. Eventually, a flight of helicopters brought the visit to an end.

James Mizrachi-Roscoe: Though noble I think this act needs to go. I think any European legislation on mental health cannot work frankly. The mental health issues and approaches very and will need to vary by country to be effective. I frankly believe the best thing the EU can do in this field is let national authorities who understand their own countries problems provide all the support and help in a manner that suits their countries culture and situation.I have heard of many occasions where people have phoned up the European to get useless advice and help in a Duchies context. Our helpline has performed better than the European one which makes sense because it has closer links with national authorities and services and is run by the DHS and integrated into our health system. The European lines existence at this point is actually causing harm in the Duchies.

The environment minister for Strathae Mallaidh Máirín MacCùga arrived at the conference to represent Strathae. She met with the counterparts from Duchies who had just arrived. She had been told to try to advocate for carbon Neutrality by 2040, Single Use plastics ban by 2030, and Diesel and Petrol ban by 2030(excluding bio-fuels). She was also asked to advocate for funding for nations to convert to renewables or nuclear fully by 2035 with enough for even poor nations to do so. They hoped these goals were achievable.

THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION OFFICE OF THE PREMIER COMMISSIONER

To: Governments of the member-states of the European Union
Subject: The situation in the European Council and the issue of maritime boundaries

      Greetings,

The Office of the Premier Commissioner expresses concern on the tone of the discussions in the European Council and call for all parties involved in the issues relevant to be rational and remain pacific. It is no doubt that the parties primarily involved in the issue and other attached issues are major members of the European Union, and believe that it is necessary to ensure that this must be resolved with the most peaceful way possible. Our office believes that member-states must provide mutual respect for each others' interests and remain fair in their intents, for this will be the only way that our union will remain strong with peace. To this, we ask that member-states avoid threatening or using any force to achieve their national interests and resort to diplomatic means as much as possible. Destruction will not solve the problems we face, it will only make our problems worse. And to be clear, life is more important than national pride or interests. I hope that my message is clear, and that peace will remain above all for the resolution of any issue we face. Thank you.

Sir Joseph William Amberton Biden Sr. GCVO
      Premier Commissioner, The European Commission

      LIVE FIRE DEMONSTRATION AND EXERCISE

Moreland Desert Range, March 12 2022

PA: "Ladies and gentlemen, we are about to begin in a few moments. Please keep yourselves seated as we wait for the show to begin. We also advise you to wear your goggles, ear mufflers, and other gear only when instructed. Food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed during the show, so please finish your snacks and drinks as soon as possible. Thank you."

The audience finish filling all seats from the covered temporary bleachers set-up in the desert. The show was set at the right environment, at the right time. It was spring, and so it was not yet too hot at the sand-filled area compared to summer and fall. The guests arrive one by one and are announced by the MC. When the King came, everyone stood up and the Royal Anthem was sung. The program is ready.

PA: "Good day ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the Live Fire Demonstration and Exercise here at the Moreland Desert Range as part of the celebration of the 2nd Remembrance Day. Before we officially begin, let us all stand for the National Anthem."

The band begins to play the National Anthem as everyone stands and begins to sing. Troops salute on command by their officers and the colour party proceed to raise the flag on the pole. After which, everyone takes their seat.

PA: "Everyone ,you may now take your seats and wear your specialized headseat ear mufflers and goggles. Please be advised to guide your children on the gear and also refrain from standing up or walking around during the show. We hope you will enjoy the show."

