Good Evening, fellow Councillors,
For me Edward Firoux, have brought great honor upon this halls of Europolis, upon himself, his family, the Microstate of Inquista, and the entire European Union. Out of the various who have served in this position I can’t tell you how proud I am of you, of your work in this halls and of your companionship in good battles for the right of all europeans.
Today, I present before this Council the Act to recognize the merit of one of the greatest politician and leader of the European Union.

Edward Firoux European Order of Merit Act
To award the European Order of Merit to Councillor Edward Firoux, Former Speaker of the European Council.
Be it enacted by the European Council,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the “Edward Firoux European Order of Merit Act”.
SEC. 2. FINDINGS.
The Council finds the following:
(1) Former Council Speaker, Edward Firoux selfless delivery of actions in the pursuit of a more prosper European Union. Under his achivements and hard work being Councillor of Inquista and the outstanding positions of leadership taken as Speaker of the European Council.
(2) Councillor Edward Firoux leadership is recognized not only from Members of this Council and staff but also from the people of the European Union.
(3) By putting his life on the selfless leadership in this Council; Edward Firoux performed his duty to protect, defend and promote the European Constitution and the Union principles with distinction, and by his actions, Edward Firoux left an indelible mark on European history.
SEC. 3. EUROPEAN ORDER OF MERIT MEDAL.
(a) Presentation Authorized.—The Speaker of the European Council shall make appropriate arrangements for the presentation, on behalf of the European Union, of a medal of appropriate design to Edward Firoux.
(b) Design And Striking.—For the purposes of the presentation referred to in subsection (a), the European Central Bank (referred to in this Act as the “Secretary”) shall strike the medal with suitable emblems, devices, inscriptions, and symbols of the European Union.