Everyone wears their goggles and ear mufflers, including the Royal Family and other guests. The troops start marching to their positions and clear the way for the acts. Challenger MBT-10 Tanks start to roll in and their engines are heard from the earphones built into the ear mufflers and the sound system around the bleachers. They speed up through the obstacles and proceed to a hull-down position over a ramp. Each tank races to aim their turrets to the targets and successfully hit their marks, something confirmed by the small screens set-up near the seats to show what's happening more upclose. They roll back and raise their turrets as a form of salute, Contender IFV-11 Infantry Fighting Vehicles then move in for their part of the show. To showcase their agility and great mobility, they race through a course while targeting small dummies scattered across the field with their small turrets. Each of them fire their turrets quickly to eliminate the targets and the audience gives a round of applause, then the IFVs move back to give way for the infantry. A truck pulls a makeshift shooting range target wall to the center across the audience, snipers of the SAS then move in with their camouflage outfits to lie down and begin shooting. To make things more interesting, each soldier only has 3 shots available to take down the three targets a kilometer across, the winds wasn't a problem so that should be easy for the snipers. Each of them line their scope crosshairs to the targets and simultaneously fire with all troops taking their targets, the same went for the second and eventually the third. The hits are all verified by the screens that display a close-up view of the targets, the excited audience gives a big round of applause while the snipers move out in a tactical way. The truck carrying the temporary targets move out and clear the way, a pair of Pirate GA.3 ground attack fighters fly in from the left and shoot missiles at old tanks placed as dummy targets giving a big explosion. The two jets go around and start firing their cannons hitting the targets and completely destroying them in a huge fireball, both dump their flares and exit in a dramatic maneuver.

When the jets clear out, everyone focuses on the screens as a Felon F.15 stealth fighter move in to intercept and kill five drones. One by one, the Felon releases its loads while drones rain down over the field crashing. Another pair of drones follow and a simulated dogfight ensues, it kills the first as it drags its nose quickly to fire guns. The other drone was proving a bit of a challenge due to its maneuverability, but the fighter went on to a controlled flat spin and killed the other drone. It escapes from the flat spin and dumps flares while exiting the view, while a Swan B.10 heavy bomber start to come in from the other side. Old equipment and diesel cars are then lined up as targets over the field, the bomber flies in and releases its load. The cars and old trucks went on a fiery demise as the bombs hit them one by one, then the plane exits the field at a supersonic speed leaving behind a loud sonic boom. Back on the ground, engineering trucks clear the field and dispose the destroyed trucks quickly as Cardinal PH-8 self-propelled artillery move in. Each of the howitzers keep position and aim their guns to delete the targets, one by one they fire and completely eliminate the dummies and trucks in a beautiful explosion.

The self-propelled howitzers clear the way and let the Slingshot TH-15 towed howitzers take on their part of the show. One by one they quickly take positions and fire as many shells as possible within a minute while completely deleting the targets on the other side. When the minute timer has stopped, they clear out the way for another act. From the screen, Arrow BM-30 tactical ballistic missile launchers are shown raising their missiles ready for launch to target a small concrete bunker in a distance. At a count of 5, the missile launchers fire one by one and their missiles travel up and to the targets reducing the heavily fortified bunker into dust. Near the bleachers, Meteor RA-12 multiple rocket launchers move in and completely delete the all the remaining targets which excite the audience. The dummies and concrete targets are left to ashes and fly away, the rocket launchers then exit while the audience gives a round of applause.

Helicopters then start coming in, starting with the Viper AH.3 attack helicopters. Each of them fire their missiles at the ground targets while dumping their flares in a dramatic show. They then leave while an Atlas C.17 flies in with paratroopers jumping off to land on the field. The paratroopers land successfully and fire flare signals to complete their short mission, they are brough out of the field by military trucks immediately while Merlin HC.5 helicopters come in to deploy a large assault squad.

After the Merlin helicopters finish deploying its assault squads, they leave the scene quickly and the troops clear the way. Circus MC-5 Self-propelled mortars follow and start firing, they then hit their targets successfully. All then move back once again for the final act.

      alt text

From the horizon, all the vehicles that participated appear and roll towards the audience. The helicopters also fly in formation with the vehicles, while fighter jets fly overhead with the Red Arrows. They come closer and closer and eventually stop in front of the bleachers, while the planes break formation while dumping flares and coloured smoke and the helicopters land after dumping the confetti. They salute the king and the show ends. Everyone gives a big round of applause with standing ovation for the performance.

PA: "What a very magnificent performance from our Armed Forces, thank you everyone for your attendance to the Live Fire Demonstration & Exercise show here at the Moreland Desert Range. The show has ended, and have a great day."

The audience stands up and proceed to the exit, the VIP audience like the King and Prime Minister leave via helicopters. Some of the audience go proceed to have a closer look at the equipment while some go to their homes. The band starts playing to provide music for the proceeding showcase.
